They make good coffee although the drive thru line is a little slow

I love this Starbucks...They are always friendly and they can and do make a great cup of coffee.. love love! I get the guda bacon and egg sandwich that is also a favorite of mine.. when Im in Galveston I get my coffee and a quick bite to eat here...Do again.. :)

Starbucks coffee is Starbucks coffee, always good. What changes is customer service. Person at the drive-thru window not friendly.

First of all the guy who works here is RUDE. My order was wrong so I asked him about it and he told me “no that’s what you ordered“ ?! I order the same thing at Starbucks everytime, I know what I ordered. I just took it and went with it. Finally got to my car and it tasted burnt. And I already tired to tell the guy so no point and going back to try to talk to him, 6 bucks down the drain! so I drove to the one off 61st (the one I usually go to) and they got it right and was super friendly. So thank you 61st Starbucks!!!!!

I’ve never had a bad experience at a Starbucks until today. The girl who took my order randomly walked away without even telling me my total and, when I got my drink, it wasn’t anything close to what I ordered (I ordered a coldbrew with sweet cream and was given a cotton candy frappe or something). I didn’t take the drink they made me and instead told the man who was making drinks that I ordered a coldbrew with sweet cream and he seemed to get mad & came back with an iced coffee topped with whipped cream. I didn’t want to bother them anymore because it seemed like they were already mad so I just threw the drink out.

Great if you dont mind paying a fortune for coffees. But if you do, it is inside of Krogers grocery store and very convenient while shopping. They have a good product Im just old fashioned and dont pay 5 to 7 dollars for a coffee.

Im not one to write a review on someone who does their job. Its your job and if you dont do it right then find another job. This time I am taking time out of my day to rave about Richard and Brandi. I get starbucks everyday and when I come to Galveston I only come to the starbucks in kroger. When they are working my coffee is always perfect. That is saying something because my order is a bit different. When I go to most locations I get questioned and they never get my order right. They dont question my order or tell me I cant have certain things (nitro lid with whip cream) at thos location. Even if I am not at the beach I make it a point to come here and get my coffee. Thanks guys for caring and loving your job enough to treat your customers with respect.

Great folks work here at Kroger Starbucks. They always have a smile on there face and great customer service (Specially the girl who works in the evening shifts). Yes, I found her name too. She is Jewels. Love you guys. Best Starbucks in the Galveston area.

Only one barista, Lloyd, working, left area multiple times after handling a customer with st least 5 ppl in line to order. Waited 20 min to jus place an order. Would not recommend again.

Drinks are obviously pompous and overpriced. Theyre good but not THAT good...I mean I can easily make any Starbucks drink at home without minimal issue for about $1 per cup or less.Even with the deals and all, its just not worth it...Especially when you factor in that professional coffee tasters blind taste tested Starbucks, dunkin, McDonalds, and other popular coffee places and scored McDonalds equally high and slightly higher in some areas than Starbucks

Im usually skeptical of Starbucks inside stores but this place was awesome! The guy, I think Trip was his name, made a fantastic latte and even hooked me up with the latest deal going on, usually you have to ask for stuff like that! I was so stoked, I dont even care if I have to drive out of my way or a little further to get there (there is one closer to my house) but seriously youd be hard pressed to find a good coffee place in general and Im glad I finally did because Ive been searching. Puns always intended ;) thanks Trip, you dont even know how much I appreciated it! I didnt see a tip jar and it didnt ask when I ran my card or else I definitely would have... Thanks again though, hopefully this review will suffice! Always nice to treat yourself with a good coffee once in a while, always sucks when you pay the extra buck and it isnt even that good but this time it was so worth it.

Meh. Try and find the better place tucked away called the sugar bean. Awesome and cozy. Well worth the trip.

Its a Starbucks. Home of very expensive coffee and coffee products. They have a little baked goods section, and a drive thru. If you choose to go inside, however, you WILL see at least one hipster writing on a Mac.

If always loved the taste of starbucks refresher and starbucks every were never seen to disappoint there staff is always soo nice and fast

Terrible customer service from this shift. If you see a customer waiting...acknowledge them. Do not just leave them there waiting and never say anything to them. Be with you in a moment or something similar would suffice.

This Starbuck is a true stand alone and recently remodeled very nice with a drive thru and small patio in front of the drive thru. I personal dont prefer smell the cars right at that spot

I am a Starbucks employee for another store in Texas... White mocha was expired and not all drink specifications were met.

Staff are not friendly and more concerned about there own conversation than serving customers.

Very slow moving people and not very knawlageabl.

We waited 15 minutes just for the one person that knew how to make drinks to start our drinks. She made one of them wrong so we waited 30 minutes in all. I will never use this location again.

When the job hangs out at me, I think about how good it is to drink an iced coffee in the hot sun. Toilet was clean, service nice.
