We brought our 2013 Ford Escape to Blanco Services because it was making a grinding noise that appeared to get progressively worst every time we drove it. Jose was informed of what may be causing the issue and was also informed that in the past 7 years, I had done very little to the car in regards to maintenance except for the standard liquid services.
