This is a great Caliber Collision location. Everyone was very professional. They fixed my 2021 Sienna quickly and on time. My van looks and feels brand new. They worked with the insurance company very well. Lots of communication. Getting a rental nearby was easy too. They kept me informed all through the process. I would go there again with any more car crashes. Highly recommend.

I had my rear quarter panel dented in by a deer and they said the panel wasn’t Able to be fixed (which I believe) and they replaced it in a very timely manner and for a very respectable price. I had to come back to get my speaker tightened down and they did it also in a very timely and professional manner. I was extremely pleased with the work done at this shop. Addition note they have great communication skills abs kept me updated the whole time they even fixed a different paint chip on the hood I was very thankful for

They repaired my front bumper and grill after I hit some road debris. They were excellent in all aspects of the operation. The car looks great. They kept me apprised of the state of the repair and had it ready a day before they estimated completion. Im very satisfied.

Took my car in for repairs through my insurance and when I got my car back, there were several issues with it but the manager was more than willing to remedy the situation and kept in close contact. It would have been nice to not make several trips back and forth but the issues were resolved at no cost to me. The staff is also very kind and helpful.

Lots of car repair places in the area and my experience at Calliber Collision was much better than other nearby shops. Very courteous and professional staff. If you have questions, work schedule issues, etc., the staff is willing to help out as best as possible. And of course, great work on my jeep too!

They have great customer service, very kind and professional. They were also very clear about the process of the repair and what I should expect. They did an excellent job with the repairs to my vehicle, made it look brand new and couldn’t even tell it was damaged in the first place. And they kept me informed with updates through text and calling during the repair process letting me know what stage it was at and when it was expected to be completed. They also contacted enterprise for me since I needed to rent a vehicle.

From start to finish Caliber Collision of Gaithersburg was the worst. No communication. Gave my car back with so many missing parts. Didn’t even bother to put Freon back in my vehicle. I found that out on an 80 degree day. My receipt says my engine cradle was replaced. I had taken my car to another shop and took pics and told them that I could prove that they didn’t replace it, but had charged me for it and paid someone for replacing it. Then find out later that my new cradle was sitting somewhere in the shop. So you kept my new part and and charged me for it? Charged me for aiming a headlight/assembly that they replaced. Please tell me how you aim a headlight that doesn’t work. I have a new dent on my roof that wasn’t there before. There is heavy vibration when driving. My steering wheel and sun visor shakes so bad going down the road. My tire light came on (no working sensors) after I left. Of course they were closed for the weekend. I could go on and on, but it’s too many characters to fit. I tried posting the review that I sent to them, so this is the quick version. I’ve been a Certified Chrysler technician for 7 years. I know more than you think. Don’t ever go there. The worst!!!🤬 I couldn’t figure out how to attach pics, but if I do they’re coming soon!

These guys are top knotch. Got in a collision at 4:40am, sent them the pics of the damage and had a quote for insurance by 9:00am! They explained the quote, line by line, and the repair options. I dropped the car off on short notice, and they were extremely accommodating. There is an Enterprise rental affiliate office that handled the rental, and I was back in my car within a week. I highly recommend Caliber Collision Gaithersburg to anyone. Fantastic team.

Everything went very smooth from beginning to end. Customer support was excellent plus the work was completed as promised. They really did an excellent job and I would use them again if needed.

The customer service deserves 4.5 stars, but as far as the aftermath of getting my car back I would have to give them 3 stars. My car was finished earlier than expected, but I wasnt able to pick up my car until the original date. I was informed that there had been break ins over the weekend and my car unfortunately got hit. Nothing was stolen thankfully. I wasnt satisfied with the cleaning of the glass from the busted window. I still had to vacuum a good amount of shards and cut myself from simply moving items from in out of my car. I know they had no control over the break in, I just wish they had better security arrangements for finished cars and did a better job of cleaning up the glass.

Horrible experience and would never recommend this establishment to anyone. My vehicle was there for a month to repair the damage on the pictures in this review. The damage was very minimal; however, the vehicle was returned to our family three weeks past the original scheduled completion date.Once the original scheduled completion date passed, Caliber would call every morning to inform us that the vehicle would not be ready until the next day. This happened for three weeks; therefore, raising suspicion that they either did not know how to properly diagnose/repair the problem or had internal managerial issues.When the vehicle was finally ready, the paint work had over-spray present and dimples. In addition, they replaced both headlights with non-OEM, aftermarket lights which do not work correctly.I took my car to the local Honda dealership and they confirmed that aftermarket parts were used and thus triggering multiple malfunctions. I have lost confidence in this location and feel that dealing with them is not complete because issues continue to surface due to their incompetence, lack of attention to detail, and poor craftsmanship.I should have never followed the advice of my insurance company to take my car to this location and urge anyone that reads this review to learn from my experience and take you car elsewhere. If they cannot handle a simple repair like mine, how are they going to successfully diagnose, manage, and execute repairs of a complicated situation?****UPDATE****In order to end this ordeal, I asked the Honda dealership to fix the issues with the car and I would pay out of pocket for the repairs. In response, the dealership informed me that the work completed at Caliber was so bad that they were not interested in repairing the vehicle because of liability issues. They informed me that the wiring was not installed correctly and this could cause more problems with the car. Additionally, there were spacing issues with the light that required extensive work. I am not a mechanic and rely on others and their professional opinion and when I hear that a dealership does not want to take on work, the problem must be really bad. When was thew last time that a car dealership told you that they preferred to not work on your vehicle??

I went to pick up my car and the backup camera wasn’t working the employees there was trying to tell me it wasn’t working when I drop the car off I told them that everything was working and when I went to get my paper work out the car I jotive that the employees that was working on my car was talking bad about me I told the manager that his employees shouldn’t be talking about Customers if it wasn’t for customers they wouldn’t have a business I will never recommend or go there again now I have to wait until they figure out what they did to my backup camera

These guys kept me updated every step of the way. Phone calls, emails just about everyday on the progress of my vehicle. Not only did they exceed my expectations on repairs, but they completed repairs faster than anticipated. Paint looked great, they washed my car and filled my tank. I just want to personally thank everyone at that facility for making my experience great, special shout-out to Curtis, Julia, Ana, and Jay (those were the employees I dealt with the most).

If it were possible, I would give negative ten stars. They like many other businesses today have lost sight of the concept that Im the profit and they are the overhead. Its not the other way around. You shouldnt be able to see the body work especially after giving them two shots at it. I wouldnt let them paint an anvil.

Wow, dont even know where to start. Stained seats in a brand new cars backseat. They didnt come out. Manager not even acknowledging the customer. Empty gas tank, set of new doors or the outer shell that sound like tin cans compared to the original passenger side. Road noise that didnt use to be. Scratched door handle that should have been replaced. Window that was squeaking for a few days. Gas tank door gasket looks like melted marshmallows and the fact that it didnt open. I had to use some ingenuity without breaking it. Working better now. This was a brand news 2018 Corolla. Paint job was good. I would rather drive around with a bashed car then go there again. Dont know where they got the name Caliber Collision but they should just drop Caliber.Unreal. Still mad!

My bumper was dented significantly by a truck in a parking lot. They did an outstanding job with the repair. It looks like new. The repairman (Jonathan Peets) and admin staff were extremely responsive and kind.

The shop is conveniently located in the Airpark. The mechanics did a great job on my old truck that has seen a lot of miles on the road. I was rear ended by a hit and run driver. They took me in the same day as the accident. The repair work was done well, and they finished it 3 days ahead of schedule. The car came back looking new and better than it did before the accident. I hope I never have to return ( no offence) but if my car needs bodywork in the future, I will gladly return

After my vehicle was damaged, I was worried that it would never be the same again, I was worried about the hassle of getting my car fixed. Worst service ever. Be sure to check the damage to your vehicle. I took my vehicle to be repaired and ended up with other mechanical issues. I had to take the ride share for two weeks, costing a total of $800. The manager and General manger refused to refund any monies. During the two week period I visited their lot after hours, only to find that my vehicle was left unlock and hood ajar. There was no security to look after the vehicles. A good place for car shoppers to enter your vehicle. You will definitely get a botch job.

Wow, what a terrible experience, I cant believe they are in business. Just dealt with Kenny Moran the facility manager; who was rude, very unprofessional, and should never be in contact with potential customers.We asked if they could please provide us with an estimate for our vehicle body damage. His first question was, what insurance do you have, and when we answered Erie, he stated they are the worse insurance company, and they will not deal with quality places like us. He said you should get a quality insurance like Geico, then come back and see us. We were stunned and asked Mr. Moran to be clear are you telling us to go elsewhere? Without hesitation he responded yes, we are short handed and dont have the staff to assist you. Mind you, we are not in a hurry what so ever, and up to this point in the conversation, a time frame had not been discussed, so he had no idea if we needed this work done now or several months from now.We then proceeded to ask about the estimate we requested for another work vehicle about 10 weeks back. His immediate response what dont you understand about us being short-handed? Stunned again, I replied you cannot get a quote for us to turn into insurance in 10 weeks, how can this be? He replied we select who we want to deal with, and what projects we can make the most money on. He reiterated his stance that they do not care about new clients.This place just opened this year, while closing under another name. I highly suggest anyone trying to find a place on their own to do body work, look at other options. We had our young daughter witness this exchange, and she was really disturbed by the way he denigrated us.
