I called Friday and needed a fridge, washer, and laptop. I rented the laptop and picked it up with no issues. They said they were behind on deliveries so I gave them until Monday. They said they needed until Tuesday because still no one to catch up deliveries. I said alright. Tuesday at 6pm they finally delivered the fridge but no washer. I called 5 times and still they give me the run around about a washer. They had to go to another store. They kept telling me it would be earlier this evening when my washer was delivered and now...I STILL do not have a washer. Im very mad about the promises made and not kept. Im a manager as well and when I make a promise to a customer I keep it. They should do better to try and get customers instead of customers taking their business to someone who cares about them and their financial stability.

Bought a few things here, best bet is do the 6 month deal or early pay off. You pay to much if you go full term. As a alternative its awesome.

Worst customer service, they harass you on the day of payment, refuse to work with you and get in screaming match with husband on the phone. Very unprofessional. Please give your business to anyone but rac.

Very unorganized. Horrible communication. Just a huge headache

I had to have debit card replaced and it made me late on my payment . I called them before payment was due and agreed to pay the late fees, man they blew my phone up came to my house to pick up merchandise showed the tempo guy my bank statement he took picture of it and bill pay mailed them a check it od posted on account downloaded it and sent it to them . Believe it or not its still not good enough . I will pay this off and not use them again

Dont forget to ask them to turn your payment history in to the bureau when you are finished paying off

Terrible service. When I first started. They brought me a broken fridge. Then asked for a different one took them 3 days and they was like 4 hours late to bring a new one. Then asked them to move it to my new address because I didnt have a way of hauling it. And got told they was not a moving company they dont even deserve 1 star. But it wont let me do none. I do not recommend them at all!!

It was a great, no stress and very professional experience. The assistant manager (Black lady at Gasden, Al store) was so sweet and kind to me. I am disabled and she was so accommodating to me. I highly recommend this store. Im sorry I cant remember her name.

Customer service is a joke. Everything was great getting set up but some one at the gadsden location needs to learn how to talk with customers. Talked me right out of buying with his attitude.

I don’t even want to rate a one star! Called about a fridge I had ordered online. The lady was extremely rude! I asked for a refund she asked why I told her she was rude. She then began hollaring thru the phone and hung up! I will never recommend this place to anyone!

Ive always bought from Aarons because of there quality and professionalism. I went out on a limb and was going to buy a couch from them and upon delivery it was scratched and scuffed, parts of. It didnt sit even anymore, there was somehow paint on it, and the seems where breaking. Not to mention there was literally trash in and throughout the sofa, never again will I shop at such a mediocre store. I will keep my loyalty with a professional, respectable vendor, Aarons.

I was in a bad way the day I visited rent a center..they went above and beyond to help me..also made me feel special..I appreciate that...very very happy w,my washer and dryer.. whirlpool...I love it

Rude customer service

Very rude workers. Went in at 9am to get a stove and fridge here it is almost 7 and they still have not showed up.... DO NOT GO TI THIS STORE. They are very unprofessional.

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE! They will rip you off! I went in to make a payment, and the lady (Soula) if thats how you spell her name, took my payment, and agreed to me coming back in in 2 weeks to make another payment, renigged on her word! They started blowing my phone up, while I was on my job, driving an ambulance, harassing me for a payment! And when they tried to be sneaky and put me on hold, and called Soula on three way without me knowing she was on the phone. And when the account manager asked me again, what kind of deal or arrangement was made on my account, I started explaining it, and she interrupted me by insisting that she didnt know me, and never took my payment, or made any arrangements! DENIED ME COMING IN JUST 3 DAYS PRIOR TO THIS PHONE CONVERSATION ! Well, I got pretty upset when I was made out to be a liar, and realized they apparently pocketed my $140, so I told them to come get their merchandise out of my house! I do not do business with crooks, and thats just what they are! There have been many, many more people out there that have been done this way by this store, and this lady! So, if you decide to do business with this store...consider yourself warned!
