I cannot say enough good things about Two Men and a truck. The office staff was very nice and quick to respond. The guys that moved our furniture were very professional and gentle with the breakables and made sure nothing was going to get damaged in the move. They were quick and did not stand around and talk. They were very friendly and made sure to ask questions to ensure where it was going. I would use them again in a heart beat.

This is the best moving service company. Just used them to complete a move again and everything went off without a hitch. They show up on time, is very polite, work fast and was very careful with my furniture and packed boxes. From arranging the move, confirming it a couple days before, and through the move, everything was very efficient and smooth. I plan then for every move still to come.

Okay, so probably the best movers I’ve ever utilized in my life. Not only did they arrive on time, their communication skill was out of this world! I was supposed to have 3 movers help me but was called prior to let me know of the change of plans and rates to ease my mind. The men who helped me were extremely polite, funny and hard working! They took very good care of my furniture and wrapped things up so well, but still was swift like lightning!! I’ve had great movers before, but this company was exceptional! Two Men and a Truck were great with my two phase move. They are able to handle multi- stops, etc. Drop items off at donation facitlity. All the guys were easy to work with. Special shout out to Juan who was A+. So easy to work with. Properly labeled boxes,etc. They did a great job unloading the items into the storage unit in an efficient manner. I highly recommend them.

Crew showed up in a timely manor. Even having a fully booked day they arrived within the first hour of the 3 hour window of arrival. They got all my furniture padded and wrapped in shrink wrap to protect my stuff in the move. When we arrived at my new place they unloaded the truck, set up my furniture how I wanted it and unwrapped in 30 minutes. They were careful with my stuff, and an extremely friendly crew! I’ve now used 2 men and a truck two times and my next move I will be using them again! They are the absolute best.

I will never use any other moving company again. The outstanding care the men gave to my possessions was impressive. I have a change in my work schedule that did not allow me to finish packing. At the last minute, they sent an extra man to help me pack. They were extremely fast and professional. They just did a great job. Would recommend highly!

Everyone at the office was courteous and responsive in the bid process and answering questions. Our two movers, Ephraim and Ivan could not have more professional, courteous and skillful. We did an expedited move so we had Ephraim and Ivan on both ends and only our items on the truck. All of our furniture was shrink wrapped and covered. They had a 750 mile drive, for which they arrived the second day as promised. Due to traffic they arrived later than expected (after 8 p.m.) and worked until midnight to complete the move, including assembling bed frames. We have three fairly narrow flights of stairs in a townhouse at the destination through which they navigated several heavy pieces without a scratch.

I have used this fabulous company every time I have moved. They are very careful, honest, accurate, safe, friendly and very reasonably priced. I’m s traveling nurse and have to move often. I have never had one piece of furniture damaged, the men are always on time and very polite. I was given a estimate price quote and EVERY TIME the price has been on the low end! Absolutely fantastic experience.These folks were the saving grace of an otherwise hellish time.Things did not go as planned for us, yet the folks at Two Men and a Truck were no strangers to moving challenges.The quoting process was very nice and they were very responsive to any questions or concerns I had.I used their packing & moving services and they were quick and professional all the way through.I would recommend that you provide instructions if you would like any particular items to be packed or treated in a certain way, yet the packing/moving team are very able otherwise.I will admit that it was a bit expensive and the final cost did go over the quote estimate due to some unforeseen issues, but it was very clear to me that I got what I paid for (and more).They also made sure to be clear that there was a distinct upper limit based on the quote when they started and they held to that.All in all, it was a great experience and definitely worth it.I also appreciate the service of our movers, Nicholas, Dakota, & Rudy; I hope they are doing well.

My husband and I used Two Men and a Truck for our move and had a great experience. The process of scheduling the move with their office team with seamless and efficient. They followed up two days prior to our move to confirm. Their moving team arrived on time and got right to work. They wrapped up all our furniture so it would remain in good shape. From start to finish I was completely satisfied. I worked with Elizabeth to set up the service, she was kind, understanding and accommodating with the delicate nature of the move. The move was made easy to coordinate, plan, and execute with the help of the office staff and moving crew. They made sure that everything was loaded on the trucks in a timely manner and went out of their way to make sure that we were as involved as we needed to be in the moving process. Our three year old (who is normally shy around strangers) was so at ease with them that he asked if they could hold him during the initial walkthrough, which had everyone laughing! During our move we had multiple stoppages due to rain and they made sure that the time was not billed to us since they couldnt get our belongings out the door in the downpour. All-in-all I would highly recommend using Two Men and a Truck to anyone needing to move, they are extremely professional and easy to work with!

Not sure how they have as high as ratings as they do which is part of the reason I used them. Overall the movers and stuff were friendly and they offered a decent rate. My problem is I paid for professional movers who move items using items safely using moving dolly’s and what not. I just bought a brand new home and had painters in prior to moving to upgrade the paint and color. We were left with several dings and scuffs in feelings and walls. They forced the washer and driver through the doorways where one to the pipes marked up an interior door frame entry. They also didn’t use any moving accessories so when it came to heavy materials they scratched up brand new floors that are highly scratch resistant. The manager then tried to send some guy they use. First off, I’m not accepting sub par work and have some guy that doesn’t know what he is doing trying to fix stuff. They also couldn’t bill me at the time of service because there machine was down so I had to give them a card to write on paper... basically I literally paid them for two men and a truck because you won’t get anything else from them in terms of a professional moving service.

This was a good experience for me; Id use them in the past and will use them again. I was assigned a 3 man crew, they were professional, pleasant and thorough when wrapping items, taking care of my furniture so as to not damage it and cleaning up trash prior to leaving.

2 Men and a Truck recently helped move my daughter into a new apartment. We had Rico and Paul as our movers. They were very courteous and were very careful loading and unloading her furniture. A quick example (of many I could use!): Our new house has original wood flooring that the previous owners had beautifully refinished, and this team put felt feet on the furniture pieces that would have scratched it! I am so glad thats one more thing I can cross off my never-ending to do list! Between my husband and myself, we have some moving stories that would make your jaw drop to the floor in disbelief. Not this time!!! These guys made this go THE EASIEST MOVE EVER!! We were even quoted for 9.5 hours, and they had it done in 6.5 hours! We were moved into our new home by 4:00pm! Although, I self packed with friends -moving staff were sensitive to my bad hip and went the extra mile to make sure I was 100% satisfied with their service. I was very impressed how they taped to secure items. When they delivered my items to new place, they actually asked where would be the best place for each box .. Which saved me time as I unpacked. The 3 man crew that helped move us to the new house were great! We moved from out of state and needed moving pods unloaded. The door was jammed initially and I was concerned, but Dan, Anthony and Buddy maneuvered things around and were able to get the door open! They finished unloading the items and furniture in record time, less than 2 hrs and estimated window. I have a 2nd moving pod that needs unloading and I booked Two Men and a Truck again with Dan and his crew! I highly recommend them. They get the job done!Edit: I used Two Men and a Truck for the 2nd time with a 2 man crew for our second pod. Daniel and Joshua were great and were able to unload our 2nd moving pod in 2 hrs! Fantastic pre-move communication and estimate. I had to change move dates in advance and they were very accommodating and understanding. Once move day arrived, they were on time and very efficient. Personal touches and care were shown in every way. Our move team was Tam Rowland, Deshawn White and George Moore. These guys were professional, courteous and were very thorough in our move process and went above and beyond. We were completely satisfied and highly recommend!

Ive used this company twice ... once for a move from a house to an apartment and once to move my mothers cherished piano to Gainesville. They were professional, courteous, careful, and prompt both times.

I do not recommend for anybody to use this company when the movers showed up they were four hours late and one of the other guys was lazy and I had to help move the guys and then they overcharge for the price then when I try to talk to the supervisor on the phone I told him I would never use your company again and he hung up the phone on me companies the style understand is the customers as what makes your companies if who you are today your customers is what pays your bills.

This review really should be a one star. But since they did show up at my home for the free quote on the date and time frame we set-up Ill leave the review as a two star.During the visit the woman doing the estimate was having problems with her notebook/tablet and was unable to give an estimate at the end of the walk-through. She mentioned that she needed to head back to the office to finish the estimate and then email it to me. Having reconfirmed my email address with her she then left my home.Several days went by and I hadnt received any emails with regards to the estimate... However, I did receive a phone call (from a rep) asking how the estimate went. I explained to the rep. about the situation and the fact I never received the estimate. The rep. mentioned he would look into the matter and have the estimate emailed to me....Well once again I never received an email with the estimate...Several more days went by and I received a phonecall from that same rep about wanting to setup a moving date....I laughed and mentioned that I never did receive that email with the estimate. The rep. mentioned he did remember our prior conversation and was going to look into it once again... I told him dont bother .....I hired another moving company.Oh well, I took my business elsewhere at a sum of about 7-8 thousand dollars.Poor communication for just an estimate. Imagine if you actually had to deal with this company for any other reason.08/26.... Follow up, I received an email from the woman who came to my home saying she was sorry for the miscommunication. But other than that...well nothing.

The lead person asked for a walkthrough. Yay! I said to myself. He is ensuring he gets everything moved. I felt confident from that from that moment on. My things were moved in under 5 hour. Everything was accounted for and there were no broken items. If an issue arose, they consulted with each other until it was resolved. This is a great crew. I would definitely use them again if the need arise.

They immediately started to work with efficiency and care. We just hired Two Men and a Truck to move our office from Richardson, Texas to Plano, Texas. We received a quote in one day after a representative came to our old office and walked the space. This was much more responsive than our other companies that quoted the job. They sent out 3 men and a lift tail truck (for some of our inventory shelves that cannot go up a slanted ramp. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck!

I had not done this review previously because I was truly hoping for a different outcome to my situation but now its almost 3 months later, several phone calls with no call back, and I am disappointed now. My TV stand was broken during our move, and after I was insulted by being offered 50 dollars, I told them to go ahead and fix it at their so called service vendor. Since then I have heard nothing. Furthermore I cant even get a call back. This was our living room TV stand. If we had not bought another one, our TV would still be on the floor. Not to mention the movers had one pace, super slow. I feel they purposely move slow to run up the rate. We had already moved all the little stuff, and boxed everything. Cost us 1200 dollars. Borderline strong arm robbery. Its a crime.

Simple pricing. The customer support staff was helpful and informative. We had a 2 part move spanning a few weeks. The storage solution was affordable and great. I cannot say enough about both the pickup and delivery crews. They worked by there motto and treated my family like we were their grandparents.

Most professional movers I have ever worked with. I used them to deliver furniture to several schools and they were perfect for the job. Communication, scheduling, professionalism were all on point; not to mention, the workers were great as well!

These guys are the best! We had to schedule a short notice move into storage and they surpassed our expectations. They set us up with two drivers and showed up with three. Chris, Samuel, and Isiah were fast, efficient, and courteous and they treated our stuff like it was their own. If I ever need to move again, or if anyone asks for a recommendation, these will be the people I call!

I cannot say enough good things about Dartanion and Zacaria! They are one of the best - if not the absolute best- moving teams I have ever had the opportunity to hire! I definitely recommend you request them as they have helped two of my moves go very smoothly! I appreciate their professional demeanor, genuine kindness to our family and our dog, attention to detail, positive attitude, sense of humor, and taking extra special care of our household items as if they were wrapping and packing their own things! I am writing this for my mother Johnnie Middlebrooks. A week and half ago your people came in and pack her and moved her to east Texas and I want to thank you from me and my family. Also she told me how impressed she was with them and how they did a fantastic job on packing and moving her. Nothing was broke and they labeled everything so it would be easier for to understand and unpack. She also said she would highly recommended them to ever might need to move.
