The service is beyond any expectation. His knowledge was only surpassed by his kindness and willingness to help me locate my control board for my furnace. He identified the part code and was able to order it online because of his help despite not being able to make a sale. If only the contractors in Gadsden were as fair and honest.

Went in thinking I had a defective dryer element for a dryer that is a good 20+ years old. They had the part in stock and the gentleman that helped me even knew the part number before confirming it on the computer. After purchasing the part he asked to make sure I had other parts and asked if I had the defective element with me which I did. I got it from the car and he tested it and it turns out it was just a blown fuse. He gave me a refund for the difference. Hard to find great customer service these days and youll definitely find it here!

The folks here really know their stuff. They have almost anything you would need to repair your appliances and they are a wealth of information. Best place to shop for appliance parts in Etowah county.

They have all sorts of parts for DIY repairs around the house. I saved hundreds for repairing my hvac system. I didnt think you could buy those types of parts.

I have bought several parts for different appliances. Tim has always been helpful and knowledgeable. He has even given me pointers on putting the part in. I will be buying more parts from him. Helps he is open on Saturday mornings. I work five days a week, makes it hard to pickup the parts I need.

Tim is always so helpful. I swear the man knows everything, plus he is super nice. Never have they failed us when we needed something. If you dont know how to fix the problem he can also give you detailed directions on how to do so.

If you need a hard-to-get part for almost any appliance, go to Appliance Parts. Stumbling around locally or on line just doesnt cut it when you cant afford the wasted time. Appliance Parts can get the part you need and fast. Usually they stock that unusual part and it wont cost an arm and a leg. Dont throw the appliance away. Most appliances are cheaper to fix than to replace, I go to Appliance Parts first. You wont have to make a second stop.

Horrible customer service. So rude and not helpful at all. If you order a part and it should’ve been in already you should be helpful and try and track it and find out when it’ll be in. Not speak to customers the way you do. Will never use this place again

Very helpful folks. Follow up: When I went to visit the folks at Appliance Parts of Gadsden I had diagnosed an issue with my refrigerator utilizing Google and You Tube and went to purchase the part that I figured had gone out. The owner, told me that he felt like, based on his training and experience, the part I was requesting ($150) was probably not the issue I described and that before I put that much money into a 6 year old appliance I should first replace a different part ($20). I followed his advise and now, a month later, the refrigerator is still working like a champ. This level of professionalism, honesty and concern for the customer is rare in the world we live in today. I have added a star and would wholeheartedly recommend this business.

Rude and arrogant parts guy. Not competitive on pricing at all. Willing to drive an hour out of my way to give my business to them but would it match the price of 69$ out the door vs their 75$ plus tax and he was having to open the box to make sure all the parts was there so the over priced item was clearly returned or half used. Take your business to Gas & Electronic in Anniston much friendlier staff and better prices!

They have what you need or can get it fast. Staff is very knowledgeable.Edit to add: Called for an oven part and employee kept changing the price (said its $32, or $34, might be $36. Would not give actual price.)
