The only thing is that nobody answers the phone. So you cant make a storage payment. The place itself is really nice and very secure. But I personally dont like talking to a automated service.

Stay away from this place!!!! Might look new and clean but it’s not! My Daughter rented a climate controlled unit only to remove her items full of mice feces!!!!!! The mice also chewed the edges of several pieces of her furniture.

Brett was amazing! We had so many questions and he helped answer all of them. He gave us recommendations and was extremely hospitable and sweet. I had never felt so welcomed and taken care of at a storage facility before. He gave us a tour and assured us he would be there to help every step of the way. I love the security and easy access. Extremely clean facility and great price! Highly recommend this storage facility, ask for Brett for the the best customer service!

The manager was so good the way she attended to me

Reservation of my unit was handled professionally by a phone representative. Beverly onsite at the Garland I-30 location reached out to me to assist.She was very friendly and made sure I was getting enough space. The staff is very knowledgable and significantly helpful. Brett has a warm nature that makes you feel comfortable. I was given a tour of a few units with no hassle. I felt very welcomed and Brett made sure he provided recommendations that would fit my needs. Excellent customer service!

Im the kind of person that likes to work at a place where I really felt like I like the place, people, and services. That being said, I have accepted a position with Storage365 at a different location.However, I am being trained at this location, and have noticed the attention to detail, cleanliness, security, prices, and staff are all SPOT ON! Very comfortable, clean, friendly, and secure. The climate controlled units are kept nice and cool in the summer and not too cold in the winter. Also there are two restrooms for customers here and carts to help your moving experience as painless as possible. Beverly, the GM here is very, friendly, helpful, and highly experienced.Overall... A great new storage company that has great customer service, very clean and well maintained facilities, and reasonable pricing. This is why I chose to work for Storage365. Give us a call!

This place has been so awesome for the 2 years Ive used them, Mrs Beverly especially is very kind. They have, on multiple occasions, called to let me know that it was the last day to pay on my account before late fees were added, saving me God knows how much. Just an awesome experience overall.

Oh No! Went to check out a unit. 2 of their current customers were trying to get in, the Lady who claims to be the Manager totally ignored them leaving the doors locked. The Manager argured with the customer, hating to be corrected. No one should have to bang on your windows to get you to unlock the business during business hours, while you watch them through the window, and its 99 degrees outside. Another Customer pulls up and states Oh theyre doing it again! Well, if locking the doors out on your customers werent bad enough, yelling at them was over the top! She even had a sign up stating what time shed return, yet after that time she continued to sit there like she didnt have 4 Customers outside! My husband and I walked out...We wont be renting a unit here! Horrible Service!

Went for storage unit today, didn’t reserve or anything online and they still had a lot of options available for me. Brett was awesome! He was very kind and attentive and answered all my questions. The facility and units are super clean.

I researched this Storage 365 location online and was disappointed to find out that there are add-on fees (there is a one time admin fee and you are REQUIRED to purchase insurance or show proof of other property insurance)...so, the listed price is misleading. However, after researching several storage facilities, I decided to use GT Storage (awesome people, pricing, and facility) which is located next door to this Storage 365 location. When I drove over to GT Storage, I almost passed them up because Storage 365 has recently constructed VERY TALL fencing so that you cannot see GT Storage until you pass the fencing (I wonder if they did this because they were losing too many customers to GT Storage...SHAME ON Storage 365)!!!

The General Manager welcomed us at the door.She even remembered my name and welcomed us in, as if we were family..It was the best and easiest experience dealing with the office staff at a storage location.Besides being sweet and kind, the facility itself, was beyond our expectations.Clean, bathrooms on each floor, nice size hallways and wide entry doors, to move our things on the carts that are PROVIDED on site.Excellent customer service and fantastic facility!

Ive used this storage for years when it was Cubesmart. It was so clean with no signs of rats. I went today and for the first time I see signs of large rats all over my storage! Not only that, one day when visiting it was blood on the elevator looked like there had been a fight or a struggle. I only go in the mornings or when theres staff on sight. I know they cant prevent rats but hopefully it can be controlled.

Staff is awesome and will help you the best they can. Location is convenient and most importantly, clean. The manager is exceptionally caring and makes you feel comfortable. I really enjoy being a customer.

Friendly staff. I reserved online and got a call back to complete set up within 24 hours. The facility is 3 stories, but they have a working elevator, several access doors, and push carts to move items easily.The only reason I couldnt give 5 stars is because there is a terrible odor on the first floor around the bathrooms. I dont know if it is the plumbing or someones storage. I would still recommend for convenient storage if you live near.

So far so good! The staff is kind and knowledgeable. The units are climate controlled and reasonably priced. They have a bunch of moving carts to help with moving in and out your stuff. The hallways and outside are clean. Gate with passcode protection. There isnt a place to throw away anything but thats not a big deal, in my opinion. Great storage place!

Great facility and love the staff. They always have me smiling while I’m there. Facility is always clean and have flat carts always available to help with moving items in and out of storage. Employees are extremely helpful and work with you to best fit your needs. Have been with this facility for over a year and have had zero issues. Would highly recommend using this facility.

Good storage place, everything feels safe and secure. When calling about pricing, they need to include the insurance pricing needed for the storage. Do not leave that out and wait for the customer to arrive in person to tell them about the price increase because of insurance.

This place rocks!!! I had to empty our home so we could remodel to sell. Every time I deal with Russ, it is a pleasure. Anytime we had questions, Russ had answers, when there was a problem with billing, he corrected it immediately. I have been so pleased with this location. And, I would use them again if it ever became necessary!!!!!

I went to the Rockwall store and Nikki helped me. She was awesome and when she understood my needs she called another Cube center and found what I needed. Great customer service! Give her a raise!When I arrived at the other Cube location Russ Russell was a great help and a joy to work with. He helped me, but did not try to Sell me. Again great customer service and Mrs. Looney was helpful to me as well even though I was not working directly with her. Great team! Very impressed!

This is the best storage unit Ive ever had or seen. Best price, size, and customer service. The people are very friendly and I reccomend everyone use them.

I had a unit here for about a year, and over all it was great. It seemed like I frequently had issues with the auto-pay. It would work fine for a few months then revert to a previous account I had at one point used for them that no longer was active- so late charges would be added. Maybe that was bc I switched accounts on them, so I won’t blame them for it. I did learn to watch for the payment to be deducted every month to save the extra fee being added. Other than that, the facility was really nice and clean, Beverly on the front office was always so sweet and helpful. If you NEED a unit, this is a good facility to get one. (Haha but I would never recommend getting a storage unit- wish I had just donated the stuff and was done with it a year ago!)
