As the original owner of a 2002 ML320, I wasn’t ready to retire my SUV so I had it towed to Millennium Automotive Specialist for repair. The staff went over every detail of the costs to repair my SUV. We discuss the pros, the cons and the feasibility of returning my SUV to running condition . I knew what was going on with the repair, every step of the way because they gave me frequent updates . I realized very early in the process that” they were looking out for my best interest” and not looking for a money grab. Prior to taking the SUV to Millennium, I was told” I needed a new motor”, the staff at Millennium checked the SUV over and determined, ”I didn’t need a new motor “, saving me thousands $. Went to Christian Brothers and was told 405 to change my thermostat and it would be 2 days. Went to auto zone got the part and coolant for 65$. Called these guys they told me to come in @ 3pm. I showed up at 3 they had me hack out at 5. 140$ total. Keswick the owner showed me some additional repairs my truck needed gave me the price and said just call and schedule it whenever I am ready. He was cool and treated me like we been knowing each other. Ill never go to another shop again.

I have used this shop on 2 separate occasions. One for having motor mounts replaced and recently having my engine replaced on my 2009 Chevy Tahoe that had gone over 200K miles. Kes, the shop owner really did a great job in replacing the motor and the price was $500 to $800 less than other competitors.His knowledge of automotive repair and the mechanics employed by him always alleviate my fears of being ripped off with unnecessary repairs. I had taken my car to Firestone for a diagnostic and they gave me a laundry list of repairs. As a woman, Im skeptical of mechanics so I always get multiple opinions and compare notes and prices. I was referred to MAS and I had them take a look. They let me know that I didnt really need all of those repairs, showed me the parts that they said were damaged so I could see for myself, gave me a maintenance schedule for things that I needed to fix now and which things could wait, and saved me a nice chunk of change. They even asked me if I wanted my old parts- I didnt. Anyway, since then Ive gone to Millennium for all my car care needs. I live in Carrollton which is a bit far but, Im willing to go the extra mile because they do.

Millennium is very professional and timely. I will go back next time I need certified work done on my foreign car.

I have a 2008 bmw x5 and was quoted 3800 for a repair from the dealership, these guys did the same repair with the same warranty 2400.
