The gentleman who came out to fix my flat tire on my U-Haul was attentive and got the job done quicker than I thought was possible. I would refer them to anyone.

Poor management low quality of workmanship

The customer service was great! Todd continually let.me know how my car was comong along and it took.less time than i expected. He thoeoughly checked the car over and showed me what needed done along the way. Also, his price was very fair. I highly recommend Todd and HDR.

We recently found ourselves in need of bodywork due to an accident. Our regular mechanic recommended us to HDR and we were very pleased with the outcome.This was to repair damage from being rear ended while on a short road trip to visit a friend in NYC.Todd handled everything! He worked with the insurance company to ensure everything was covered, got the rental car delivered to us, kept us updated every other day, and delivered our car back exactly as promised.He even handled follow up with the rental company to ensure the deposit was properly released when they were slow to close out the agreement.Getting into an accident always sucks. Todd did an amazing job in creating a bright spot in a bad situation and made it so we are smiling at the end of this process.

Finding a decent mechanic or body shop has been such a challenge they either charge too much or they don’t deliver on their promises. However HDR has been such a pleasure to work with. Their staff was very professional, their pricing was fair and my car was beautiful. I have referred a few family and friends and they too have been pleased. Before you visit any body shop I highly recommend you check out HDR.

I got into a fender bender on a Tuesday and I needed my car by Saturday. They managed to fix my car by end of day Friday. It was easy and they did a good job.

I stopped at two body shops to see if they could repair the dents & scratches in my sons car before he left (3 days) and neither place would even consider taking my car. By chance, I found HDR Body Shop and once again went in and asked them if they could repair my sons car in such a short amount of time. I was VERY surprised when Pedro said he would do everything he could to fix the car in two days and still maintain his standard of excellence. I picked the car up on the third day and the car was perfect! There were NO dents and the scrapes and scratches were completely gone, even some I hadnt asked him to fix. The paint job exceeded my expectations and the car was so clean, inside and out.In addition to the exceptional work done on my car in such a short amount of time, EVERYONE who worked there was very, very nice in addition to being professional. I love this place. If I need another body shop Ill definitely go back to see Pedro and the boys at HDR!!!

I really enjoyed working with Pedro and his crew at HDR. I have a 2014 F150 that had sideswipe damage from the rear passenger door through the bed. It was involved as they had to pull bed and cut crushed section of cab out, replace door. Im picky and I was skeptical it would ever look as good but it looks great! Youd be very hard pressed to show me it ever happened. Great work! I found my body shop.

I got my lift kit and my dual exhaust installed from HDR body shop I was really happy with the results and they have very good customer service. These guys are good listeners and always have a good attitude.

Best customer service, best experience Ive ever encountered. Everything was smooth and amazing!

First, the good. This shop *can* do good work, the shop manager (Alonzo) is polite (when you can get a hold of him) and they work fast. They also seem to know how to deal with insurance companies. In my case, they also waived payment for a small amount of work that the insurance company initially covered, but then renegged on.The bad:1. Communication. Sometimes emails and phone calls will go unanswered for days. Specific information about their work is very hard to get. I had to ask repeatedly for basic information about their paint process and type of paint used. Eventually I got it, but it took days.2. Attention to detail. I had to bring my car back three time to address rushed or unfinished work - orange peel, missing fasteners, unfinished wheels, improperly installed bumper. The quality of paint on most of the body panels of my car was good, but around the edges there was visible orange peel. I had to come back for them to fix it - this was after the shop manager assured me that he personally inspects and signs off on every car. Then, I had to come back two more times because the rear fender wasnt attached properly and the front bumper was deformed after installation. There were also paint imperfections on the bumper, but at that point my patience (and time) was exhausted and I just chose to live with it. Given how busy the shop is, I am guessing they dont have the proper time to devote to each car.3. Lack of respect for cars. The last time I came to pick up my car the entire drivers side (seat, floor, door panel) was covered in fine white powder. Ive never seen anything like it (see picture). Since this was after hours, I emailed the shop the next day with pictures asking to at least explain it. Never heard back from them.4. Empty promises. They claim lifetime warranty on work. I asked - give me your warranty in writing. Normally, the warranty document detailes exactly whats covered and on what terms. Nothing. Asked two more times. Nothing. Given that they didnt even address all the paint flaws in the original repair, I have no idea if this warranty really means anything.Summary: this place is acceptable if you need a basic fix of your daily driver. If your standards are even slightly higher than average, look elsewhere.
