I love JD at this store. I came in so frustrated with a computer situation and he took his time to figure out the best solution for me. Whenever I need help or need them to work with me they are amazing and are right there to help. I appreciate all the wonderful things they do for me. If they dont have exactly what you are looking for they can help you order it into the store. Prices are very competitive with easy payments to stay in budget. Store manager Jady Andresen is exceptional at helping to get the right item to fit your needs. I highly recommend giving this store a look before going out of town for furniture to electronics

I got a lift bed from Ace Rent to Own in Fremont, NE and its great. It cost me less there than anywhere else I looked.Jady helped us with the payments so we would get it done in 4 months. No interest. Jady treats like family. He will joke with ya and help get what ya want or need.

My husband went in today to get me a dishwasher. Let me state that this isnt our first bad experience with them. About 3 months ago we bought a bed from them. The bed we bought was brand new. They brought us a bed that looked nothing like the bed we picked out and was disgusting! They tried to tell us there was only 2 beds back there in queen size and this was the bed we paid for. After calling corporate they miraculously found the bed we actually paid for and brought it to us. We paid with cash. Giving them a second chance we went back for the dishwasher. Online the price for a brand new one (theyll try to tell you its not for a brand new one but a preleased corporate says otherwise) is 650.50 cash price. They tried to tell him 700-800. We got them to honor the online price and asked if they could deliver it they said yes. We were about to give them the 650 when, the same man that agreed to delivery at the price of 650, asked if we would be picking it up today. My husband looked at him and calmly reminded him he agreed to deliver it. The man then stated, and I quote, if you want me to deliver itll be 40 dollars extra, if you dont like that you can go somewhere else! My husband thanked him for his time and we are going to Menards or Sears. I will never deal with these people again! You are warned on the scams they try to pull. If you have problems with them ALWAYS call corporate. Dont let them try to get by with this.

I give this place absolutely 0 stars. My reasoning? My father went there and paid for a couch yesterday. He was told that it would be delivered today between 9 and 10. We get a call saying that the couch would be here by 11 then he gets another call saying its broken but they arent going to refund him or get him a different couch. That is complete bs! I would never ever EVER go back there.
