Went with my son when he purchased a used truck. The service he received was excellent. Staff was even helpful to me as I waited with him. He received great service and a VERY fair price on the truck. I will definitely be stopping by Tindol Ford when I am in the market for a new vehicle myself.

Extremely poor customer service, I do not believe the left hand knows what the right hand is doing. I called last week to schedule to have my 2020 Explorer looked at as we were having multiple issues with the display and that I would also like to have a service performed when I brought it. The appointment was scheduled and when I took it to the dealership today I was greeted by Robert Campbell, seemed to be a nice interaction. I confirmed what I was there for and when discussing the issues with the display I was taken to another lady (Toni?) where she unprofessionally exclaimed that she didnt believe they had anyone there to look at the problem I took it in for. I asked why no one could help me with my problem that I discussed while making the appointment. With a very condescending tone she then proceeded to say to me well Im the one that you talked to.Needless to say I let them do the service and asked them not to do any additional things to the car.On top of this I have a 2006 F150 purchased from them that had engine issues back during the summer. When I took the truck to them they said they would not work on it as it was too old and the last time they had an engine issue that they couldnt figure it out after weeks and that the customer was extremely upset with them.Earl Tindol, training is imperative. Your reputation will live and die by it and as far as Im concerned I will share with everyone my dissatisfaction with your company.

Routine oil and filter change. Josh is great and made the drop off process easy for me. Called in and scheduled. They called me when it was finished and pickup was as easy as drop off. Happy with their service again.

I just bought a 2021 Ranger from here. I got the exact, discounted price they showed online. There was no pushback at all. Ive experienced other dealers trying to tell me I couldnt quality for their discounts after showing up for one reason or another. Felt like bait and switch but not here. Patrick was straight up with me and was great. That was definitely a better experience than the last new vehicle I bought.

I was looking for a specific F150 for 2021. I had contacted Lyle at Tindol ford and told him what I was looking for. He returned my call when a F150 arrived that he thought I might be interested in. It was and we went over all the details. All of the paperwork was sent to me to sign and return. That took one day! When I told him that we would drive down (6 hr) to get the truck the following week, he told me he would deliver the truck to me. I had the truck sitting in my driveway three days later. I could not have asked for better treatment. I feel you now have a customer for life!

I had a friend initially contact the dealership for a specific make, model and year. My friend made contact with Jackson. After that initial phone meeting I was then in contact with Jackson. He had been nothing but helpful and so super friendly. The car was located in NC and I live in SC. They delivered the car and were in great contact until the car was in my possession. Ive now had my 2011 Ford Fusion for about 6 months now and Jackson STILL occasionally reaches out to see how the car is doing (its been great!) This is my second vehicle I have purchased from Tindol Ford. Elliott is the best salesman on the lot. Every issue we had he went above and beyond to fix. We were purchasing a used vehicle and he still went above and beyond to get everything right for our satisfaction. I can not say enough how great Elliot has been. He has been there every step of the way and made sure every process was completed and taken care of. I will never go to another car lot. We had purchased a car a week before at a hickory dealership and they came back a 2 weeks later saying the deal didn’t go through after we had already took the vehicle home. Purchased a truck a year ago from Mo. Sales service was excellent. As I live 40 min away, I decided to go out of my way for service. I dropped my truck off @0830 for a 0900 appt. I called at 1230 for an update. Couldn’t get one bc service staff was out to lunch. Called again @1430 and was told that the techs were just now trying to get it on the road due to weather (light rain) to diagnose the issue with a sound I stated was more than likely a muffler issue. They were however miraculously able to conduct the oil change and charge for that. I also enjoyed the grease smell that still hasn’t left my vehicle. Asked for a service manager and the cashier couldn’t care less with a response that he’s stepped out. Pretty pitiful.

I called all day yesterday to schedule an appointment for an oil change. I spoke to a lady in service, and she was unable to tell me what was included in my plan, nor was she able to give me a quote because she said she didn’t know how much oil I would need. She transferred me to parts, where I spoke to a very nice gentleman who told me it should be around $40-45 on average but since this was my first oil change since purchasing my vehicle it would be around $35 and he already put it in the computer as a note. After being transferred back to service I left 2 additional voicemails over the span of 4 hours trying to set the appointment. No one called me back. I called again this morning and was told there is no discounts for the first time, and they had no notes in the computer, and again, got a quote for around $65. I let the guy know it wasn’t his fault but this dealer is a disorganized mess and I will be going elsewhere. No one seems to know anything in the service department.

By far the best car buying experience Ive had! I drove 4 hours to pick up my new Mustang GT and would do it again next time I buy a new car. It was a pleasure working with everyone at Tindol Ford!!

My experiences with Tindol Ford have always been really good. The service is fast, friendly, and easy to schedule. I have had good experience with the parts department as well. They have serviced my vehicles since2008 and I have only had a problem once and it was corrected immediately.

I was traveling from NY to SC after my AC was repaired by another dealer. Well a Freon charge error was made in the original repair and the AC in my Fusion stopped working properly in the 90 + heat. With the hot weather and the need for AC in the car I called around all the other local Ford dealers in the area we booked through the next week. It looked like I would need to drive with no AC in the car to get home. Tindol was very helpful, calling me back and fitting me into their schedule, repairing the AC. They returned the car as promised and the issue was corrected. Nice people and great customer service!! They worked with the dealer that had originally fix the car and all went well. Both dealers were very good in solving my issues.

Tindol truck shop was courteous, prompt with there scheduling and when they said my truck would be ready, cause of having to have parts shipped to the shop .My experience has been good and will return in the future .

Zero was not an option. It you make an appointment with the service center its a relatively useless and a large waste of your time because they have absolutely no respect for your time. The vehicles appointment was at 8 AM and is now in the shop and its 1:30 pm. After speaking with him I got my truck back approximately at 3 oclock. All to find out that the 8 oclock appointment that I have is just to get in line. Nothing about getting into line.

I am a bit late with this review but I am very grateful for the people who work here. Greg and Natalie were my saving grace. They worked with me through my uncertainty and they were very patient. I loved the attention they gave me and treated me as a family member rather than a customer. They were very welcoming and I am beyond happy with my new car. I was experiencing a problem with my 2018 Ford Explorer and had to take it in for service @Tindol Ford. They all went out of their way to make sure that I was taken care of. In no time at all, the problem was diagnosed and fixed. All the people there, are nice and courteous. I have been doing business with the Dealership for a few years now. From oil change to trade, I feel that I have always been treated fairly and honestly.

Service took a lot longer than I felt it should. I only got an oil change and tire rotation. I was there 1 1/2 hours. I made an appointment first thing and was there early. Good thing because as soon as they took my truck the cars just lined up! It would’ve taken 1/2 a day had I been 15 minutes later. My tires seem to vibrate now at certain speeds. That has me concerned but I’m not sure I should return to this dealer to look at the issue. They road superb prior to my service. I would like to see more service times available on Saturdays. My daughter’s Honda gets serviced on Saturday every time. Never have issues getting a scheduled time. My first service with Ford was either early on a Thursday or the following Tuesday. That’s VERY concerning to me. Seems Ford dealers (or at least this one) is not customer convenient at all.Maybe the next service will be better. Or maybe I’ll find a more convenient option for my service option. Something to think about to say the least.

In my humble opinion this is the worst Ford Service Department I’ve ever encountered. Service overall is slow and some of the service reps are totally unprofessional. If service, professionalism and trust is important to you, I would suggest going to a dealership that values you as a customer. This service department does not.

I found Tindol Ford while shopping online for a new Bronco Sport Badlands. After looking around the triangle area and being given the run around by a lot of dealerships who did not consider me a serious buyer, I called Tindol and was pleasantly surprised on how friendly and easy to work with they were. Took our 2007 Roush 427r into Earl Tindol Ford. Was told it needed an Instrument Cluster at $1300 plus labor. We said, okay install it. Of course it had to be sent back to Roush to transfer Cluster gages over. After 2 months of being there, we thought it would finally be ready. Then we get THE CALL... Oh now you need a body control module. Really????? I had the scans where they told them what was codes were coming up. Guess what was on the Scans......BODY CONTROL MODULE..... Now, it is an additional $1042 plus labor to install it. Something that should have been investigated originally. OMG..... I am above livid.... We took it there because they are supposed to have Roush technicians to work on these vehicles........ I dont believe it....Nope, Nope, Nope... I have tried to hold my frustration in and be calm..... But now, I am exploding. 2 months without our car is ridiculous.

I hope I have a leeway to return the vehicle because I havent even tooken possession of the vehicle I signed for Monday. Its already under my insurance and someone else is in the vehicle as a loner. And I am given the run around about the vehicle. I should already have the 2020 ecosport I signed for and am to be paying for and am told they dont know when ill be able to take possession.

First visit to Tindol Ford and found their Service Department a refreshing change. Efficient check in after scheduling appointment using FordPass app. Service Associate took time to listen to the details of my problem, went to the vehicle with me to experience himself, and took good notes for the actual Service personnel doing the work. After checking with supervisor of the Service area my vehicle needed about the days schedule, i was offered a courtesy shuttle ride home without request (as long as within 10 miles). That hasnt happened in a dealership in a while. Timely communication when my vehicle was finished and picked me up at home for return to dealership. Problem solved with little disruption. I have experienced several Ford dealerships over the last 5 years and this was by far the best.

I was pleased with the process and the manner in which things were handled. I had some things added and some unexpected things came up in so doing yet they made it good. Gave me a loaner equivalent to what I normally drove, filled it up before and had me ready at a time of my choosing. Jackson is a very straight forward salesman and very prompt in answering questions I had.

Great dealership! I went to Keith Hawthorne first and you can see my review there but it was horrible. I came to Tindol Ford next and this is my new Ford dealer! Pat took great care of me and got me in the used truck I wanted for the price I was looking for! Tindol Ford is definitely the best ford dealer in Gaston county if not the best dealer overall. I had a check engine light on my truck the week after I purchased it and they didnt hesitate to take it back in and look at it for free! Its nice to see that there are still dealers that stand behind their vehicles and put the customer first.

I always have Tindol service my vehicles. This time I had my 2019 F150 in and mentioned a slight grinding noise when the sunroof is raised. The service department assistant was great, but I had to take it back 4 times for them to try and fix it. The last time, they kept it for a few days, and supposedly replaced the entire sunroof assembly (minus the glass). The noise is still there, but Ill just live with it. Ill still take my cars and trucks there for maintenance. This was a bad experience, but I do admit its been the only time Ive had an issue.

This review is a shout out to the body shop.. From the initial towing to our pickup the process was seamless.. They even returned our rental.. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful!! The actual work done on our truck was flawless and the truck even looked cleaner at pick up!!! Impressive 💥

Got the wrong part 2 times when I got the right part it was 20$ cheaper they said they would have to cut me a check the next day when its all said and done I have done went there four times

Friendly and quick service. My Escape was missing the floor mats and they provided me with a new set quickly. I have no experience with their service department yet, but I plan to get them to check out my Bluetooth. I look forward to a lasting relationship with Tindol Ford in maintaining my Ford Escape . I love my Escape!😀

So this was my very first ever vehicle purchase, I found the Mustang GT I wanted online and requested information, I was reached out to by Elliott the next morning. He was extremely nice, respectful and knowledgable. We set an appointment for two days later.I drove 3.5 hours to get to this dealership, and while I was there the experience I had was amazing. I have gone car shopping with other people before and never have been in a dealership that was so clean, well-kept, and actually made me feel comfortable purchasing.I had my eye on two other vehicles, one very similar, and one identical for about $700 less. I decided to purchase from Tindol because of the experience I had there. I did not once feel pressured, or feel like I was being pushed around because I was a young first time buyer. I was treated just like everybody else, which has not been the case at other dealerships I was shopping around at.Elliott took me for a test drive, was a very personable person and made the usually awkward test drives, something that I really enjoyed. He did not just try to up-sell me the entire time, and steer me away from any of the negatives. Nor did any of the other managers I dealt with when I decided to go through with the purchase.I highly recommend anybody that is looking to buy a vehicle, to purchase from Tindol Ford. I have never felt so good leaving a dealership, the way I was treated was amazing. I know I will be in the market for a truck down the road and I will not think twice about making the long drive down to work with Elliott on finding me a new truck!

This place has the worst customer service by far! I have ordered a part from them and was told a certain time frame to receive the item and I still have not received it. I’m not upset about not getting the item yet because I understand the mess we are all in right now. However the part I am upset about is the lack of communication. It’s hard to get anyone in the phone and when I do no one can tell me anything. Idc that the part is not here yet but I do care about why or where it may be or any other info besides. “Oh it’s not in yet”. Ok well why? Have you checked on it. It’s just poor customer service and I would not recommend using this place if you want any kind of updates or info. Thanks.

Excellent salesmanship. They completely honored their internet price and trade in price. The show room had to be the largest Ive seen and complete with a play room for the kids. Took a bit long to buy the expedition. I was in at 9am and out by noon, not a huge deal, but I had a 4.5 hour ride home. Pat was a pleasure to by from.
