Euro Pros did a GREAT job on my Audi. Trust me when I say, I was hesitant at first bc this was my very first brand new car. After I spoke with Chase from Euro and he reassured me that they are OEM certified and they are not allowed to use after market parts (they also dont have after market parts for brand new vehicles anyway-not that I knew that) I honestly felt a lot better. Euro really has nothing but great people working there who were nothing but accomodating to me and didnt get annoyed with me and every single stupid little question I had. Even when I kind of was getting a little impatient they still were not rude to me and understood that I just was eager to get my car back. Even right now during Covid, I already understood it may take a little longer to get parts due to that but in reality it really didnt take any time at all. I highly recommend using them if you want your cars body work done GOOD and done RIGHT the first go around. If you dont care about after market parts etc thats fine but if you do, this is the company to go with. Irregardless, I highly recommend using them. Nothing but great things to say about my experience with this company. I know this is a long review and I never write reviews but I had such a good experience overall with the people working here and the body work they did, it would be wrong to not give them a rave review. I brought a nearly brand new C8 Corvette to Euro Pros to have them evaluate if a scratch could be repaired or if the quarter panel needed repainting. This is a nearly new, perfect condition red C8 and the first attempt by a different shop using less aggressive compounding was not fully successful. Euro Pros sanded the scratch, compounded, and polished while I waited and then did not charge me! The final result is excellent, the service was outstanding and I highly recommend them as a quality, professional business.

Had a great time taking my car to these guys for a quick repair. I have a classic 911 Porsche that needed adjusting of the engine lid after I had removed it for some DIY work.It turns out that taking the engine cover off is the easy part. Putting it back on can be quite another. I can be an absolute nightmare and even lead to not being able to open it again without major body work. It takes a lot of fine adjustments that only someone in the know, would know how to do it. Jack - one of the owners - is such a guy. He knows Porsches 911 like the back of his hand. He has been working on them forever - over 20 years restoring them - and knows all the tricks of the trade.After about 15 minutes of working it the engine cover/tail, he has able to get it to close perfectly.I was referred to these guys by my mechanics of 20 year who I trust 100%. I could not be happier with their recommendation and the results.While there I also got to see the quality of their work on a 1986 911 that had just been restored. The paint finish was simply superlative. Better than factory. The attention to details was stunning. Once my 911 is due for restoration, I will not hesitate to take it to Jack and his crew. Good work.

The photos dont do service to how much damage my car received when a dump truck side swiped me, but I wanted to show a before and after pic for those that may be on the fence about using this shop.Top notch service all around, and this is the only shop I will ever go to. Jack and Derrick do amazing work, and are always putting the customer first.What some people fail to realize is that with shops like Geico for example, they try their best to not pay out for damages, and a quality shop will fight for what is right on your behalf.Also check around car enthusiast forums. Youre pretty sure to find someone whos received great service from them as well.

I had a fantastic experience with my advisor Chase Chandler. I chose this body shop after one of my friends had recently had $20,000 of body work done to his RS5 here. I saw the work they did and I was stunned by the perfect panel gaps, and the color matching they did. After I had my accident in my 2021 Toyota Supra, I didnt hesitate to bring my car here after having seen the quality of work they do. Yes it was a pain in the *** to get all oem parts on a rare car (no thanks to Toyota and BMW on this one.) but it was all worth it. Everytime I had a question about the repair process, Chase would quickly provide and answer via call/email. I got the car back, in perfect condition, and it drives like a new car again. Even after having $13,000 in suspension and other body work done. They wont rush the job BUT THEY WILL FIX YOUR CAR RIGHT. :)

I was referred to Euro Pros by Porsche of Bethesda to have a bumper cover replaced and painted. I was bumper tapped by a teenager while in Florida and it also tore the flex coupling on my exhaust near the engine. I was told the repair should not take any longer than 1 week. They had my Porsche for almost 3 months. The insurance adjuster tried to warn me that this shop was slow but they did good work.3 months was entirely too long and they never finished fixing the exhaust. The adjuster warned me that if the vehicle stayed in that shop, they were getting close to totaling the vehicle. So I agreed to pull the vehicle from the shop. Went to pick the car up and I was shocked to find orange peel paint job and dirt in the paint. When I mentioned the orange peel Chase (the service writer) said it was the bumpers texture. This was a Porsche OEM bumper cover. I knew it wasnt true but I wasnt going to argue with him. I took the car to 3 other auto body shops and everyone of them immediately recognized the orange peel and dirt in the paint. For a paint job that should have been around $1000 turned into $6500 and 3 months without the car.In fairness $2000 was for a flex exhaust cat pipe (that they never installed) Still, $4400 to replace and paint a bumper cover?!I dont usually post bad reviews. I would rather post a positive one but this shop really disappointed me. The cost might be justified because Porsche parts are expensive but the craftsmanship was just not there. There were other issues but I wont get into them.UPDATE: So its been about two months since this shop finished the bumper cover repair. I was walking by the Porsche today and my elbow brushed the drivers tail light and it was loose. Felt like it was about to fall off. I removed the tail light and found one of the fasteners had been broken when they reinstalled the tail lights. My wife kept complaining about something rattling in the back ever since we picked the car up from Euro Pros. I dismissed it thinking it was the tow ball tongue. Another screw up from this shop and they never said anything about it. Just sent it out the door. Avoid this shop like the plague!

100% recommend Europro’s!! They did an amazing job fixing my car after a collision. They left my car looking brand new as if I had just purchased it from the dealer. Kendall did a great job getting my car finished up as soon as possible and she kept me updated throughout the entire process. I’ve been to a few body shops before and none can compare. Meticulous, with an emphasis on customer service. This isnt the shop thats going to rip your car apart and throw it back together. Instead, they take the time to be thorough, and youll get your vehicle back looking just like it drove off the lot. Their parking lot is full of Audis and Porsches. That should tell you that your car is in good hands.

The best body shop around!! When I purchased my Lexus LS460L from Rockville Lexus, the drivers door had some scratches on it. Rockville Lexus sent it to Euro Pros for repair and it came back looking like new. I was very impressed with their skills to say the least. Recently I was involved in an accident where I was rear ended causing damage to my rear lower spoiler and bumper. I took it to Euro Pros and again, they did an incredible job!! They also waxed, washed and detailed the car! It doesnt get better than this! Thank you again, Euro Pros for a job well done!! JZ

I had my Audi worked on last July, 2017 by this shop. I brought it here because I assumed they would perform all repairs with the most meticulous and finest work. They did complete the job... but not the way I had expected. Someone had rear ended me and they were going to repair it. To start, my reflectors were all blacked out and my tailights were also. Once they were almost done, I get a text message from the manager, with a picture of a metallic part that goes right above the bumper. He asked if this was ok... really? You want to get my car out of your shop that quickly that you would really bother me with something that major as putting a piece back on my car that was COMPLETELY a different color? I said no. Later, they told me I could come pick up my car. When I arrived, they never put back on my blacked out reflectors and stated, they always have to repair vehicles to factory specifications. But you saw how I had my car, and didnt even try to go above and beyond to accommodate me. You saw that I put aftermarket headlights, had blacked out reflectors, and tinted tailights... yet you just didnt care. Look, however they work or policy they follow, they still could have tried to accomodate me. The insurance was already paying for it, so I know for a fact they charged them more for that repair, than they would have for a customer. Next time, Im just going to the dealership or elsewhere.

This is my second time there and they have a phenomenal team working and the body and paint work is second to none and Chase the advisor is a super cool dude kept me informed with the whole project all the way through.

I recently had my Panamera GTS repaired at Euro Pros - front end damage, new hood, fenders, etc. While there were complications with parts, the team at Euro Pros were simply amazing. When I say team, I really mean Ashleigh (at least from a client facing perspective). She is the queen of project management and gets things done. Derrick and the group in the back are shielded and can comfortably do what they do best and provide top notch expertise and technical work. While it took a while, it was Porsches issue with parts coming from Germany and Ashleigh kept me informed throughout the entire process. She went to bat on my behalf with my insurance company, helping them to understand some of the nuances to the Porsche repair process. At every step, she went above and beyond and Im truly thankful. Its a grueling experience to begin with and to have the level of customer service is really nice. Ive had the vehicle back for ~ 2 weeks and I truly believe it drives better than when I first bought it. The quality and attention to detail is amazing...when I conducted the walk through with the team it was apparent the passion they have for the work they do. I was provided with a thorough assessment of the work done, answered all my questions and left the door open if anything is wrong or I have further questions. While I hope to never be back, if the need arises I wont hesitate and in fact, will require that I go back to Euro Pros.

Whatever circumstance caused your vehicle to come here, it is going to be returned to you like new. Replacement parts are from the manufactures parts and all the electronics function perfectly. Euro-Pro takes the kid gloves off when dealing with your insurance adjuster. They have a great employer in Ashley.

I fixed my Tesla there. They did great job with fixing the car. The paint is great. The car looks like new. Tom was great, knew his stuff well.They take their time but they do things right. I would just recommend that they improve how to keep customers up to date with the status of their cars.

This is the second time i have brought my car to Europros and Im happy with their service both in how my car was fixed and the communication i have had with them. This time around Tom was in charge of getting my car back to normal. He kept constant communication and clearly explained any hiccups during the process. Im very picky with people who work on my car but deff trust the work these guys do.

I brought my 2009 Porsche 911 Turbo to Euro Pros after it was heavily damaged during transport from CA to VA. While the insurance company ended up totaling the vehicle, I did want to leave a review on the shop’s excellent customer service. It took the insurance company several weeks to compile estimates and begin the process of settling the claim. Euro Pros was there every step of the way keeping me updated and were super responsive over phone/email whenever I had questions. The shop also went above and beyond to accommodate me during less than ideal circumstances over the holidays. I have always seen Euro Pros as the leader in the DMV and I would not hesitate to bring my next vehicle their way!

My Tesla Model S P85 was involved in an accident that involved some repairs to the front end of the car, about $12,000 of work in all. As Euro Pros is a certified Tesla shop and Im a perfectionist about this car, I wanted the highest quality work. I was not disappointed. When I arrived this morning at Euro Pros at about 8:3O to pick up the car, it was waiting outside looking like it just came out of the factory, brand spanking new. There was not a single detectable flaw in the work. None! I couldnt be more pleased.Even better was the communication about progress on the work. Owing to the very high demand for Teslas worldwide, parts are a bit slow in coming. Tom handled my case and was always informative and polite.I had a number of custom modifications to the car that were affected by the damage (a front camera for example) that Euro Pros handled with great care.I couldnt recommend Euro Pros more highly.

I took my car to Euro Pros after a car hit me from behind, by recommendation of my local dealership. My car sat in their garage for about three weeks before they started working on it (much to the frustration of the insurance company footing the bill). I dont mind the wait and the results were fantastic - part of the reason I hesitated to write this review. However, the smell now permeating my car changed my mind.When I went to pick up my car, the service men informed me that I had MICE.They insisted that the mice were in my car long before I had brought it to the dealership and chastised me for scaring their workers. Horrified, I apologized profusely and asked if the mice had done any damage. The man told me they had stripped my wires to the metal and said at least eight times, Theyve been in there a LONG time.Well, naturally, I immediately took my car to be inspected by my dealership in case a break line had been cut - all the while confused because I dont live near a farm, Ive never heard of mice infesting a car before then and I have no less than seven rescue cats that like to sleep in the garage with the heaters. The dealership men who looked at my car said that there was evidence of mouse damage, but that they could not have been in my car for more than a week. None of the wires were chewed, but a power bar I had left in the side panel was nibbled on along with stuffing in a passenger chair.My car was fine, the men at Euro Pros had lied to me. The mice lived in my car for the month my car was at Euro Pros and I havent seen a single mouse since I got my car back. However, my car now REEKS and I dont know how to fix it.A beautiful, one year old Audi, fixed to perfection, but with the addition of an awful smell that Euro Pros wont acknowledge is their fault. Its like having very skilled men build you the perfect kitchen, but accidentally setting fire to your living room.Thanks for ruining my car.

Terrible customer service. Took them almost 30 days to even start on my vehicle, so I had to pay expenses personally that should have been covered by insurance from the driver that hit me since it took so long. Little to no response to my phone calls until my vehicle had been sitting for 6 weeks. All in all, it took almost 2 months for a fairly standard bumper replacement. If you are interested in inconvenience and poor customer service then this is the place for you.

I was involved in some parking lot vandalism with my brand new 2019 Lexus. After a very detailed survey of the market, EuroPros always came back as the top choice of many in the local automotive market. That said, my repair took bit less than two weeks. Everything was smooth. The owner personally delivered my car to me when complete. Again, being a new car, i was hesitant that paint wouldnt match. The job was perfectly done. From one car guy to another. Derrick and his team knocked it out of the park. Anyone you ask in the local DMV area knows that EuroPros is literally the cream of the crop. I can see why! I just had my Subaru Impreza repaired at Euro Pro’s. They worked closely with Geico to get OEM parts. They did a fabulous job!!! The quality and detail that went into the job was just remarkable!! Wonderful shop, responsible people, and quality finished products. The Ford brothers, co-owners, have gone out of their way for me on numerous occasions and I can not thank them enough. They have worked weekends, met me at very odd hours (9pm on one occasion), and always delivered an incredible results. Whether simply looking to have a bumper repainted or custom work done on my show car, they have never disappointed. I can say that I have heard nothing but the same from everyone I have referred in their directions and, as a result, feel comfortable throwing up such positive praise.That said, they have been known to take longer than originally anticipated to complete work so, if youre in a rush, this likely isnt for you. Then again, quality work takes time.. ask any mechanic who really knows their stuff and they will say that it holds true both for body work and mechanical repairs. A rushed job is never perfect.. Euro Pros finishes tend to be described by that exact word.Go EP

Ive had bodywork done on both of my cars by Euro Pros and I will never use another body shop. One was a simple fix as the result of a fender bender, but the other was corrective paint work done to fix what a previous body shop had messed up. I explained to the shop that the car is shown/judged yearly and I expected the work to be great, but what they gave me was close to perfection.They do take a little longer than anticipated to turn cars around, but the wait is well worth it because the work their body and paint guys do is bar-none.I also dont know where all the reviews are coming from about Derrick being arrogant or rude. When my car was in, it had a custom license plate mount. They ended up breaking it while removing the bumper but Derrick took the time out of his day to make a new and identical bracket for me that was installed when I picked the car up. I had nothing but a great experience (both times) with Derrick, Tom, and everyone else who I spoke with.

Let me start off my saying I wish I had more stars to pick above Loved It! This is coming from a guy who is a car enthusiast and is very detail oriented. I am ADD/OCD to the max, should I say more.......What can I say about the Ford brothers (Derrick & Jack), other then they treat a customer like family. Im writing after my second experience with Euro Pros, the first one in 2010 and the second one a week ago, both on a 2006 Porsche. EP was recommended to me by the Porsche dealership and I couldnt have been more pleased with the service and the result. The difference between EP and your run-of-the-mill body shop is apparent from the moment you walk in. The time they took to evaluate the car, the involvement of the owners, the quality of the staff, the explanations on how the work needed to be performed to ensure the best result were all superb. The fact that the parking lot is full of high end cars also helps to give you assurance that your vehicle will be handled well. In both cases, the repairs were done perfectly.I also wanted to add one more thing that impresses me about this shop. I asked them once about correcting a very minor body issue and while Id presume that almost any other shop would have gladly taken that work, at EP, the owner Derrick recommended I leave well enough alone. He said that the improvement I would likely see wouldnt be worth the money spent. These guys really care about customer satisfaction and that also sets them apart.

I was recommended by my Audi dealer that my father in law bought the car from to use EuroPros for the repairs to the accident caused by another car, which there insurance took full responsibility for. I did some research online on how to make the process go as smooth as possible, so I waited for the other insurance to accept liability, and then I got the estimate from them. Before all of this I spoke to Michelle and Derek over the phone, and told them what had happened, and they recommended me to wait for the other persons insurance to accept liability, get the estimate and check, bring it to them, and they will get me in the first Monday available. And since I was referred to by the Rockville Audi service department i would have first priority, they made me feel like I was important, so as soon. As I got the estimate from the other insurance, I spoke with Michelle, and tried to schedule to get my car in, they told me the earliest they can bring it in would be end of February to first week of March. They apparently were overloaded from the holidays, and all their frame machines were tied up with trainwrecks and trying to bring it in, would just complicate everything with the insurance for the rental car since they wouldnt be able to touch it, I asked her why wasnt I told this before, and I thought I would be treated VIP since the Audi dealer personally sent me to them and said they dont use anyone else but them, I got flustered and felt mislead to do all the work that they should have provided for me, this is there field, not mine, I just wanna drop my car and pick it up as if the accident never happened, but it was a complete bust, I started googling for body shops, and I picked out e in Rockville that had great reviews. I stopped by there, met a manager, told them what was going on, and he told me that the owner had good ties with that dealership, and not to worry, he would 100% take care of everything, I left the estimate with them, came the next day, got in a rental car, which the shop managereviews arranged with Enterprise, I got a free upgrade to a brand new large SUV. Got a call from the insurance that they found more damage, and everything was covered, and they used all original parts, left the checks at the shop, I got emails with updates, it was so easy I couldnt believe it, and then I was told through my email that my vehicle was ready for pickup, When I came I brought my Dad to look over the car, and he was super happy with the work and the shop that did the work. I wish I never had to waste my time with EuroPros, should have just gone to the other shop instead from the beginning and I wouldnt have had to drag all this out. I could have gone through my own insurance, I have a $250 deductible, and they would have just collected when they surrogates to get the money back. I cant talk about EuroPros work because I never got it fixed there, But its just not getting the car fixed, its about getting your chain pulled, I felt that I wasnt VIP at that shop whoever referred me to come, they are just in it to make money, and not in it to make people who are in the worst situation feel that there manufacturer has picked a shop to represent them. I love Audi, but I cant Belive the referred europros to me. It honestly was a waste of time, and false advertising, just tell them Rockville Audi sent you and your gonna be taken care of, but little do they know I was put on the back burner. Why have a shop that cant support what valuable customers they send to gou, and I do think know if this has something to do with it, but they had a ton of Lexuss everywhere, is Lexus better then Audi, not making that same mistake twice. I gave EuroPros 2 stars just cause I didnt see there work, but there customer skills are in the toilet. My recommendation, dont go here unless you can wait 2 to 3 months or you have a Lexus and name drop the owner of whoever is sending the Lexus cars to them. If your curious of the shop I went to, I will also write them a review,. This review is about EuroPros and nobody else.
