Lot of collection, decent location. Only issue is there are not much staff on the location to help when there is need.Tried finding the one we need took 30 min vs if i get help i should have found in 5 min. Also the allocation of items is not in right order or not right location sometimes

The store is neat and clean. The prices are reasonable. I will go tomthis store for kitchen and bedding items . This is the best place for bedding items and kitchen.

I was happy to shop there today. I was looking for lotion dispenser and they had good choices to pick one. It was a busy store. Normally they have 20% coupon but I didnt have it and they wouldnt honor it also. I heard that they honor 20% discount even if you dont have a coupon. Oh well, every sales person is different.

Went in looking for some spare filter baskets for my single serve coffee maker. The staff there were very friendly and helpful, found that they did not carry the filter basket but they found the charcoal filter. While there I picked up a few other items. They had handicapped parking near the door and believe their entrance was also handicap friendly.

Great store to be hopelessly lost in. They have everything for your home. The staff are super nice and helpful. Checkout was fast and easy. Our cashier knew which coupons to use and she helped us save more money. Bed, Bath & Beyond has an amazing and reasonable return policy compared to most retailers. This location is pretty impressive!

BBB was a great experience for me. The customer service was extremely helpful in price matching. They respectfully explained the conditions that apply to proceed matching and answered questions that were beyond their knowledge that required them to search for the answers. They even offered helpful tips in regards to repairs and exchanges and when to take advantage of watch option. I will definitely be back. 👍

This store taunts curbside pickup but it really isnt. you wait for 30 mins, make a call and still no one comeout to deliver order. But if you go inside the store your order will be ready. Their manager said they are all busy but when i stepped into the store none of the employees were busy and just waiting for customers.On phone they were rude too when said curbside pickup. Clearly the employees at thos store or their manager doesnt like curbside pickup. Shame on them to advertize it that they do curbside pickups. This was the 4th time i experienced the issue with curbside pickup and no different on all 4 occasions. Poor customer service and worst store manager.

I came here after having not shopped here in years. I forgot how much I liked this store. There are so many nice things! And you can easily find inspiration to make your home more beautiful. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because if you are low income like me it is easy to get tempted and spend too much.

Its a standard BBB in a fairly quiet shopping outlet. Its in back section so expect to drive around if youre coming in from Fremont Blvd.Theres a standard selection of housing improvements and utilities; from bath curtains, rugs, to roombas.I came looking for travel locks and went through the entire place before finding them right in the front area next to the cashiers.Id recommend checking online for in-store coupon codes, they usually have something like a 10% off your lowest priced item, so be on the lookout.

This location is going out of business. Most items marked down 25% to 40%. Electric and kitchen items are pick over. There is a lot of bedding left.

Great store for all kinds of home needs. Very well organized and clean. Frendly staff who always help when needed. The do have some snacks for sale upfront by the cash registers. They also sell different gift cards (not only to their store, they have a gift card rack inside the store by the cash registers).The best thing are the deals that you can get. The store constantly mails out the 20% off coupon or the $5 off coupon. These are great and help you save some money of your purchase.Returns are easy.... Even for your online orders.

White ginger man at the cashier was incredibly rude. I was standing behind customers in line before anyone had come up to the front and the line formed at the back where the ropes were. He tried to tell me there was only one line and to get behind everyone else even though I was there before the line had even formed... even the customers in front of me told him that we were there first before everyone else showed up. Then at the check out didn’t say anything to me, refused to talk to me then had an issue when i asked him to price match something online. Extremely unprofessional and rude for no reason! Won’t be coming here again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The store was clean and well organized. Went in to exchange a co2 bottle from my sodastream and had no trouble with the process.

Lots of stuff.

I went around 2pm Friday afternoon and the caucasian lady (cashier) who works that shift was openly discussing about “ill-behaviored” customers with a customer. They were apparently having a good time and that open discussion apparently made them feel better than others. All the other associates I encountered are nice and professional but that particular act was inappropriate, even though from her perspective others are inappropriate.

My favorite store in the world. My kids call it Moms toy store. I love the coupons! Make me feel better about spending.

Good products, good customer service, horrible treatment of employees with medically diagnosed emotional conditions. They name call and belittle their associates while overworking them just to make the store look good for customers and corporate visitors. Customers are treated better than their own staff. Management of this location needs to be corrected ASAPOh and BTW most of the 5 star comments here are from higher level management of their company!

Im a long-time shopper here. I always love going here because its a store with many things so you wont be bored of. I always have good experiences with the staff. Theyre so helpful, attentive and knowledgeable on most things. Theres times theyre understaffed but dont give the staff working at the moment a hard time and blame them. Poor cashier experience. We stood next to the counter as the cashier was chatting with another customer who was already done for a good minute or two. The customer was the one who noticed and apologized to us, but not the cashier. Cashier then told us we didnt wait in line. We had accidentally skipped the line because it just wasnt obvious to us to wait across from the counter. Her tone was demeaning for an accident. We apologized and were going to go back in line, but she insisted we quickly pay, so we did, but she started to chide us further, saying this is similar to Ross or TJ Maxx. I told her they have an obvious wall there, so not the same. She then pointed to a not obvious sign to me. Her tone the entire time was very derogatory, when a minute before was all sweet and flowery with the elderly older lady customer. We apologized to the other customers behind us on the way out and they sympathetically said its ok. Thats how you treat other human beings who make mistakes. At least the store itself is tidy, but like another person commented, they could use more personnel to assist customers on the floor or checking out. Not ever coming back.

Not very helpful staff; had a question but no one was around then finally found a guy with a little beard wearing black I tried to ask him but he just stormed away saying he had a customer waiting-- I didnt know if he was coming later to help me or hed ask someone else to help; stayed there hanging for a long time no one showing up so I put the items back and left. I wont recommend this place to my friends.

I dont think Ive had a customer service experience waiting to pay for an item like I had today. We got to the cashier area and there was only one woman with her back turned to us we moved closer and waited for her to turn around and when she did, she looked at us and basically turned back around. I was bit confused at first thought maybe she doesnt handle the register but after a while, an older caucasian woman walks up and the woman behind that counter walks up tot he register and says can I help the next customer like we were nothing. Of course the woman behind us tells the lady that we were first and only then was she willing to help us. I didnt want to think much about it but after I left the store, I just felt I couldnt let go and had to write something about it. In general, though, Ive never had that experience at this store before and if the store wants to review the in store camera at that time to confirm, go for it. Dec 30, 2018 about 12:15 -12:30 pm.
