Could not be happier with the service here. They rebuilt my RV alternator at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend. Jason helped me start to finish. And didnt laugh at me when I asked my questions. I am NOT mechanically inclined at all.

These guys are a little pricier but cant complain on work starters and alternators Ive had them repair have worked well and lasted. I have worked with other repair shops and have had starters fail after 3 months or less. I will continue to use them you also get good service.

I bought a starter for a 2004 Toyota Sienna. He sold me a replacement starter which was better than the original. It is actually using the older Denso more reliable design that can be rebuild in the future should it needs to. The starter fit just fine with slightly different cable placement. So far so good after more than 1 year. I could not know that the car can used a different type of starter had I not go to this shop. Great knowledge and service.

I new this place when I was testing my Mercedes Benz alternator at one local auto part store in Rowlett TX. Store had no machine to properly test my alternator but they referred me to Hammond in Garland TX.The Hammond technician was very knowledgeable about my need and the part that I need to test. He was very courteous and offered me to test it for free. He found that the alternator was with an internal damage.I strongly recommend this shop for everyone.

I took my Marine Starter there and they had it ready by end of day. I might be Imagining this but it seems much stronger than it ever was. regardless I am giving 5 stars for customer service and workmanship. thanks Hammond Bros. very happy customer

Bought a 454 mercruiser boat starter on amazon February 2016 that quit working in July 2016. Took the starter to Hammonds Brothers in October for rebuilding. Starter has fired up ever since with no hiccups. Good friendly service...a rarety these days!
