After having my car serviced at a chain oil change location I was told I would need new brakes soon. Then I was quoted an astronomical amount for repairs!!! I called Triple A for a price quote. And was quoted a much better price!!I took my car in a few days later. They called with a total cost before starting any work, I consented, and my brakes and rotors were replaced a few hours later!!!I will continue to use Triple A because as a woman I never get the feeling that they are just price gouging as most mechanics do with women customers. Triple A staff is respectable and polite!!!

Triple A Muffler is the best complete automotive repair shop in DFW hands down. I’ve been going here for years! Every time I visit Bobby takes care of me. They do a wonderful job of explaining what going on with you vehicle. The tech also named Bobby took care of my 2014 Camaro SS and did an amazing job with the exhaust. He carefully explained what was going on with my headers and cat back and took care of it quickly. I was in and out within 30 minutes. This is the only shop I take my vehicles to.

Unfortunately, my catalytic converter was stolen from my car recently. So I began searching for muffler shops online. After reading the reviews, I decided to call. The hype about this place is real. After my car was making some weird noises Firestone quoted me $1200 to fix it. I brought my car here and they were able to get it done same day and for $90 bucks! Great value and service, saved me a ton. Will recommend this place to anyone needing car repairs!

Ive had 2 custom exhaust systems installed on my car with these guys. They did a great job on my 1968 Impala. No leaks and pretty solid welds. Very reasonable price. Pipes were not under any stress or tension with hangers mounted. No vibrations or loose hangers. Highly recommend them.

Got a quote, very expensive. Got the same muffler for half the price and plus a warranty. That is very common on a lot of muffler places. You just have to shop around to find a reason able price.

My stopped when I was going to work so I called the tow and we took it to that shop. I left that there when I came back to pick it up. They had stolen my prescription glasses. I’m extremely picky with anybody who works on my car. I needed some chrome tips welded on correctly so I did my extensive research on local muffler shops. Noticed Triple A’s pictures/reviews had a corvette (which means they could definitely service my lowered vehicle) so I visited their shop to see what they were about. They were able to take me in immediately that morning and did an excellent job aligning/welding my tips on perfectly. Bobby and his crew know what they are doing and they are 1 of the very few I trust working on my vehicles. They got the job done right and it’s obvious how they’ve been in the business for 45+ years.Also wanted to mention to those who have lowered vehicles – this place has some type of customized lift that caters to lowered vehicles. I cringed when they pulled my vehicle on the rack but it cleared it and he mentioned that they have been using this thing for years and eventually perfected it. They also do alignments so that means no more driving extremely far (plano) to get aligned after dialing in on my suspension.

I brought my car in w/o an appt. late in the afternoon for wheel alignment & they had it ready by closing time. Very efficient. Parking is limited though.

I didnt even end up bringing my vehicle to this place. My issue is when I called to get information about getting my exhaust repaired, the man who answered had an extremely bad attitude, and was very little help. Maybe they do good work here, but I guess I will never find out. I refuse to spend my hard earned money at a place that acts as if its an inconvenience just to inquiry about a vehicle repair. That is what they do right, work on cars?

Take your vehicle to this place. Excellent service! And these guys know what theyre doing. For anything electrical, hell send you to one of his buddies that also has a shop. But anything mechanical is not a problem for them. And each time Ive taken them a vehicle. They only have it for a day! Triple A is a huge garage so dont think hell have your car long just because hes got allot of vehicles in the parking lot. Drop it off, hell call you later that day or the day after and tell you whats wrong and what itll cost, then its ready the next following day. You can definitely trust these guys to get your vehicle fixed properly and promptly.

Went in Friday the man who did my inspection had a very nasty attitude wouldnt recommend this buisness to anyone felt very disrespected go elsewhere!!

LIARS!!! I went here for a suspected thermostat issue. The check engine light had been on and a self-diag tool gave a thermostat error. I had been given a quote, but wanted to get a 2nd opinion. They offered to diagnose my car at no cost.....by the time they finished they said there was a water pump leak...A MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE REPAIR!!!! They suggested I repair the water pump, drive around....then see if there is still an issue with the thermostat. Because there were no liquids leaking from the car, no heating issues, car not running hot..I had to get a 3rd opinion only to find out that there WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY CAR! Apparently theres just a code error. These people are rotten individuals to go out of their way to scam and con single women seeking honest advise in regards to car service.

I’ve been using Bobby since 2011 with my first car, I’ve had 4 cars and he has worked on every single one. My now husband goes to him as well and my mother. He will always get our business. To make a long story short I have a Mercedes and I hit a pot hole and actually cracked my frame. I got 6 quotes. Everyone wanted to charge me $7000 plus or total my car. Bobby had a recommendation for me and I went to him and he charged me $600 and then I went to Bobby for the alignment. My car feels brand new, like nothing ever happened. Bobby is a honest man, his company is honest and that means the world to me!

This is the only place Ill trust to take my car. I get my oil changes done here. My brakes were making a squeaking sound, so I took the car in. I told them about the sound and that Ill have to buy new brakes. Instead of just selling me new brakes, they looked at them. Told me they still have 80% of there life left on the brake pads. and offered to clean them for free.

I was referred by someone last week and took in my Explorer. They diagnosed it, quoted me a price that came back what I expected. They fixed the issue and had it back to me same day. I was so impressed, this week I took my Grand Prix to get them to replace the radiator, flush and service, something I’ve just been putting off. Price was VERY reasonable and service top notch. I’m a loyal customer once I find somewhere I feel treats me right. I highly recommend AAA Muffler, i will go back as needed.

I used them in the past no problems. I guess in this climate were in things have changed. Billy needs an attitude adjustment. Not upfront with the labor vs parts pricing. $380 to change out 2 ignition coils that are in the front.(exhaust manifold does not have to be removed). Not to mention one of the overpriced coils does not have to be removed. Stay away.

My dad used to come here when I was a kid. When I started driving I started coming here, Im 56 now. Ive tried other machic shops out of convenience, but I keep figuring out the same thing, make the longer drive here, its worth it. Ive not found any other shop that is as reliable or trustworthy as Bobby and the boys at triple A. Im not saying they always get it right, but if they dont, they will make it right without an argument.

This place always takes care of me. They put the flow masters on my Avalanche, they charged me $60 once to change the upper control arm when another shop wanted $400 claiming it needed a special tool for the avalanche and they would have to remove the steering box. Bought the part and took my truck to triple A. They are honest people and dont try to Nickle and dime you over every little thing.

I went here for the first time about 4 yrs ago for my 2010 dodge ram rear axle. They fixed it with no issues. Fast forward to January 2020 I took my 2013 F150 here for a minor leak. Triple A Mufflers quoted me around $1000. Luckily for me I found out last min that my truck is still covered under warranty so I took it to a Ford Dealership. The Techs at Ford said NOTHING is wrong and topped off some coolant. July 2020 and STILL no issues. Just thinking had I done what Triple A said I would had been out $1000 for NOTHING. Im sorry but I cant go back here. Nothing against Bobby but this place seems like they are just in for the $$$$$$. Beware.

I have been using Triple A for over ten years now. Why it has taken me this long to write a review, I do not know. Bobby, Scott, and the rest of the staff there have always been professional, courteous, and most of all HONEST, something I have had a hard time finding at other repair shops and dealerships. I have had oil changes, brakes, A/C repair, transmission, and several other parts replaced at this location. Each time, the work is done completely, well, and in a timely manner. They are also consistently less expensive (sometimes by several hundreds of dollars) than other shops.An example of my recent visit there includes the following: Dropped my Ford F-250 off there before they opened, dropped my key in an envelope and in their drop box slot. I needed a blend door and possibly other A/C repair work done and advised them I would not be able to pick it up until the following morning. They completed the work that day, and advised me the list of other A/C repair work I was told by another shop that I would need done, was in fact, not necessary. The quote I had received from the other shop was almost $1500 and Triple A got it done for me for less than $300. Folks, thats $1200 still in my pocket that would not have been if I had went with the other guys!! I am sure that wont always be the case when I go there, but I trust these guys with all my vehicles and will continue to do so..Thanks for your professional service and continued honesty over the years!

I’ve been going to this shop since 2008 and these guys have always been great to me and my 2002 Dodge Ram 1500, never over priced and Great quality work, and sometimes didn’t even charge me anything because the problem was an easy quick fix 😁 I really don’t know what I would do without Bobby and Scott, man those guys are Truly Genuine!!!

Terrible job I had to take my car to NTB to get my alignment redone the next week... I went in for an alignment and it took them 3 hours to see my car I called ahead and they said theyd be able to work on it in 15-30 min

08/2020 dropped off my jeep patriot Mon 9am for a check engine light diagnostic.they said it will take a couple of hours and we will call you.so i called them around 3pm to check up on them.they said we will call you.so Tues morning i was going to call them,but i was hoping that they would call.so about 1pm i called them.they said the the mechanic is on it right now.so the mechanic finally....called 15 min after i hang up the phone.he said i finished the diagnostic and is the map sensor and connection and the estimate 270.00.so i said no, that to much and ask how much i owe you for the diagnostic.he said 90.00.so i pick up my jeep in 45 min and went to a auto part store and bought the map sensor 24.00 and went home,put on the part,very.... easy...... took me 5 min.VERY DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

I had these guys install a straight pipe with y pipe on my 2013 Touareg TDI. Great work. Very clean and great welds, but it was too loud (my fault). I came back to have them put the stock muffler back on, but they offered my an alternative to try adding a magnaflow to quite it down in addition to the resonator that I had installed myself. They did not want me to leave until I was happy and did not charge me extra. I came expecting to throw away the money to cover my mistake and they told me not to worry about it. I 10/10 for customer service, speedy work, and quality. Thanks guys!

My daughter pulled the plastic undercarriage of her car off to where it was hanging. We happened to be next door and drove in to get it checked. 10 minutes later it was fixed, no charge! Everyone was friendly and so accommodating! A genuine good business. I highly recommend!

Very good customer service, John was really helpful at choosing the right mufflers. He quoted me 45 minutes until my truck got in. Then he Quoted me at least 45 minutes to do the install. I ended up waiting little over 2 hours before my truck got in. Although John and another gentleman help me and other means just for taken too long. My total experience at Triple A muffler was very good and would recommend to a friend. Thank you guys!

First come, first served.

They are quick and efficient with their work. Once I finally figured out what was wrong, they checked the issue and since it was quick fix got it done easily. They are usually pretty busy since they take just walk ins. I had to leave my car over night, but they got to it first thing in the morning.

Poured more than a 1000$ into the repair (engine light) and still did not fix the issue. Now I cant even fill the gas tank-the pump cuts off. After 15 years of using their services, they effectively ruined my car. Not only did they not fix the original problem, they created an other problem with the fuel system.Took the car back to fix the fuel system, and they acted like there is no record of the previous repair in their system. Went back 3 times but the techs still could not fix the problem. Is this how you treat your customers? You just lost a customer.

I have been taking my car to Triple A for a while now. The guys are all friendly and do a great job. If anything goes wrong they stand behind their work. I had the same think break on my car and they replaced it for a third time at no charge.

These, guys are the best in the business. Nobody is better, there nice and professional and when there finnish fixing your vehicle you will want to hive everybody a tip, so i could only give a $20.00 tip to Bobby at the Front Desk..
