WARNING! I used their services and found it to be the worst decision. Disorganized, unprofessional and unreliable. They damaged several of my items and they are extremely SLOW. They toss around your stuff like a sack of potatoes. I could not believe my eyes. They also dindt have enough room to pack my place like others have said here. It seems like this is the norm. Pay a bit more for professionalism and peace of mind and hire professional and bonded movers with decent people. Reliability and a peace of mind is VERY much needed especially in a process as stressful as a move. These people added to my anxiety and headache. It was BAD.Stay away from this company.

Over all my experience with the moving company was positive. The movers were quite late, as others have mentioned, but the move was fast and the movers they sent were very friendly and took good care of my items. I saw another review mention having an issue with the fact that they sent a woman to help move, but they sent a woman for my move as well and I can tell you that she easily lifted more furniture than any man I’ve ever seen, so I’m not sure why that would be an issue for anyone.The total cost for my move was $250, and with just about any other company it would have easily been $350-$400+ so the fact that they were late is a minor issue for me considering how much cheaper they are than other moving companies.

They left a hole in my wall taking out the cable connector with the wire still connected, scratched my new hardwood floor, put my bed frame together wrong, left a half filled glass on the rug, and left my things in piles all over the floor. Had an attitude with the front desk. Very dissatisfied.

The mover will steal your boxes. Make sure you check the Truck after Moversfinished. The Movers will call extra help that will load your Items in their Car. That dont work for Company. The Owner will not answer the phone when you call to make a complaints

I saw them on Facebook with ad ad of $65 “quick move” well I had everything loaded and ran out of energy. I had 5 boxes and 2 couches to load that’s it, no unloading or driving and I already had my own truck. This would take 2 guys 20 mins at most, I told Mark this and he quoted me $199 👀🤣🤷🏻‍♂️ So I told him that shouldn’t be that much,,, his response was a simple thumbs up. I guess they just have to many clients to choose from so they cherry pick. I just went to Garland, off Shiloh, picked up a couple of guys and they made $40 each for 15 mins of work. They wanted to say “thank you Mark” and so do I because they were a blessing when companies like this exist.

No show after confirming the moving timeMark had fixed up time for Sunday 11-2pm to arrive for moving at my location. He confirmed this over the SMS.Come Sunday I call him (on same number that he texted me) at 11:30 to get an ETA, and he puts down my phone saying wrong number. Later I text him or leave him voicemail - no response. No one arrived and I had to postpone my move.It is unfortunate such people bring down trust and go about doing business in such unprofessional way. Not giving information ahead of time.Leaving the entire family stranded and having to look for other options at the last moment.Hope they improve and earns people trust and get better in their business.

DO NOT USE!! BIGGEST ISSUE: MY COUCH WAS TORN! The movers did not tell me about it. I noticed after they had left. I spoke with Mark and he asked me to send pics. I have not received a response and he will not answer or return my call. It has been 3 weeks!They did not inform me ahead of time of things they would NOT move - no glass items! (mirrors, glass inserts for tables and entertainment center). The movers were nice but slow. I helped load and unload and it still took 3.5 hours. I live by myself in a 1 bedroom apt.YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Their quality definitely explains why they were cheaper than any other company I quoted. I do not recommend using them.

These guys are great. They found room in a busy day to fit in my unloading. The value compared to other quotes we received was excellent. Professional polite young men handled our belongings with care. Thank you for a job well done.

Joe And Ryann moved us in less than hours for a 2 bedroom. They are excellent. I love those guys. I will definitely use them again when we move to our house.... Great job guys. Definitely worth a great review.

I had property stolen from me by the movers! Thankfully I have video footage to prove because the owner did not even try to look into it! Do not use this company! They will also try to overcharge you with the service fee they have tried to scam me out of my the $40 fee and try to include it in the price. Please make sure to read the contract carefully and add up your fees. What should have taken no more than 3 hours took five because I was sent a man (who was overweight) and a woman who could not have weighed over 90 pounds! This would not normally be a problem except they are MOVERS!! And should be physically fit and able to move. Their physical condition clearly slowed them down! They took a break on MY time to stop at the store which took 30 minutes. One of the movers decided to share with my family that his grandmother was a member of the KKK! Not a smart decision called to report it to the owner and he didn’t seem to care. Moral of the story is... Find a reputable moving company who hires movers who are physically fit to move, although the fact that I have tried to be scammed by them twice is not excuse! Read your contract and make sure that you double check your fees

This was the worst company please use another moving company. They are rude and lazy. Your furniture will be damaged with no call back from owner. Please check the BBB for other complaints.

This is the 2nd time I have used this moving company. First move awesome 2 guys came and moved me within the 2 hrs. Now this past weekend move, HORRIBLE. Appointment time 8-9. They showed up at 10:15. Took them 4 hours to move my 2 beds, couch, W&D and table. To a full 2 bedroom apartment. Countless smoke, and water breaks and just hanging around. I even had to help move things off the truck. I had to call family and friends to assist with the rest if my moving because not all of my things fit in the small truck. I will not be using them again.

Michael and Vernon were excellent help in my move. They loaded my truck very quickly and efficiently.

Pick another company! All is well until they break something. Item was broken during move on a Sunday. They sent me a text message asking me to send photos. I did so that day. The person via email said they file a claim the following Monday. Called to follow up 2 weeks later. Person answering phone says I need to communicate via email with the email I sent the photos to. At the point Ive followed up several times with the email and received no response. Guy answering phone is no help. Im want them the pay for the desk they break...thats all nothing more.

The two gentlemen were very helpful and perfect gentleman would not let me pick up one box. Will very informative on how to maximize my space in the moving truck and were very respectful. No damage was done. They were able to load everything into the appropriate rooms. It was like I had a personal mover, Home interior designer, visionary all in one. Diamond and Juan were amazing

I do not recommend this moving company AT ALL!!!!! They do not care about their customers. They moved me at nine in the morning, here it is ten at night & im getting the run around about my belongings that they forgot to give me!! I am livid right now

I had a wonderful experience with Home Movers. The team was not just on time but called to say they had already finished their first job and did I want them to come a little early. They were polite, friendly and professional. I am in between places and everything going into storage. They made quick work of all my furniture and boxes but took great care in how everything was placed in the unit. I will definitely be using them again when the time comes to move permanently.

Jose and Juan were awesome! They make a great team. They arrived on schedule and provided great customer service. Very affordable. They explained the cost and other moving instructions that was not overwhelming. They moved our furniture with care and had a can do attitude. This is my second time using this company, and could not be more pleased with the transactions both times. The company called to confirm arrival, and provided me with an ETA. Joe and Franco met every expectation I had for my move. They arrived within the window of time I was given (they arrived more toward the beginning of the window. They took care to cover my more delicate pieces of furniture with pads. They carefully wrapped my breakables in plastic wrap. They set up my beds and installed my washer and dryer.Very reasonable prices. They are really nice guys and were fun to engage with. I highly recommend Home Movers LLC.

Scheduled a move with these guys earlier in the week, because I had used them before, and wanted use them again. These guys never showed up for my move, never attempted to call and say they would be late or needed to reschedule or anything. I tried calling them got no answer no text response and had to find another moving company at the last minute. Never again will they get my business.

Had a great experience with Home Movers. They were prompt, accurate, professional, very careful with our stuff, and willing to go the extra mile. Even though it was raining heavily on the day of my move they were on time and moved my stuff very carefully and neatly. I was given a window between 11am-2pm. I called at noon to get an idea of the time the movers would arrive and was informed they’re finishing a move in Mesquite. I got a phone call at 1:45pm from someone who said they’ll be moving my things and should arrive in 45 minutes. The caller did not say his name. The movers arrived at 2:35pm which was past the 2:00pm window. I was moving from a studio that’s 675 square feet, had all my boxes in the living room and my new apartment is 10 minutes away so I was hoping for a 2 hour move but it ended up being 4 hours! The movers did not move all my things because I didn’t want to go over 4 hours and I had to help them move! I was loading my car, I HELPED THEM UNLOAD THEIR TRUCK AND MOVE MY THINGS TO MY NEW APARTMENT! A married couple did my move and they had zero sense of urgency. I asked the man if they can try to speed things up a bit and he said he would walk out if I rushed him. He said one of my small bookshelves broke and he blamed the type of material it was made out of. I also notice that the bottom of my armoire broke and he didn’t tell me so now it’s wobbly. The married couple who did my move had no uniform, no identification and never introduced themselves with their names. The man was extremely heavy set and was not able to move fast which is definitely a factor of how slow the move was. I had to breakdown my own bed to speed up the move. I DO NOT recommend this service to anyone!

I used Home Movers 2 1/2 ago and they where wonderful. A father and son moved usThey are very professional and thoroughWe moved from a 3 bdrm on the 3rd floor to a 3 bdrm on the 1st floor and never complained. They were running about 45 mins late ... But made up for it in their customer service. They even setup the beds and placed all of the boxes in the designated rooms.So now, Im planning to move again and decided to check the reviews to see if things have changed in the past 2 1/2 years before booking a move.WOW! Alot has changed in 2 years. Reading the reviews I guess its depends on what contractors that you get. Like rollong the dices. I guess Ill keep looking.

Terrible Customer Service.Mark set our appointment 2 weeks before our move.He informed me that they only set available times in window blocks. We chose from 11:00am to 2:00 pm.I called and double checked that our appointment was still set the day before our move. Mark confirmed it was.The following day I called at 10:30 am and spoke with Mark and let him know we were ready to go at 11:00 am as he told me that they would call 30 minutes before arriving. He told me the movers were tied up with another customer and as soon as they finished they would arrive. 2:00 pm came and still no movers. 2:30 pm came and still no movers. I called Mark again and he gave me the same excuse and I said please have them call when they finish. At 3:30 pm still no movers I called Mark and said you have missed your window by an hour and a half what kind of discount can you offer? He said it would still be $180 for 2 hours work. Again, I asked for the movers to call when they were close. 5:30 pm THE MOVERS ARRIVED!They said because we asked for a discount they would not move anything before they were paid. They also admitted they stopped somewhere and picked up a third person so we got 3 people instead of 2 and that was the discount they could provide. Big V Vernon also dropped 3 boxes trying to load them on a dolly and laughed about it when I said something to him. Do not waste your time or money with this company. Very poor customer service and moving personal do not care about being careful with your items.

1 female mover and 1male mover that owner Mark did not inform I was moving to 3rd floor. Movers was not happy. My son and I ended up physically helping move furniture into a 1 bedroom apt. Be aware they do not use tolls which is impossible due to me leaving on service road of George Bush when you are charged hourly. The movers told me they will take the side streets or Mark will charge them $100. I then proceeded to contact owner his response it hasnt been a problem before. It took the drivers over 45 minutes to arrive from Rowlett to Rowlett yes same city 7 miles away due to that. I called for the owner left a detailed message and sent a text message trying to find out the location of his movers. Mark never called me back. Save yourself a disaster move.

Jafar and Donald were amazing and fast! Friendly and courteous. Will definitely be calling Home Movers again for my next move. They were careful with packing my life away as I have a lot of stuff and they just started working from the get go! They stopped maybe once for like 30 seconds for a drink but other than that, kept on working with a positive attitude at that! Thank you :)

George and Hector did a great job! Didnt expect them to wrap every piece of furniture in blankets and plastic but they did. Both were efficient and pleasant to work with. The move took longer than expected but it was worth the money considering they moved all furniture and appliances from two different locations (3 bdrm and a 4 bdrm home). Thank you!

Our move slot was from 7am-9am, they arrived right at 8am. Chad and Edward were very professional and efficient. Despite having to move from a third floor apartment, they moved very quickly without damaging or scratching any of our belongings. The fees were straight forward and reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone simply because of the service and value I was provided!

First off...the Receptionist, Jessica, is beyond exceptional. Shes very friendly, great attitude, thorough and knowledgeable.The movers, Jonathon, Derek and Joseph were very hard workers. They were very respectful of my property.The weather was a bit rainy that day so I had to suggest that they lay a blanket down to avoid tracking moisture and debris on to my new carpet and flooring but aside from that they got everything done in a timely manner with no issues.I would recommend DFW movers and would use them again in the future.

I was skeptical about the low prices they offer and some of the bad reviews I read. But after speaking with Lupé over the phone regarding my move, I felt confident they could handle the job efficiently. The two men that moved me to my destination 40 minutes away were absolutely awesome! They wrapped my expensive pieces of furniture and took great care in moving all of my belongings. They were professional and courteous. I was completely moved within only 3 hours! I had everything packed and nicely organized for them when they arrived and they immediately started working after presenting me with the contract! They worked fast! A big thumbs up! I paid cash which made things much easier. I even gave them a monetary tip!

Fredrick and Joshua were terrific. Its 110 degrees today and they helped me move from a 2nd floor apt to a 3rd floor apt. They handle things like a champ and still finished on time. Im so glad to have them help me move. This was a great experience. I will definitively refer friends to them.

These guys are amazing I booked a move last minute, because my other moving cancel changed my quoted price last minute and these guys showed up within the quoted timeframe. it took them about 2 1/2 hours to get the job done! and the next day after one or the drivers noticed that I had left some of my items they brought them all the way back to my house! they even put the bed together and hooked up the washer and dryer! Quality Service!!

My move went very well. The movers introduced themselves and shook my hand and were two very nice young men. They handled my belongings carefully. They were finished within the 2 hour time frame I was given, even after traveling across town in rush hour traffic. I would definitely recommend Home Movers.

Fred and Trolan were EXTREMELY fast, efficient, friendly, and smart about the best way to move everything! As soon as they arrived they got straight to business and worked extremely hard the whole time! And it was 106 degrees today! They were both also friendly with our dog who was a bit of a challenge to deal with while moving! SUPER SUPER friendly and insanely GREAT work ethic and professional!! I will absolutely be recommending them to all my friends moving this summer and will definitely do business with Home Movers again and be recommending these two!

Excellent service and fantastic price - best one I could find! They get a one star reduction because they were THREE hours later than they had me scheduled. It wouldnt have been a big deal except that meant that they didnt even arrive at my house until 9pm and didnt finish the work until 1am. To their credit, they tried to keep me updated on their ETA throughout the afternoon, but a better job scheduling would have been appreciated.

My experience was horrible. I dont really give them a single star. Where shall I begin. Lets jump to the end..Movers arrived at my pickup location 4:20pm. I have a one bedroom everything was well packed and organized. 2 black individuals one with a ankle monitor and the other one that couldnt handle stairs. Took them 4 hrs and something to the drop off point. Once there I was informed my rate had changed..(due to their no existent organization) I had to instruct them how to stack items on the truck. It was a hot mess. They loaded all my items in the back of a DIRTY truck. Scratches, broke, and oiled items. I have more items still at my other apartment to pick up. Paid them $342.50 only for them to unload me curbside and leave all my items on the nasty ground and grass. Embarrassing to say the least. Called the driver and no answer.. Called the company and no answer. I am planning to suit anyone who has had this experience is willing to come along and file a class action lawsuit. Lets put these mfs out of business. This is true..I have pictures.

This company is truly a RIPOFF!!! It took 7 hours to move my home when everything was packed. They moved like snails to run up my cost. My wife whos going through Kimo, worked did more than they dis to try an keep the cost down.

PLEASE, please stay away from this company. As MANY MANY people have said....This company is BY FAR the worst Ive ever done business with. I made a huge mistake that I am continuing to pay for. 1. They lied about what time they would be there...They were 4 hours late and acted like I was the problem. 2. The workers repeatedly asked for water and snacks and rested 3. they broke my childs bed and my washer. 3. My claim was ignored for 1 month. 4. After they responded, it took another 45 days for them to respond....during this time, I had NO washing machine, so it cost me money and the inconvenience. 5. They promised to give me $75 for a $900 that they destroyed. Its been 2 months, and still no $75. Please heed my warning, ignore any of the fabricated good comments that were posted.

Wow...only word I can use to describe both of my experiences with these folks. From my first frantic plea for help with my first move (Santos and Joseph) to my last unloading (Lupe and Derrick), they were patient and had the best professional demeanor. They handled everything as if it were their own. Thank you to Jessica as well for making it all happen.

Had the best experience with them. Very professional. Lived on the third floor and an hour and a half away and they managed to get everything done in 4 hours. Would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them next time we need them.

Terrible service. I waited 4 hours for them. They never called me to say they were not coming. I had to call them. Then they said well we are not going to move you today. Seriously!!! Who does that. Then she says well we will try tonight. I waited 4 hours that morning when I had reserved the time to be told no. Screw you. I found another mover who moved me in 2 hours.

They were fast and efficient. I recommend using them if you want a quick, seamless move. Made my move a lot easier with everything else there is to remember.

I recently used Home Movers for an emergency move. The movers I had originally booked waited til 30 minutes before my schedule time to cancel me out. Home Movers saved the day. Even though they had already done 3 moves for the day, they came out to do mine with no complaints and moved my items with no damages. I would recommend them to everyone!!!

The owner of this company, Mark, is very unprofessional. He is impossible to communicate with. He claimed we needed a larger truck and hiked up our price by $300. We negotiated a price based on 2 movers, but only one showed up. The mover, Jaffar, worked extremely hard and we had no problems with him. However, there should have been 2 movers.When you try to contact Mark with an issue, he will turn his phone off to avoid you.We lucked out with Jaffar, but you are much better off going with a more established and reputable moving company.

Absolutely HORRIBLE movers. They ripped holes in my leather couch. Scratched my vanity and tv stand with a fireplace in it. This is just the things Ive noticed so far. Im sure I will find broken items once I open boxes and containers. A huge hole was torn in a heavy duty cardboard box. A hole in a plastic tub. Worst movers ever and they will be getting claims on everything they damaged. I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy. 2 of the guys were new and their first day but still unacceptable to damage furniture. I felt like I was in a nightmare and couldnt wait for them to be done. They dont even deserve 1 star

Moving company charges hidden service fee which youre not informed of until the movers arrive; naturally painting you in a corner as finding movers last minute is no easy task. The movers worked very slow loading the truck taking every box down by hand individually. Once you arrive at your new home, payment is due. After paying the movers their pace picked up immensely, stacking all the boxes on dollies & bringing them into my new place. I noticed one of the movers putting one of the legs back onto my TV stand, the legs unscrew so thought nothing of it until I moved the stand & the leg fell off. When I lifted up the stand I discovered the leg along with another had been completely ripped out. Clearly the mover knew about it & tried to hide it. Mover told me to submit a claim via email on the back of my invoice which I did. Later in the day I connected my bedroom TV & discovered a huge crack on the screen. I turned on my TV to find the LCD completely ruined. I went to my email to submit another claim when I noticed I received a mailer daemon return email! Not only were my belongings damaged but the so-called claims email isnt even vaild!! Absolute nightmare STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

Jamar and Eddie helped us to move from our 3rd floor apartment building and were great! Not one complaint despite the fact that it was a little over 90 degrees outside. They were very polite and quick with the job.

Jonathan and Charles were great!This is the second time Home Movers helped me move. Both times the staff were friendly, professional, and efficient.Theyre rates are less than most moving companies so I will definitely refer their business as well as use them the next time I move.

These guys are quick, I even gave them a hand and they made days that are traditionally stressful a more enjoyable experience. Only took a few hours, nothing was damaged, these guys were on point. I was impressed. I would do it all over again with these guys!!

This place keeps your budget in mind when you are going through the moving process. Price quoted was the price I paid. Mike and Jeovanie were quick and professional. They called an hour before arriving and once they arrived they got straight to work. Everything made it to our new place in one piece free of scratches. Awesome guys and great price.

Today my day started off the wrong way and by my own admittance my move to my new apartment wouldve been the same way had it not been for two young mean keeping level heads and not reacting to my actions! I just want to let it be known that I would reccommend Shawn and Charles for any moving needs that you presently have or in the future!

Moving for me is extremely stressful, and for some reasons, things cant help but go wrong. The elevator stopped working, making the process longer. No complaints, though, I had two wonderful movers Shawn and Daniel. They moved everything professionally and without complaints. Thank you guys for being so wonderful. No kidding, even with the longer time, my bill was way less than any other movers. Im definitely recommending to family, friends and coworkers.

I was VERY disappointed and would not recommend this company. The movers we had were not only slow, but sweated on everything! They wore cutout tanks (without any undershirts) and left sweat stains on our $5K sofa, upholstered bed frame and brand new King Mattress (which had a mattress protector on, but took off when we were not looking). Now I have to have get all of my upholstery professionally cleaned. Not to mention one of the guys kept having asthma episodes from walking up and down the stars.

The were a little late due to other movers and traffic, but when they got to my house, they worked efficently and they were very careful with my things. They were so nice and Johnny was the sweetest man in the world. These guys deserve all the business in the world, if I move again I will be sure to use home movers. By far the best movers I have ever used in my life.

WORST MOVING COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED!!!!! BE PREPARED - If they damage your furniture, they do NOT reimburse you the amount they are required to reimburse you for. They damaged my 325 lb. couch and only wanted to reimburse me $60.00 for it. Standard moving liability is .60 per pound. Therefore, they claimed my couch was only 100 lbs. THAT IS CRAZY! I even weigh over 100 lbs and my couch weighs a hell of a lot more than me! When I refuted the offer they emailed me, I never heard anything back from them. I called them and they told me the only way to get in touch with their claims department is through email. I sent them SEVERAL emails following up on my claim and STILL NOTHING BACK FROM THEM!!! If you use them, dont expect them to be FAIR if they damage your things.

Santos and Joseph did a wonderful job. They were respectful and courteous and did the job efficiently. All you can ask for! They also moved some big pieces for us with ease.

I moved from a 700 square foot apartment that the movers took 3 hours to move and I now find myself hiring new movers to move the stuff they did not have time to get. The three hours they did take did not even permit them to put the stuff in place or put the bed together... I had to move my own stuff and put it together... beware do not hire
