We purchased a condo with a dysfunctional dishwasher and little to no information on the age or condition of the dishwasher. Mr. Appliance got us in for an appointment within a week, gave us a 3 hour window when he would arrive, and called on his way here and said he would be here in 30 minutes. Once Doug arrived he was in and out after quickly repairing the dishwasher. The reason we used him was because he was able to repair my grandmas unfixable refrigerator and since we were referred by her, he even gave us a little discount. I absolutely would call Doug again for any appliance issues we have come up and highly recommend!
Mr. Appliance fixed the washing machine on-site after quickly diagnosing the problem. He was pleasant, wore boot covers to keep our floors clean, and cleaned up the laundry room after finishing the repair.
Called during normal business hours and got voicemail. Should have just bailed here, but decided to give them a chance. Left message. Was called back the next day and made a service appointment for a few days later. Was given a window of 11A-2P and told that service tech would call when on their way. The service day rolled around and I left work to be home during the window. No one called or showed. I called them at 2P and got voicemail AGAIN. Heed the warning signs! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Service person called at 2:20P and said they would be there in 20 more minutes. Um no! CANCEL! Here is your warning, save your time and money! Do not use this company! If you’re going to miss a 3 HOUR window, give the customer a courtesy call! Jeez!

I had to call in a warranty repair through Home Depot. The first service provider Home Depot assigned was three weeks out and would be at my house on Christmas Eve. Well, I asked HD if anyone else could come out sooner and they assigned Mr Appliance.I was told to call to confirm my appointment by HD. I called and even though the receptionist was at the hospital about to have testing done she still took my call. I asked if they could come out and do the repair as quick as possible. They came out the same day and did the repair.The repair man was incredibly nice and even took the time to check the safety of ventilation. The gentleman explained everything thoroughly and was very sincere. (They even wore boot protectors in my home where we do not wear shoes.)Im incredibly happy with my experience. The other reviews that gave bad ratings do not even make sense.Thank you Mr. Appliance.

I’ve called them 3 different times 3 different occasions for equipment repairs. Since other businesses aren’t paying him. He won’t come out and look at stuff. Just tells you to go elsewhere. Well that’s what I’ll do. I’ll give someone else my money to fix stuff if he doesn’t want to. Horrible customer service.

Charged $101.89 for 10 mins of his time to tell me my fridge was broken. Did not budge on that price even though we chose not to get it fixed due to his $500 estimate and having spent so little time. Disappointed with his “diagnosis” process of simply turning the fridge on and off to determine a major problem. Seems to me there should be a little more to it. I will chose a different service provider in the future.
We set up an appointment to have our refrigerator repaired, got said appointment online with a quote but service technician never showed up or called to reschedule.
Way over priced came out too fix my oven charged 90 was there a total of 30 minutes from time they arrived too the time they left left charhed a total of 225 could have bought a brand new stove for another 175 looked up the part it was only 20 bucks so charged me 200 for 30 minutes of work my opinion.... My ol lady was the one who called and delt with them they seen a young single mother who didnt know any better but like i said my opinion.... Will never use or recommend them ever again
