They require wearing a face mask. Follow the foot steps on the floor to the service desk. They don take debit nor credit cards at the service desk. If using a card to pay you must pay at the keosh machine. They have Friendly service.

Alabama Power has their lobby open,you can go in to pay your bill at the counter or pay by the machine.

In and out Bill payment center. Expedient.

Ive had problems from my paper bill being charged without my consent to having to go online to check which I hate. The last 4 months of my Power has been over $640.00 and I cant afford that so went to the power company personally to ask why this bill jumped from 360./400 to over $600 and not one per could or would try and help me. I even asked could someone come out and check mybox or whatever but I needed help! Called over phone nothing. Also for the last 4 months requested my paper Bill to be sent again and have not received one yet.
