Master Tech is an auto shop operated by efficient and qualified mechanics, under the ownership of Tony Navarro. They provided service to my Mercedes Benz, for the last two years at reasonable place. I highly recommend this shop for foreign cars.

I went to Master Tech today to get my Tesla Model Y tire swapped and they were incredibly helpful. Alejandro helped me out in minutes. It was super quick. I definitely will be bringing my Tesla back for all future needs and will be spreading the word to other Tesla friends.

I have been taking my car to MasterTech for nearly 3 years, and cant imagine taking it anywhere else when I have important work to be done. to my 2005 Lexus SUV. Although Tony Navarro, the manager, is always busy, he will take time out of anything he is doing to provide a customer with clear and concise answers to their questions.

Tony (owner) is always friendly and takes time to explain any findings. He uses Carfax history to detect persistent and/or emerging issues. From the (nearly always) presence of mail trucks you can deduce the USPS relies on his speedy work.

ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT THEY ARE FAIR IN PRICE AND THEY DO ABOVE EXCELLENT WORK !

Outstanding JobI dropped my truck off with Tony of Master Tech on January 4 and was quite surprised to see that he had it done by the January 5 Justin time for a trip I needed to take, outstanding job Tony. I was so pleased that I dropped another one of my vehicles off with Tony when I picked up this one. Two thumbs up.

This is an excellent auto repair shop that is well-managed by Tony. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Easy to talk to and is very trustworthy to give you an accurate answer and fair estimate for your car repairs. His staff is well-qualified as master technicians. My 2003 Nissan Pathfinder had a ton of issues from four Catalytic converter’s replace, fuel injectors, plugs, PCV valve, gasket cover valves. Sadly I spent so much on the other shops including a Nissan dealership which still didn’t properly diagnose my issue. McFadden auto repair in laurel who still gave me my car back witnessed still a check engine light, struggling to start not willing to help me find a solution just handed the keys over. My car is finally fixed thanks to this shop. Four mechanics later, I wish I would of started here. Honest work, willing to help you even if the problem was difficult to find/fixed. Reasonable prices I can say that since I witness and compared to other places I had send my car to. I live in laurel, md. I would rather get my car tow here then to get worked done anywhere else. You want honest work come here.

Excellent service took my sons car to Tony to have a transmission installed on top of some other items that needed to be taken care of. He did an excellent job. The service was outstanding and his pricing was fair that is important to me. I will be using Tony and MasterTech for all of my automotive needs.

I always receive excellent service and personal attention at MasterTech. Every time I call, he answers the phone himself so Im always connected straight to the top and I feel like Im talking to a trusted friend about my service/repair needs (and if you sit in his waiting area long enough, youll notice that he seems to know all of his other customers, too!) Tonys prices are fair and he is very honest. I much prefer going to his shop than a big dealership for all of my auto service needs.

Ive been there often for oil changes and a couple times for car repairs. They are always kind and knowledgeable and get the job done. I highly recommend them.
