I can’t recommend this place enough!!! Took my car in on Monday and was told it would be ready the following week on Tuesday. They had it ready by that Saturday ahead of the schedule. Chris is the best in the business, HANDS DOWN! I bought my Rav4 in April and got hit on my way home from a store in June. The left rear door was smashed in, the drivers side door had paint scratches and dents, and my rear quarter panel was also damaged. I wanted the best for my car. So I asked my mechanic at E and M auto and he recommended Car Source without hesitation. And on the first day I arrived, everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. Let me start off by saying that this is the second time Ive used car source collision center to repair my vehicle. And they exceeded my first experience with them. First Cris the owner came to my home in North Bethesda to personally pick up my car himself while maintaining all covid-19 safety measures. Second Lynn the customer support specialist went above and beyond to keep me updated with the work progress being done to my vehicle. They also did a small detail job inside my vehicle to make it look brand new again. Car Source Collision Center truly makes you feel like family in the way the take care of you and your car. I am a repeat customer, Ive had at least a couple different vehicles seen by this company. Theyve always done good work pulling out those small dings/dents for me, that other careless drivers put in my doors, and at reasonable prices. Every time I call, the owner Cris is very understanding and professional. This time, his technician Shawn took care of my Chrysler 300 and did an excellent job as usual. I was amazed at how well my bumper turned out. The owner was super responsive I called on a Saturday and he was able to send someone to my home for my PDR request on Monday. The technician was very courteous and professional. The work was done in less than an hour! Other places were charging double the price I paid and one place flat out refused to take the job. My relatively new Lexus ES 350 was hit about two weeks ago. Needless to say, I wanted to take it to the best collision center that I could find. I ended up taking it to Car Source Collision Center and it was the best decision I made. Cris was pleasant to work with and assured me that he would take good care of my car. I got into a fender bender, accidentally hitting my friends car. I was looking around to get my car fixed without going through insurance. I was referred to Car Source by a friend and thank god I found them. They quoted me a price that was several hundred dollars less than others in the area. Sam & Mike were super friendly and kept me updated throughout the process of fixing my car. The turnaround time was also very quick. My rear bumper looked brand new by the time they were done with it. Anybody looking to do some body work, I definitely recommend coming to these guys.

I cannot say enough about Car Source! Mike responded to my text in less than five minutes. I sent him photos of the dent, he sent me a quote, and said a technician could come out to me to fix the dent. I was dreading a repair bill from a body shop of at least $1,000-$2,000+ dollars, so I was ecstatic to be able to get it fixed for less than $150 (Im sure the price varies depending on the severity of the damage and the type of car you have, but the difference in getting a dent fixed by Car Source as opposed to a body shop is phenomenal). Plus, I had thought my car would be in the shop for a few days and was so worried about having to pay for Ubers to get around or rent a car until mine was fixed, but Mike assured me that they could take care of it in the parking garage where I live. That alone was priceless! The technician, Will, arrived 15 minutes early, took the time to explain the options to me, and listened to my concerns about possibly having to drill a hole in the car to access the back of where the dent was (tricky location right by the gas tank and on a curve in the cars side panel). He ended up going in through the tail light and spent around half an hour working on it. He went above and beyond and my car looks great! You cant even tell there was ever a dent. Mike, Shawn, and Will saved me a ton of money and angst and I am extremely grateful. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend them.

These guys know what they’re doing. They were professional throughout and kept me updated on the work that was being done. My daughter will be very happy. Her car hasn’t been this clean since we’ve bought it for her.

I was involved in a fender bender so I took my Lexus to this shop and these guys took care of it in less than 48 hours. They even fixed a couple other scratches that weren’t even near the damages that I had gone in for. I picked up my car washed and detailed and the price was less than I thought it would be. My garage kept 2006 MB CLS500 was rear ended due to someone talking on phone while driving in early August. I was upset with damage done to my car but happy knew a place in Car Source Collision Center that would fully repair my car. I met Shawn 20+ years ago when he was mainly doing paintless dent removal (PDR) at various dealerships and then later brought Car Source Collision Center into existence. General Manager Cristian was excellent in handling my repair and claim, including negotiating with my USAA insurance adjusters (who in turn will enter into subrogation with Geico, whose policy holder rear ended me). Cristian was able to get USAA approval for OEM parts for my car versus using aftermarket and/or junk yard parts.

My car was repaired better than I could have hoped. They found a new replacement for the damaged front bumper cover on my 11 year old Subaru. The work was done perfectly and they added the bonuses of completely washing, waxing and detailing my vehicle and buffing out the headlights so they look like new. They added plastic undersheets to my floor mats to help keep the interior clean. My car looks better than when I bought it 8 years ago. I am thrilled with the result. 5 stars isnt nearly enough.

Car Source repainted the front of my Impreza and they did an excellent job. Paint was matched perfectly, looks brand new! They also did a great job fixing my front right wheel and i also really like that they cleaned the car as well. If youre looking for a body shop and are reading this review GO to Car Source! These people are artists. I had two dents in a very difficult location on the roof line just above the rear doors (don’t ask me how that happened). Last month I took my 1999 Saab Viggen in to get it repainted the original Lighting Blue. Sam worked with me and his suppliers to get the original paint and clear coat. They repainted the entire car, taking care to paint the spoiler and the outside mirror housings along with everything else. During the job they found a few small dents and had them removed, no additional charge. The car looks great. It is a very professional crew that took their time and did everything right. I could not be happier with the results. I would recommend Car Source and Sams crew to anyone who is looking to get a high quality paint job at a fair price.

Seamless experience, good people, exceptional work with the fasted turn around. I needed my new truck repaired, dents removed, repaint and touch up... needing this done quick and perfect. Shawn was amazing, he took care of me under a lot of pressure and gave me back a car that looked like it was never touched. Get a quote form Yelp to fix my passenger side mirror. This place turns out the best, with best price, best review, and fastest time to offer.There are other places (also with 5 star review in Yelp) gave me the quote with ~$50 more for the same job. What they charge on that extra $50 is for the paint. Which I confirmed with dealer that the parts already come with the paint, no need to paint it again. Lots of body shop tries to charge that to rip customer off.....Sam is very professional and freindly. He ordered the parts for me without taking any deposit and schedule me in the next day. When I got there the next day, They started to work on my car within 5 min because this place is huge and have many mechanics. This is the place I highly recommend!!

Car Source, LLC did a fabulous job repairing a deep dent in an awkward place on my 2020 Tesla. They began work immediately upon my arrival and it took an hour less time than I was initially told it might take when I scheduled the appointment. Darwin was a magician! Couldn’t be happier w the service. Had major body work done on the roof, both fenders and bumper. The car looked like it lived through the second bombing of Fallujah when I took it in. They did an awesome job on our 2016 Nissan Rouge. Fixed up dents and scratches on the driver side from a previous owner in just 30 minutes. Excellent work and great value from a top team. As a woman, I’m always skeptical when it comes to taking my car to any repair shop because I dread being taken advantage of. However, at Car Source Collision, I was impressed with the level of fairness with which I was treated. I had to get the bumper replaced on my Mercedez Benz, and Mike and his team, not only did an excellent job repairing the bumper, but they also repaired one of my door handles. At the car dealership they were charging me over $1000 and Car Source Collision did it for almost nothing. I just want to say that my experience was exceptional. And, I fully recommend Car Source Collision for service on any vehicle.

What I’m most satisfied of is the detailing job they did! My car looks like it just came out the dealership. I strongly suggest them! They don’t hustle you like other shops and you get what you paid for.

After getting rear ended I did a lot of research on the best auto body shop around. I decided to bring it to Car Source they fixed my car like it was brand new. They went above and beyond and completed extra work for me at no charge. I really recommend This place of you ever need anything automotive related I wouldn’t trust anybody else but Car Source!! Five weeks after getting my car (Jag XF Sport) someone backed in to it in a parking lot and kept going ... of course. The damage was relatively minor, but certainly noticeable and not minor to me. I called several body shops within a 15-mile radius from where I live. I had narrowed down to two shops when I was referred to Car Source. After reading the reviews and talking to Mike on the phone, I decided that it was worth the 42-mile (one -way) trip. to check them out. Mike is a car guy. He looked at the damage and assured me that he would “make it look better than new”. I could not be more pleased with the results. I feel like he and his crew worked on the car like it was their own. I cannot thank the team at Car Source enough for their meticulous attention to detail and amazing customer service. My car turned out looking better than it from the dealership! Mike is a down to earth guy. Not only is he extremely helpful and personable, he and his staff do great work. Had a scratch on my front fender that was a pain to look at. They got rid of it in 30 min. It is extremely easy to get in contact with Mike also. Definitely recommend.
