I’ve worked at a car dealer service department for 6 years. We would routinely get recent Carvana purchase customers coming in for state inspection or something minor. The cars were always in good shape, unlike many typical used car lot recent purchases. So I decided to buy a car from Carvana myself this time. It was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I was also pleasantly surprised when I went to pick up my car it had 4 brand new tires and brand new brakes all the way around. This was obviously part of their certification process, amazing! Used car dealerships just don’t do that! 110% would buy a car from Carvana again!

Giving them a 3 stars because what should have been a 10 to 15 minute process turned into a 2 hour event. My schedule appointment was at 5pm. I showed up at 4:30pm hoping the car would be ready. Unfortunately it was not. The car was still being inspected. My only issue is that the car should have been ready. I should have not had to wait almost 2 hours for the car to get ready. I didn’t get to experience the vending process as it was getting late and I needed to be somewhere. I will say the staff was very nice and apologetic and I appreciated that. Overall the car is very nice but I just wish I had a better experience.

We ordered a car over a month ago and every week they delay the delivery for one reason or another. This is the WORST buying experience both me and my husband have been through. They promised money back for the hassle but we won’t get that until we get the car which we will never know when we will actually get the car and if it actually works based on the reviews. I really don’t understand how a company can sell a car that does not exist or does not work. I’m done calling them about it. I’m going to the Gaithersburg location to speak to a Manager there IN PERSON myself. We spent over $1000 in rentals since this whole thing started and almost lost a job. DO NOT EVER get a car from this company unless you are AT THE DEALERSHIP and can see, test drive, and leave with the vehicle THAT DAY!

Initially, I was skeptical of buying online. However, after several people purchased a vehicle through Carvana that Im aware of in my area. I decided to give the service a try. I must say that Im glad I did. Im satisfied with the whole experience. A few small glitches, but ultimately great service. 5 stars.On 7/20/2021, This is an edit to 3.5 Stars for After Car Buying Experience for customer service response. After several weeks, the maintenance lights came on, I immediately placed a call to Carvana, hold times up to 1 hour. Thats more than lunch time, so I chose to get a call back or text. This process took two days for an agent to advise what to do. In the meantime I took the car to Mr. Tire and got it serviced. Thankfully, I only needed an oil change this time. There are some other issues to correct later. Have a mechanic handy to help you when you are buying your used car.Caravana, business is booming, you need to get more Customer Service Reps pronto!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS LOCATION. I had one of the worst experiences purchasing a car from them. When I made a purchase for my first car, I did my own expectation to confirm the quality of the car. Unfortunately, there were issues with the car and I had to return it within the seven-day grace period. When I went ahead with the vehicle exchange, I received my new car but I only received one key (although it was stated online there were two keys) and no paperwork was provided to me at the time of exchange. I had to call Carvana back on my own time to get electronic copy of the paperwork.Apart from that, they failed to properly remove me from the original car title and I was almost held liable by the state to pay hundreds of dollars for an uninsured car that was no longer under my name. It took several calls back and hours (over the course of days/ weeks) on the phone to finally get everything resolved. Although the buying experience was “convenient,” it’s apparent that the organization will not take you seriously or take action until things get abruptly hit rock bottom on your end.

We bought a 2018 Mercedes with 25k miles on it. When we went to get the MD state inspection done on the car we were told we needed 4 new tires, 4 rotors and realignment coming to a total of over $2,500. It took me over 10 days to get this claim covered by Carvana through Silver Rock. The first claim that went through was incorrect and took another 48 hours and calling Carvana 2x a day to get someone to file the correct claim and our car fixed. I have been now 10 days without a car. I would never recommend buying a car through Carvana. These cars are cheap and it is an extreme hassle to get them on the phone to fix your issue.

Worth the hour drive just to meet the reps. Friendly personable professional young man greeted me and was able to take care of my issue within minutes while selling a fabulous convertible to another customer. Funny slogans. Clean as a whistle. I couldnt be happier with my Carvana experience.

To begin I absolutely loved the experience. We went there to get my daughter a car. From the moment you walk through the door IT IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Our representatives was Haylie. She was GREAT!! She was very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. She answered every question we had and gave us her undivided attention. I loved the environment, very clean and futuristic looking. Lol I would advise ANYONE to check it out. The best part was watching the car come down in the vending machine

Terrible buying experience. They missed my delivery after having 3 weeks notice to deliver it to the local vending machine. No-one called me. They just sent a text and they still haven’t told me what is happening and why it was delayed. This company is very dubious. Don’t believe their commercials.

The online carvana buying experience was amazing! I dont think I will ever go to a traditional dealer again either. No hasle at all. The lobby was empty when I showed up. No wait at all because I had an appointment. You have the option of getting your car out of the vending machine or they can have it ready to go for you. I drove my trade there and drove my new car home. The only issue was that there was no charger in the car when I got my Chevy volt but they are ordering me one and delivering it to my house. I am at the end of my 7 day test drive and I love the car.

Had a great experience selling my 2013 Honda Civic. It was a very fair deal and I couldnt imagine selling car could be that easy. I filled the details about my car online on Carvana website and accepted the offer that was calculated based on my input. The next day I sold my car within 15-20mins. I had struggled to decide on the perfect used car for the best price for weeks, when one night I just sat and decided to pick one. So, in all my price comparison I found some great deals on low mileage fleet cars on Carvana and this night I purchased my truck in just 20 minutes; applying for financing, signing paperwork, uploading documents, and scheduling a pickup time. Great extras, solid standard features, transparency with the carfax and pictures of even the smallest ding, low mileage, and a price that beat all the competitors. I was a little thrown by the $300 delivery OR pickup fee, because, well, pickup should have been free, in my opinion especially since I had to drive over an hour to get the truck. HOWEVER, the pickup experience at the car vending machine was one of the most exciting things ever!! I have never been able to pick out my own car (and I am 42) and to get to experience such a special moment in such a way, where your car is shown off to you like its on a runway before you get it, was spectacular. The check in process was 2 minutes and then I received a magical coin. This coin then got deposited into the vending machine and the music started, the lights started, and I ran outside to watch my new truck be plucked from its perch within the glass tower. It was like the Disney of car dealerships!! Then we got to inspect the truck in our own meet and greet area, the keys were in the car and we took a brief test drive, and then back to sign some delivery and registration papers (which took another 2 minutes). No stuffy pushy salespeople, no uncomfortable dealership with 20 eyes monitoring your every move like vultures, no haggling, just the truck I wanted at a great price, and an amazing experience I cant stop talking about!! They emailed lmost every day between purchase and pickup to make sure i had nothing outstanding or questions before pickup. They sent me emails after to make sure I was enjoying the car. Highly recommended!!!!!

Worst car purchase experience Ive ever had!! The communication is horrible!! You never get a call from them...you need to chase them for the status. They give you deadlines but dont communicate was is needed. They gave me a quote for my trade in and then lowered it $2000 a fre days later with NO EXPLANATION as to why!! Online gives you one date for delivery..then they switched it to 2 weeks later...everything that ccould go wrong did!! They are the worse. One star only for the agents that did get to speak to for trying to help even though it was under writings fault.

Literally the easiest, most hassle free way to buy a car. No negotiating, the price is clear from the absolute start... you can easily compare their prices because theyre stated even before you decide youre gonna buy.They offer 3 different maintenance plans, for most their cars, that are really cost effective. The 7 day return policy is great, to give yourself a chance to make a final decision.Customer service is great, with immediate responses. We sold our car to them and loved the process which lead us to also buy from them. Both processes were seamless and easy.

This was my first time buying a car and it was super simple and picking up from the vending machine was also easy. The woman I was working with, Beth, made sure that everything went smoothly and even notified me of damages that weren’t shown online. She also requested SilverRock for those damages to be fixed. Giving 4 stars because it says on their website that cars would have the oil changed during inspection. After driving around 50 miles, the oil light turned on and the oil was at 15%. I guess inspection wasn’t done properly before selling. But I’m still happy with my car!

IToo soon to tell, is this where robots begin to take over entire market segments? I just drove around and took pictures, there was a friendly crew of detailers there, along with a couple of Carvana branded flatbed tow trucks. There were also two full tractor trailers there, not sure whether or not they were dropping off or delivering. Plenty of parking, seeing how the lot was empty at 5pm on a September Saturday in 2018. Note, about location, turning off Shady Grove Road heading towards the Bowl-Moor then finally making a left into a seemingly whole different urban environment, both on the way in and out we encountered separate, unique and distinct individuals, and groups of 2-3 not so polite type of people attempting to capitalize off of a lack of pro-pedestrian traffic markings. BE AWARE OF & ALWAYS YEILD TO PEDESTRIANS (especially when the stop sign & cross walk are invisible).

Easy to use. Get the car delivered quickly. Its the best most suitable way to get a car. Especially someone like me who is broke and cant afford to pay a lot of money for down payment and all that. CARVANA has cars available with no down payment required. You just have to finance and have good credit. Which is easy and straight forward. One thing they need to work on is their customer service. I should be able to message and email them instead of only being able to call and then wait 15 minutes plus on the phone. They need to make being able to communicate with their customer service more smooth and easily accessible.

Probably one of the coolest, most pleasant, and easy experiences I have ever had. I have bought plenty of cars and motorcycles, but this was easier than checking out at Walmart. Total time to buy a car and pick it up .. including online time was 30 minutes. The car came just as expected if not better. Did not have the best experience with Carvana. Tried them out after many recommendations. Car delivered later then advised and required some repairs as they found damage. Car arrived dirty and with more cosmetic damage then described. Was advised someone will contact me to complimentary car detailing. No one called until I contacted them. Received typical exterior and interior car was/cleaning due to them being booked. Their words, not mine. When reporting the cosmetic damage, advised that this is normal wear and tear from transportation. I paid for the transportation so that was unacceptable for me. Never really advised when the last oil change was done in my car. Took it to the dealers and advised about $4k worth of repairs that needed to be done. Carvana refused to pay for the tires, brakes and oil change but description of car advised new brakes and tires. Carvana paid for the other repairs rightfully so. Full disclosure, no way did I drive my car that hard to wear down my brakes and tires within 2 months. I can say the wait for receiving my car at the vending machine was about 2 hours worth but someone who purchased a luxury car received their car within 30 mins. Now dealing with emission inspection being past due because Carvana didnt perform it or relay the last emission inspection to my DMV. Its be a year of me purchasing this car in March. Never buy from them again and definitely cant recommend.Please note: not my 1st time buying a car.

Carvana is a game changer. I have horrible anxiety and have been putting off buying a car for a while due to residual anxiety from going to a dealership years back. I loved being able to filter through cars with not only the features I wanted but also with my budget in mind the whole time. It really made things less stressful, and in 2020 when every day is stressful, thats a huge relief. My delivery driver Mike was fantastic when he dropped my car off. He was friendly and informative. He went through in detail explaining everything I needed to know. I only have two reasons for giving it 4 stars instead 5, one is that in the APR% is pretty high, and the other is that I had scheduled it to be delivered on Monday but it was delayed to Thursday. Other than those, the whole process was fantastic and Im very happy with my new car!

Carvana is an innovative concept for buying a car completely online...only due to the busy schedule I had to physically go to the Carvana Gaithersburg to pick up my car. I arrived during my scheduled time and there seemed to be a slight delay and panic. This is my reason for giving four instead of five stars. The process should have been seamless. I learned that my car was too large for the magical machine. This caused the delay. They eventually communicated to me that theyd need to drive my SUV to the front. The overall process from searching online to getting approved for financing was quite smooth. I love my new vehicle and enjoyed shopping for a car without any hassle. Id definitely encourage others to purchase from Carvana. I do want to suggest that the staff clearly communicate so the customer isnt confused or left waiting for long periods. I was pleased that the staff offered an Uber ride to and from the location which was very helpful. There is plentiful parking if needed but I suggest you request an Uber for convenience.

Once bought from Carvana, until fully paid off, the car cannot be sold to any other auto dealer or person. Only can be sold back to Carvana, Carvana will buy back the same car 30-40% less than any other car dealer will offer.

This is a great place to do business. 2 weeks ago I post my Volt on Craigslist for sell. A rep from Carvana approached to me by text and offer to buy . I wasn’t so sure about it . Because CARMAX offered a very low price ( I had the Volt 2 years ago from CARMAX. The Carvana rep very patiently walked through me about the transaction. I don’t even have to buy my title back from CARMAX firstly. They handled all the transaction issues. They offered a very fair price to me. After receiving my Volt, they sent me home with a free Uber ride. Great to do business with them. Nice job!

My experience with the delivery was far less than satisfactory. The morning of the delivery, I got a call from the delivery driver letting me know that there was a cosmetic issue with the car that was unlisted in the purchase process. This was no small issue as there was an entire panel missing from the handle on the driver side door. Finding this out the day of delivery is obviously less than ideal and when the car arrived it was absolutely not going to work in the state that it was but that wasnt the only issue.It arrived with a check engine oil light on, there was rubber pealing up from the trunk, and a rather significant scratch on the hood. The delivery driver admitted that none of this was noted on the purchase page. I wanted them to take it back and fix the issues and then reschedule a new delivery time in the future because other than those issues I really did like the car.Unfortunately, after calling her manager the delivery driver told me that they would not be able to take the car back and fix the issues that were clearly overlooked on their end, but rather this was going to be MY responsibility to spend the next week running around to body shops and repair shops to get quotes, send it along to carvana, and then at that point their insurance would negotiate with the repair shops.I didnt buy a new car only to be spending the first several weeks keeping it in garages to be fixed on my time. Not only that, but they were unwilling to extend the 7 day return window. So I would 1) not be able to drive my new car for weeks. 2) Would lose my ability to return that car even after all the repairs were made because I havent been able to drive it.UPDATE: I unfortunately returned the car because it was going to be far more trouble than it is worth. I appreciate the companys response but unfortunately all of their mitigation suggestions pointed to a 24/7 chat service that is only built to answer very basic FAQ type questions. None of the representatives that I spoke with offered to fix the car, drop the price, or anything to make it right. As such, I opted to make use of the 7 day return policy and purchased a car elsewhere.

I purchased a 2015 Volvo XC 60 last month. I received a call from Carvana on the date of delivery stating the vehicle could not be delivered because they forgot to inspect it. Shortly thereafter, a rep called me back and said the vehicle failed inspection, but it was due to some minor issues that they’d correct and deliver the vehicle within two days. However, I spoke to a gentleman (unfortunately I don’t recall his name), who promised to send us a $50.00 gift card and a gift for my 2 month old to make up for the inconvenience. Needless to say, I never received the gift card or the gift for my baby.On the date of delivery, the guy who dropped off the vehicle insisted on standing close to me to go through paperwork after I asked him when he arrived for a no contact delivery. I moved as fast as I could to read and sign the documents to get him away from me as I was paranoid about the current pandemic. Approximately two hours later when driving the vehicle, a service late came on which stated that the “start-stop” system required service. I called Carvana immediately to inform them of this and received a cold customer service person who took zero responsibility attempted to counsel me on how all used cars have problems. Really?! I had only had the vehicle for two hours! Needless to say, they referred me to Silver Rock.Silver Rock told me that I could go to either Pep Boys or National Tire and Battery to get the vehicle checked. What?! Who in their right mind would take a vehicle, especially a foreign one, to either of those places for repair? I would go there for tires, but that’s about it. I insisted on taking the vehicle to the Volvo dealer and Silver Rock informed me there would be a $50.00 deductible. So here I am with a new car that I had for only two hours and I was already spending money. Needless to say, Volvo fixed the vehicle and waived the cost of the loaner because they felt bad for me.Prior to Carvana, I had only gone to the dealership (Lexus, BMW, etc.) to purchase my vehicles and never had any issues. I decided to try Carvana because of the convenience of delivering the vehicle, especially with a new baby during a global pandemic. Needless to say, I will NEVER purchase from them again. When I purchase again, I will go to the Volvo dealership. Be careful with purchasing and get all promises of gifts in writing. Needless to say, I still haven’t received the $50.00 or baby gift I was promised. I had such high hopes for this company, but they’ve been nothing but a disappointment.

I worked with a lot of people over the phone and I remember Alexa being such a HUGE help with the best customer service and she was so patient with me she really helped a lot. As far as my actual vehicle delivery I have Daniel Ruiz from Carvana Gaithersburg to thank for my really great experience. He didnt know but I was on my break from work so him being so prompt ( dropped off early even) and professional really made all the difference. I was done with my test drive and paperwork in less than 20 mins. Daniel walked me through EVERYTHING thoroughly and made sure I didnt have any questions before I signed. He was just really great. He had on a mask but I could tell he had a smile on just a really pleasant experience with rest pleasant people. Id recommend then to anyone.

I may never go to a dealership to buy a car again. The process was so easy, did everything online and when I went to pick up my vehicle I was there for 30 minutes tops. Did the test drive, signed a few papers and I was out. I was leery of Carvana due to the reviews about them not getting your hard tags on time and that issue almost happened to me. Tags due to expire on 11/18, I called 11/15 when I still didnt have my tags. I was informed the tags would be FedEx to me by 11/19. Told them I would go to Carvana to pick up my tags on 11/18. Got there and in and out in 10 minutes. So far Im loving my truck, I purchased a 2015 Lexus Rx 350 with a little over 36,000. No issues!

The transaction went fine and the whole process seamed flawless until i noticed my temp tags were near expired. I tried contacting the registration department several times and was on hold for several hours without anyone answering so i had to utilize their other departments to ask why my registration wasnt complete.They persist that the delays are on DMV due to covid, but dont buy into this. I had spoken to one carvana rep that had to dig up details on my registration and found that the paper work wasnt even mailed out until 9/30/2020 which was 2 days before my 60 day tag expired.This is resulting in a hefty car rental bill and i am still paying the loan for my car on top of that. I have asked Carvana to assist with the rental and the best this multi billion dollar company can do is off me $150 toward rental.I should not have to pay a single penny for their negligence and neither should anyone buying from here. Needless to say i am pursuing legal action to get this resolved.Covid or not, if you cant deliver then dont do it. plain and simple. Dont bite off more than you can chew and expect everyone else to suffer for your mistakes.

So.I have heard about Carvana for quite some time now and I looked into it. Eventually, I found a 2017 Camry that I liked and I made the purchase. I did have the misfortune of having been delayed by one day, but stuff happens and it was only a day. My experience at this facility was great! The mini car show was exciting and I loved it. I took my car for a test drive and came back to sign the documents. The car was in perfect condition. It was so clean and polished that it looked brand new. I have to remind people it is a used car, not a new one. The staff was friendly and professional and I cannot complain. Overall, my experience was great and I would definitely do it again. So much better than a car dealership!

Our first car purchase was a great experience, our second experience was a nightmare. It first started with our pick up being delayed because of bad tires. The car failed inspection because all tires were bad! We had to reschedule for another day, even after driving 2 hours to the location.We were promised 2 keys with our car purchase & only one works. We went to the dealership directly to ask about the key & they said we’d need a whole new one.. but the dead one they gave us is “still a key.”Then, today, maybe a month or so after purchasing the car - the car died on me in the middle of the highway. Legit died, all lights came on flashing & beeping & the car wouldn’t even accelerate. Thank god there was no one around me so I could quickly get off the road with my kid in the car! Dealership thinks it’s the alternator. I had a bad feeling about this car from the beginning & I’m starting to regret this purchase.

Carvana is a great idea. The buying process is easy. Just dont go in, expecting to actually drive the car you paid for as their registration process is totally broken. I bought a van 2 months ago, temp tags expired, month ago and their Customer Service team, is less than helpful in resolving the issue. This seems like a great method to buy the car, but its got more frustrating problems than actually just GOING to the dealer and dealing with issues in person.

They try to make the experience seem easy and futuristic but there’s much more behind it. When I arrived over a month and a half ago, there was a wait because their “vending machine” wasn’t cooperating. Finally it was my turn and they couldn’t locate my car then realized it was in the lot. What they advertise online is not what you see in person, but thankfully my Jeep hasn’t given me any issues. Now it’s almost November where my temp tags are getting ready to expire and I’ve spoke to people on 3 different occasions this week. They said nothing has been submitted yet for my plates and registration. Of course, they had no real reason as to why it hasn’t been done. Christina just tried to make up excuses for someone who obviously isn’t doing their job. What a joke. Definitely won’t be purchasing from or recommending them ever.

Just bought a car and picked it up at the Shady Grove Road location. This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I was able to test drive the car before finalizing the deal and I have 7 days to decide if I want to swap it for another one. The service rep was friendly and efficient and I would recommend this type of service for those who do not want the hassle of a sleazy and slimy dealership sales person, who charges too much for vehicles and suck at negotiations.I will never go to a car dealership again!!!

Delivered the car on time at the time and date set online! Car was in great condition, passed inspection!Permanent plates with registration arrived under 30 days after car was delivered! Cannot ask for much more then that! Carvana in Gaithersburg were responsive whenver I called for assistance and I never had to wait to speak with someone! They said they couldn’t turn it off but it was okay. I sold my car to Carvana online. The process was simple. Uploaded info and documents, then they gave a quote. I opted for a pick up, arranged a day for it. The people who I talk to at the company had great customer service. The pick up driver name was Nikki, she also had great customer service. She inspected my car, checked my documents. Test drove it. Handed me my check and loaded the car to the tow. I have no complaints. I was a little sad to see my car go lol. But my experience with Carvana was simple and I would definitely do bussiness with them again.

BEWARE BUYERS!!! I went to Carvana thinking it would be a better buying experience without the dealership scams but I spent more time at dealership swapping cars. The first two cars took 4 weeks to change out cars. I went threw three cars that wasnt inspected or just pushed threw. Every car that I test drove for 14 days had transmission shifting problems dry rotting tires no oil change and brake issues. Now I have a car with a bad transmission and battery that is now being replaced by the manufacturer not Carvana. Ive called Carvana multiple times with my issue and they just refer you to Silver Rock. I didnt purchase the extended warranty so if the manufacturer warranty had expired I would be out of $6000 -$7000 on a replacement transmission on top of a rental vehicle that Silver Rock only pays for 5 days and Carvana wouldve done absolutely nothing. Started my purchase first week of August and my car will be in the shop until around middle of October. CARVANA IS A RIP OFF BEWARE!!!!!

BEWARE, this place is a joke. None of the cars on the web site show half of the imperfections that really exist on there vehicles. I had a BMW 4 series transferred from Arizona to Gaithersburg MD. The car had huge yellow stains on leather seats, all of the 19 rims were badly damaged, and the paint was in terrible condition. None of these things were listed as imperfections on the web site. I did not purchase the vehicle, but they wasted a lot of my valuable time. A man and his daughter in there before me did not accept there vehicle either due to a dented and repainted door also not listed on there website as an imperfection. DO NOT fall for vending machine gimmicks and false promises.

Just a fair warning, this is a LONG review and Im leaving it here on the local Gaithersburg location because I had the displeasure of dealing with advocate, Hillary who is based here. She was impossibly rude and wasnt interested in helping, rather, she consistently said things like well its only a small mistake and humans make mistakes. While I agree that humans make mistakes...this is a colossal one.This is regarding transferring my registration from a vehicle I I traded in when I purchased my CX-5.I was told that registration could take between 30 and 45 days depending on the STATE. Well 45 days came and went so I contacted them asking what the deal was. The chat reps insisted that its possible that MD is slower than other states that I shouldnt worry. According to the rep all of my documentation was fine and they didnt need anything from me.On September 19th (48 days after purchase) I received an email from the registration department at Carvana asking me to provide proof of insurance because the initial proof of insurance had lapsed (my auto insurance renewed on September 16th) I was pretty peeved considering they specifically told me I would have my registration WITHIN a 30-45 day window YET this was just proof that they DID NOT EVEN SUBMIT THE PAPERWORK until I had the car for 48 days.... (to make matters worse, I had to continue to carry insurance on the X-Terra I traded in until I got the updated registration...) So their constant responses I got blaming the state of Maryland were all lies. I submitted the proof of insurance and like magic, I got the registration 2 days later.I thought I was finally in the clear but started receiving emails from the MVA saying they got a notice from my insurance company that I dropped insurance on my Xterra (the vehicle I traded in) and that my registration and license could be suspended for driving without insurance... I submitted the Bill of Sale to the MVA and followed up with a call. The MVA indicated that they did not have the CX-5 on record and that the XTerra was still showing registered to me but they said it can take 4-6 weeks for their information to update so I didnt worry too much about it.This week (November 11) I received a letter from my insurance company stating that I no longer held insurance on my Xterra and that the MVA can suspend my registration and/or license because of it. I contacted the MVA on November 14 to inquire whether or not my CX-5 is showing registered to me...Spoiler alert, it isnt They are still showing I have the XTerra. When I explained my situation I was told that the MVA couldve returned my registration paperwork to Carvana due to missing information but they wouldnt have that documented so they suggested I contact Carvana. SO I contact Carvana and they tell me there is nothing on their end and the MVA probably screwed up and told me to call the MVA....again. So I did and man am I glad I did. I spoke with a titling specialist who indicated that she could see Carvana began the paperwork but never completed the sale. She said it couldve been due to them not submitting the right funds with the paperwork or something else. The woman I spoke with escalated the issue to another person in titling to see if they had more insight on why the title was never completed. Apparently Carvana never completed the transaction. The sale never happened.....I got back in touch with Carvana and explained to them what the MVA was seeing. I provided the name of the MVA clerk and her phone number if they needed further guidance. Lo and behold the Carvana people voided..yes VOIDED the transaction... So a very long story short I have a car Ive been driving around for months that apparently does not belong to me and has plates on it that used to belong to my xterra... Basically a stolen vehicle...I am supposed to be receiving my registration tomorrow but Im not holding my breath. I wouldnt suggest this company to my own worst enemy. They have a lot of kinks to work out and need to work on their compassion if they want to continue as a business
