Bought 2 couches from them and a bunk bed, all pleasant experience.

Delivery service is slow. I ordered a sectional and was given a delivery date. Ive waited all day. They finally call at1:24pm saying they would be here in an hour or so. It is now 5:56 pm and still no delivery or update. I have pretty much wasted my day when I could have been doing other things. I will call the office on the next business day to let them know about this.

Had issues with the $2,500 worth of furniture I purchased, but store manager is working hard to get us satisfied

The people was very helpful & friendly. The store has a warm atmosphere to it. When you buy from them & something happens, they are prompt in repairing the item or replacing if it warrants being replaced. I recommend them to anyone.

Update on my previous review: Management finally returned my call. She was out sick since New Years. She made our purchase good and replaced the damaged furniture. However, I am going to leave the initial review below this update, and raise the stars to a 3 instead of 1. This store really needs to evaluate their customer service skills and improve by taking care of issues in a timely manner.Initial Review:Horrible experience! Do not shop here! They sold us defective furniture that damaged our hardwood floors and no-one returns the calls. The delivery men were still at my house when I showed them the sofa was reclining and digging into the floors! The sofa reclined and left a deep two-foot-long scratch in our new hardwood floors. They replaced the sofa on Dec 31 and I showed them the loveseat is lopsided. They tried to fix it but couldnt. It has been over three weeks and these people do not return your calls nor stand behind their products! Dont shop here! I wish I had read these reviews before we shopped with Farmers! We are going to buy new bedroom furniture and a new refrigerator, but not from farmers!

I was in a hurry to find a bedroom suit. Was going to pay cash if they had a discount for a cash purchase. They did not so I did a 90 day same as cash. The problem is the delivery, they dented and scratched the dresser. Also put dens and scratches in the wall. I took pics and showed the delivery people. Called the Manger she a asked for pics. I sent them to her cell phone. After repeated attempts I could not get her on the phone. I went to the store several times. I was told she was not in. NO one else would help me. Due to she was the contact and it was her investigation. They won I gave up, it was cheaper for me to fix the walls. And cover up the dented and scratched dresser. Then it was than continue to try and chase them down. Its a shame they could have had a long term customer. If they would have been fair. Rather than dishonest.

Good selection of furniture and good sales staff

Wanted to purchase a vase with cash and the amount of paper work to fill out seemed like it for a credit check. Meh. Learn that cash is public tender for private and public debts, just like its printed with.

Purchased a couch and refrigerator a week ago. Told what day they could deliver but they wouldnt give me a time. Been sitting here all day waiting with no phone call or update. Wouldnt recommend this company to anyone!!!!!!!

Very good customer service, great delivery service, bought a whole bedroom suite, kids bed and mattress, living room furniture. Had nothing but great service. Office people were friendly, nice as could be, Sharon was the nicest salesperson!

Absolutely the worst store to buy furniture, I bought a dinette set from them and the next day I found that the chairs was loose and so was the table. There too high to sell such lousy furniture they tell you their Living room furniture is real leather but its not, I will never ever buy anything from them.

Worst mistake ever getting involved with this place. No return policy..constant harassing calls at ALL hours of day or night. They try to make you feel bad..even when you tell them you dont have it and are trying to give them whatever you have. They just suck. Would/will NEVER recommend this place to anyone!

Horrible customer service. They are only supposed to run your credit once but after a year they ran mine 2xs for no reason.. Other than to intentionally hurt my credit because i had been a little behind in my payments.

Got my bedroom set from there and love it. The prices are pretty good.

Wouldnt stand behind the mattress that I bought about 2 years ago. The pillowtop rolled up under where I was sleeping and because it had a stain on the other end where I had accidentally spilled some chocolate milk on it they wouldnt warranty it because of stain. The stain was on the other end and had nothing to do with the pillowtop rolling up. They used the 10 years warranty as a selling point(this is a$1500.00 mattress) and never mentioned about the warranty being voided if it had a stain on it. Just a way of not standing behind there product.

Love this store great customer service and very thorough and helpful ! They will help with whatever you need if they dont have exactly what you are looking for or if they dont have a color of something you want furnitures ect they will look it up for you, i have bought twice from the Gadsden Al store and once from Anniston Al store i have never had any issues with either store and also helped my credit !

Will never do business with these folks again. Rather deceitful and rude. They just care about getting u under a two yr contract. No human emotion. If you could buy from somewhere else, i highly recommend it.

The store manager ran a credit check on me without my consent. I went and asked her why she ran it, she refused to acknowledge that she ran one.

Very helpful salesperson, plenty of styles and good quality furniture, nice layout and very clean. Meet you at the door, but no high pressure sales pitch, really try to help you make the right decision on buying or not.

The furniture is beautiful but the customer service is horrible me and my wife was treated like we didnt matter there was no greeting when we walked in and nobody rushed over to help us we had to ask for help and was told hold on because a customer on the phone was more important it wasnt until my wife wanted to spend almost five hundred dollars in there store did they attitudes change towards us and the experience it self was horrible because of bad customer service and a lack of knowledgeble sales people who puts the customer first

Poor customer service . You have to wait all day to have your merchandise delivered. No courtesy call, no delivery time and a nonsulunt attitude.
