Terrible experience with the manager on forest lane garland.my car had broke down on a Saturday. went der wt a tow truck on Monday 2nd. She didnt let us in. She said I had to pay for the month before I could tow my car out. Paid for my 2 units the next day. I went the the day after payment. She had call the tow company to tow my car. Not even 24hours. Wicked soul!

Recommend to all.Great price, clean, fenced out, cameras in every corner. Glad to have them so close in town. 😊

Reserving judgement here. Ive had a 10x30 unit since late 2011. Started out at $139 s month. Now 2019 its roughly $200 a month. Still cheaper than I could get it for now.Review was updated. Operations rep called me to review the change in monthly rates. She felt this should not have happened, showed great concern. Worked with me to fix the issue. thank you

I was looking for a large storage unit to store years of acquired belongings for my family as I moved in with family in an apartment which would not hold all of our stuff. I also do a lot of crafting and store almost all of my supplies. Watson-Taylor had what I needed at a very reasonable price. They are pleasant to deal with and handle any issues promptly. I highly recommend them if you are in need of a storage unit.

I did a smart checkin with my phone. They had the u-haul truck, but not the equipment I needed. The lady did find another store that did though so thats a plus.

I have been using Watson and Taylor for close to a year now. I definitely recommend it. With the low rates and friendly staff I couldnt ask for a better place to hold the things i cant fit in my apartment. The location is probably not the safest but it has excellent surveillance and security. I feel that my stuff is very safe. Once i found this location i recommended it to my dad and my aunt whom both have moved from the locations they were at to come here. Angel is always super friendly and helpful with all of your needs.

We recently rented a storage unit at Watson Taylor Self Storage in Garland. The Customer service was outstanding, Don was very helpful and answered all of our questions. He made our move as stress free and moving can be. The storage unit has easy access and is very affordable. I would definitely recommend this storage facility and I will be using them again in the future.

I use this facility and have no issue with them. Fair pricing, affordable than Public Storage and Access storage that nearby. Ease to get to on bus line or car, friendly staff.

I have been very impressed with this storage facility since the day I called to get a rate quoted. Angel is the best and has been willing to help me with whatever I may need. The prices are good, and I havent had a problem with them over anything. I definitely would recommend them to someone else or I would use them again if I need.

The staff and especially the management are so very helpful and polite! Rosana is the Manager off of Forest Lane in. And I would recommend her to anyone. She was extremely helpful in explaining rentals on towing items. And constAntly smiled. She is very professional. Yet genuine a person.

Large facility, many sizes to choosr from and gated. Rosanna runs the place, she is on top of things, helpful, and friendly. ...always smiling.

I have been renting here almost a year & have only had the opportunity to meet the owners twice (I pay online), but both time I have met them both, they were pleasant & very personable... This is a decent place for storage for the money, havent had any issues at all.

He worked with me and I got me a storage room. Its not all fancy, but if youre in need of a place to storage your things, and in need of a good price, STOP LOOKING AROUND!! Look up WATSON & TAYLOR SELF STORAGE near you!!I dont know what specials they have right now, but they are always doing specials. Doesnt hurt to call or drop in and ask.MY monthly fees plus my personal insurance is all in my spending range.
