The staff is friendly and helpful. They have so many aisles of stuff! I went there for nuts and bolts. I didnt even know what size i needed. But they have so many different nuts and bolts to choose from- singles and packs. I left with exactly what i wanted

Ordered fridge still not get it. Two failed deliveries. Their appliance delivery is worst. Making a lot of excuses that the new appliance is heavy. Very irresponsible. Taking money but not delivered. Beware if you buy heavy appliances thru Home Depot. Expect problems and several delay deliveries.

Anything relevant is under lock and key. Finding an associate to help you is next to impossible. Save your time and buy online (cheaper too).

I was so impressed today! I had to buy 3 1x4s and 2 very good employees helped me not only find them they helped picking out the perfect ones. Two other employees were heading my way and they directed me to the tie downs. Customer service was awesome today! Thank you very much! This was at about 9:30 AM.

Honestly, IMHO, there is no other place toCompare with HomeDepot.. it has made almost all the home projects easier. My kids love taking the monthly projects home that they have continued dieting Pandemic even.. Kudos to the entire HomeDepot team. Sometimes I have to wait longer for assistance however that depends store to store so it’s okay.

Manager of the hardware section was rude and unhelpful. Simple request to call masterlock customer support to look up the combo of a lock, as directed by masterlocks website... They need a retail associate to call, not a customer He refused, and was an jerk about it. I went to Lowes and they took care of me. Will avoid Home Depot when possible.

I ordered a pair of hinges online. Came to store to pick it up. I was told the staff broke it. They found another one. I was told it is only one left and it was not even the kind of hinge I ordered. They didnt seem to be sorry for being unprofessional. Very disappointing.

Went in to find some lumber for repairing a portion or two of my fence. The associates were very helpful in finding prices and locating nails, pretty much everything I was looking for. They do have handicapped parking, entrance, also curbside delivery.

My usual place to go related to home repair or even for kitchen garden items, tools, plants and bird feed etc. My this visit was specific for bird feed and fertilizer. Things are pretty well placed and labeled and the staff is very helpful always.

The customer service is unexpectedly very poor in this branch. They cannot listen to you for more than 10 seconds to understand you. However, their website is decent and you can find more help there. For in-store service, Lowes is doing a much better job.

Its very huge and lots of options.. I was specifically looking for plywood for making doll house and it has all sort of options. Also nursery section is separate and it is also huge. Lots of plants.availablewith reasonable price. 👍

I have been to different Home Depot. This Fremont one is the Worst! From the person on the floor to the manager, no one knows that they are doing. I placed the first measurement order for my carpet on April 21st 2021 and since then there have been multiple mistakes. No one is willing to help. After 15 days of back and forth and after calling them more than 20 times they took our order with a old measurement (didn’t have the new measurement which we waited for those 15 days). After charging 4,000 dollars yesterday saying the carpet will arrive in 4 days, they sent an email this morning saying the carpet is OUT OF STOCK and will be restocked after 2 months!!! Now I’m requesting the refund but no one is replying to the email or picking up phone. I’ll never go to this home spot in my life.

I found most of the things on my shopping list. Still no 409 cleaner, but then no one else has it! I had questions but didnt see workers to ask. The self checkout was quick. A staff member assisted me there since mine was a cash transaction.

I stopped in to check out some plants and decided to browse around the store. To my surprise, this store let people in from both the garden center and the main entrance. It was a little different than other Home Depot stores during Covid as the other stores counted how many people entered through a single entrance.I couldnt find a very good selection of trees at this store, but did find some cactus plants as well as some nice houseplants that were on sale for the after Christmas sale.There was also a good selection of seeds so I picked up a bunch of seeds to get an early start for next season.

Is a chain store, so is impersonal but good in my opinion. Good pricing.

Been here twice in the past week looking at dishwashers. Not offered help or asked if we were okay. Workers kept their noses glued to their computers. Also no longer care about CA mask mandate. Employees didnt care.

Good Home Depot store, good organization. Parts and components clearly and correctly labeled. Unfortunately staff is few and far between. For this location, staff on return is not courteous and very short attention span. Some staff do even know its store layout.

Big place, store reps friendly when you can find one - not an easy task to find one though. I went late Saturday night because I was busy all day, and I needed to get supplies urgently. The parking lot was too dark - it didnt feel safe, and it seemed like there were a lot of obstacles in the lot. Big poorly lit parking lots like this in Alameda county are generally risky because of crime rates and the wreckless way many residents drive.

For the past 6 months i have seen a big improvement on customer service. Every worker Ive approached has been able to help me not just point me in the right direction. Im impressed by that. Still the best place for all my project and gardening needs.

I went to pick up my order. I clicked the app and texted the number on the sign but no one answered. I was there 30-45 minutes before I saw the sign near the door that pick up ends at 6pm. Why in Gods name would you not put that information on the signs in front of the cars? Ace Hardware is so much easier to deal with!

Among better home depots. Often I see stolen parts in home depot merchandise, this one is better in that regard, I usually can buy with more confidence. Lot of parking space and usually folks are friendly and helpful.

Not good at all. I cant really blame home depot but Ive been to 3 different places and not 1 employee could answer my question. The question when do you get more redwood or lumber deliveries. No redwood I can understand but not knowing simple things about your department is pathetic.

Good big home depot in Fremont CA

I am becoming less enthusiastic about this place based on the on-the-floor customer service. There are hardly any personnel available if you need help, and those folks that ARE on the floor are either overwhelmed by numbers or in the wrong area. I love wandering about the Home Depot, but if I need something and need help, I go somewhere else.

The Fremont location much easier to get in and out and they have inventory unlike the Oakland locations

One of my favorite Home Depots. Super friendly staff. We went 10 miles out of the way to get paint here when repainting our interior, paint desk employee was very helpful!

Great place for getting your keys made. They have a wide selection of apartment, condo, home and business keys. This Home Depot has 2 keying machines and the whole process takes about 2 minutes. The best part is that you can store the key profile online on an app and everytime you need an extra key you just need to use the digital image on your app instead of bringing the original physical key.

A large national chain featuring lumber, home improvement items, tools, nursery items and more. You can find just about anything for the home here, if you have the time and patience to go through the aisles. Actual staff can be hard to find at times, though they are helpful once you find them. My other quibble is the self checkout. Hire some more employees, Home Depot.

Despite the lack of knowledgeable help I find myself shopping from Home Depot all the time. Its close to my home so convenience is one aspect. Similarly, they carry products that Lowes do not. As a home owner, its important to have access to a full service store like Home Depot and that includes truck rentals. Penske has a relationship with them so rental is simple. I can pickup the truck there too. If you intend to buy a large amount of products in one bill, consider their credit line. Initial setup allows for a substantial discount on your purchase. Expect a lengthy visit there especially due to lack of help. I used their online website to locate large items because product description includes aisle and rack info. However, small items do not include this detail and more often, products are not logically stored where they are suppose to be. Anyway, every trip to Home Depot is an adventure and if you purchased the wrong thing, you can return it. They also have self checkout to speed things up. That makes it fun.

Thursday, 4/2/20 about 3:30 pm very few shoppers, no waiting in line. Used the main entrance Fremont Home Depot to pick- up an item in the garden area, found it and went through self check out placed item on truck. I then remembered another item so I went back through main entrance asked which isle rubber gloves were in. So happened isle was directly across form entrance, walked down the isle, item sold out turned around. Wanted to exit main entrance because my truck was parked directly outside in handicap parking. As I went to exit the auditor in a raised voice twice YOU CANT GO OUT THIS DOOR even after I pointed to my truck which auditor seen me come form twice! As I slowly slowly out the exit I noticed another auditor, the two of them were tracking number of people inside. OK it sure would been nice if the entrance auditor mentioned that in civil tone. It made a nice experience into a one I am still upset about.

Good lumber selection and better prices on tools and fittings than Ace.

The fans selection is very limited. There are a few choices in fans with some lights. There are fans with like open bulbs with shades.

Ordered a sawsall via HD app and picked it up the next day. I was in-out, hello-goodbye, in no time. Very quick & efficient even in these Covid19 times. Well done HD...
