I have used Extra Space for a while now. Which obviously doesnt matter to them. Usually the rent goes up $5 to $15. Which is fine. This time it went up $38. I thought it was a mistake. Ive never seen it go up that much. I called customer service they assured me someone would call me on Monday. No one called, after waiting until Wednesday I finally called. The woman on the other line said shed talk to her district manager about lowering the price. $38 is I pretty nice chunk of change. The district manager said no. because I am already paying $100 less then the value. Well yeah because I got this on special. I mean whats going to happen next year. $68 rent increase. If youre going to use the excuse about street value against what a costumer pays, then dont run specials at reduced price. That way we stay at street value. So I dont have to worry about playing catch-up to the street value. Moreover, I asked for the district managers name, I was told that info couldnt be given out? Ive never worked or heard of a company that didnt have the district managers information to give out to people that want to go above the manager. Thats just really odd. Take responsibility for your decision dude dont hide behind your email or subordinate. Just tells me he doesnt really care about interaction with angry customers, not like hed do anything about it anyway. Maybe being a distinct manager isnt for you dude. But I get it, he has to make sure profit is more important then customer relations.

I used Extra space for a few years, the service was great. The office staff always pleasant. The only reason I moved was the cost has gone up a bit more than I wanted to spend.

Went there yesterday to get a storage and a worker named Donna was very ethical, kind, and funny. She gave me that connection in which I could trust them with their storage and leaving my belongings in their Unit. Never have I ever experienced anything like this in any other storages. I recently visited Extra Space Storage after stopping by the other storage facilities in the area. I wish I wouldve saved myself so much time and just come here first. The facility itself has a good layout and is easy to maneuver. All the units are on the ground so no worries about climbing stairs or having to haul boxes. The storage unit is exactly what was described and was clean. We were helped by Donna who couldnt have been better. She answered all my questions, was informative, and helped me get the best deal for my needs. Overall very pleased and highly recommend.

Ive stored here in the past, and im back again so that should tell you something. They try to help you save a couple of $$. Compared to Uhaul, this place was cheaper, and just as good if not better. Arquel took care of us and he was great! He tried to get us the best deal he could. And for those who care about social distancing, they are wearing masks and making sure to keep 6ft apart.

Connie was really nice and friendly and helpful. All the units are outside which is a plus for me, Easy loading unloading. Second time using extra space storage from the call center to the on-site managers so everyone has been really great

They lure you in with very low fees but once you get all your stuff in there they really raise the rates on you very quickly because they know for most people it is too much trouble to move all you items to another storage locker. I had a move-in fee of $99 per month but by the end of two years they had raised the rate so it was at now at $220 with their required insurance they tack on.I finally had enough and even though had to rent a truck and it was a two-day job, I moved all my items to another, newer storage facility with lower rents and they have not raised them. Also this facility gets a lot of heavy dust as all my belongings were covered with it after just several months.

The customer service I received from Connie made me feel as if I were family. She was kind from start to finish. I did have an issue with my storage unit, but by the time I brought it to her attention. She had already fixed it. Would recommend this storage facility to any who need a unit. One of the best prices I found in town.
