They do not sell propane at this location. Yes there is a big propane tank and a button to press for service. But no one ever comes out. So no, they do not sell propane here.

Chronic slow inattentive employees. They appear almost lifeless. Its like UHaul has stolen their very soul. They have no sense of time and appear to be lost in own misery. You may think i am joking....Im not. Come see for yourself. I have yet to ever come here and not have to wait more than an hour each time. Not enough employees? Maybe? Burned out to a crisp? Certainty.

I have been waiting to fill up propane tanks. I talked to some people there, and they said they will send someone. After waited another 5 minutes, I called them. They said they will send someone. After another 5 minutes, I left. I guess they dont care about their business or customers. The only way I can warn other customers to give them one star. I will give them zero star if I could. I couldnt recommend anyone going there unless they improve their customer service. Hopefully someone at the UHaul headquarters take notice if they care about their business

I wait for someone to fill up my tank for more than 25 minutes after I talk to someone at customer service and they said that someone is on their way, bad service

I have had nothing but trouble here. Every single time I come here there is an issue with my account. I had to keep a truck two extra days because they told me I had access to the storage units after hours so I could move in. That was not true and now two months later they want to charge me for extra time with the truck after I was told that they would eat the cost. Then I get some dude who helps me but tries to lecture me about following up with not just UHAUL about stuff but about stuff in general! The nerve! You all dont handle stuff right with me and now you want to lecture me???? Get out of here!!!! Take your business elsewhere!!!!! Dont come here!!!!!

Everytime Im been there is a horrible experience. I tried to avoid using this location like the plague. I made a reservation online for a trailer but was sent here because the trailer I needed had not been returned, no big deal. I arrived at the store and checked in. They need to more information even thought they had a credit card and an existing reservation they needed alternate phone numbers and people. If you already have my license plates, my drivers licenses, and major credit card, why on earth do you need a phone number? Ive rented a trailer here several times and the process in the same. The only reason to come here is the fact that they always have the trailer I need and most of the staff in the equipment yard are nice.

Uhaul & the manager Justin are horrible, lying individuals. Made reservations, was sent to the wrong location, quoted one price & LBJ location wont honor it, basically called me a liar. The price turned out to be higher, wont do anything about it & he made it seem like he was doing me a favor. Be careful renting from themNOT HONEST COMPANY !!

Try this place if youre into lies and verbal abuse. The ass.mgr revoked a reservation because moving items from a residence to a storage unit didnt give him a forwarding address. To him, this justified refusal of the rental. He was a total jerk about it. Go to the on on 635 between walnut hill and Jupiter.

Dont waste your time going there.They dont deserve any star .bad customer service, not enough employees. more than hour waiting time .

Number one they cant understand English number 2 they tried to put on extras on there without letting the customer choose if they wanted that or not he was sarcastic and laughed at me I will never do business with you all again this was my 4th time but will be my last
