Very nice and helpful he wasnt trying to push me like most places. Helped me find the size washer and dryer i needed. cuz i have a lot of kids so i needed a big one i was surprised how much it was. i thought it was going to cost a lot more. they have good prices and its brand-new

Very poor customer service. Very shady workmanship on used appliances.Our dryer quit and the service technician recommended Handy saying they have always give good deals. Well their good deals on used appliances is a replacement dryer that only lasted 10 days then quit. To make it worse they wanted to charge to pick it up and refused to refund the full purchase/delivery fee. Will never refer anyone to go here its cheaper to buy a new one at Lowes and have them give you free delivery and setup. Best advice is search around do not shop here!
