Not good paint or good cleaning up after paint job I will never return to this location and I will not recommend to anyone to this location

Was referred to this place by Carvana/SilverRock to repair some surface level scrapes/scratches on the car. After the repair was approved we were told to bring in our car at any time, but when we arrived we were then told we had to leave the car with them for 3-4 days because thats the only way to get the car on their list. What is this, a Michelin star restaurant? Ive never heard of any car repair shop that requires customers to leave their cars with them in order to get on their repair queue. Requests to make an appointment were denied, because apparently these people are too good for that.Luckily SilverRock works with other places, ones that actually takes appointments. First and last time I ever visit this place again.

I was not expecting too much because I figured it would be hard to repaint the bumper to match the rest of the car, even just black. When I received my car back a day later, the front of the car looked impeccable, almost new, and blended perfectly with the rest of the body. It cost $400 to repaint the bumper, but was well worth the money.

Very professional and treated me respectfully. Pricing was very reasonable. It was half the price as quoted to me by a competitor and the work was the same. I highly recommend them.

They provided both excellent customer service and excellent body work/painting on my SUV. They also installed and painted the rear spoiler, side steps, and front grill guard. All for a price that no other place could come anywhere close to beating. I will definitely be coming back with other vehicles and will recommend them to all that I know.

I had a wonderful experience with the Maaco in Gaithersburg. Ana at the front desk is friendly and knowledgeable. she answered all my questions promptly. When I wasn’t 100 percent satisfied with the first paint job, I was told to bring my car back in without question. I also loved that they worked around my work schedule and got the job done fast. I highly recommend giving them a try!

These guys did a better job with my new bumper than the dealership did after a previous accident. The Camaros yellow is not easy to match but they did a perfect job. Analia at the front desk gave me an estimate within 5 mins, and I paid the exact same price a few days later when the work was done even though some small issues (part manufacturers fault) came up. Cant imagine anyone else in the area can do as good of a job at their competitive pricing. I recommend Maaco over the GM dealership and body shop pros I used to go to, my car looks better than the day I bought it.

They did a great job of fixing the dent and painted it back. Now it looks brand new! Great prices and wonderful service!

Took my car in for a repair after an auto collision. They gave me a quick, easy estimate. I had some my wheels and brakes painted while they were there (why not, right?!) and they are beautiful!! I’ve already recommended people to this shop.

My car paint randomly started to peel and I needed a paint job fast and needed my car in a couple days. They made the process simple and easy. I took my car in to them on a Tuesday and was able to pick it back up by Friday! My car looks as good as new. Great people and customer service

Due to a Hyundai paint defect, I had to have my roof painted, and rust removed, at my own expense. Maaco in Gaithersburg did an amazing job in a brief amount of time. Excellent repairs and paint job

I have taken my older car to MAACO twice. The first time for repairs and to have the whole car painted. The second time for body repairs and broken trunk latch. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money since it is an old car. Both times they worked with me for the least expensive solutions. They are courteous, efficient and do excellent work. My car looks like new. I highly recommend them !!!

I had an AMAZING experience with Maaco. They made my car look like it is brand new!! I still cant get over it. I had a damaged hood and grill and thought my car would never look the same. Boy was I wrong! it looks better than it did before. Everyone there was so nice and helpful too. Definitely would recommend them to anyone!

Didnt bother to look at final paint with me, to say the least. Blew me off, pretty much stating paint whole car or it will never match. Paint whole car for your horrible paint match skills? What do you expect. Its maaco...

They said they will pull the original color color code from the VIN Number. My original color was Eternal Blue but when I got the car back, it was Blackish Blue. Either you guys did not mix the color properly OR ur color mixing machine has some problem. Please fix that. Also, the color is not done properly behind the side mirrors. You can see the rough surfaces.

I was very disappointed with job they did on my car. I received an estimate to repair a dent on my car-took three days to complete. When I went to pick up (after first finish paying). There was still a small dent still left unfinished and was told it wasn’t included in my estimate but no one called to inform me prior to finishing the work that would be additional cost. I never recommend this repair shop-poor communication skills.

Awful. NEVER take your car there improperly covered the engine got paint inside the filtration system and caused 600$ worth of damages and are now not accepting responsibility. The owner was ignorant and rude saying even if it did cause the damage there’s nothing he’s gonna do about it.
