Really enjoyed working with Allied for my new fridge. It would have been 5 stars except for the lag between when the fridge delivery was planned and when it arrived. Not their fault but I had to always call them for updates. In the end, they treated me right and I will do more business with them.

Tried to get a fridge repaired gave me a run around for 4+ months dozens of calls no callbacks! Finally talk to Paul he said he could not give me a lead time on parts possibly could be a year or more!! They could’ve told me upfront and I would’ve went a different route instead of waiting patiently for over 4 months! customer service is horrible would not recommend

We had a good experience when we were there to buy appliances. Unfortunately, when a problem occurs with one of the appliances, it’s a different story. We had a problem with our washer (front loader wouldn’t drain, therefore wouldn’t unlock and we had wet clothes in there) and I was told that we’d be helped that same day but they couldn’t give me a time (no problem). I did not get any phone call or anything and had my husband call and they told him that they didn’t mean that we’d be helped today that they just meant we would get a call that day to set something up (which they also never did). Next day, no call again. Luckily, Google is amazing and I was able to fix the washer myself otherwise I’d have gross moldy clothes.

Best customer service around! Very friendly and helpful group of people. Highly recommend for any appliance need! I will buy all of my appliances here.

I called Allied Appliance after I had called the place I purchased the dishwasher. The gentleman told me what button to press while I was on the phone, and my dishwasher reset and started right up. The place where I purchased the dishwasher said it would cost about $300 to repair. I will be calling Allied Appliance from now on and buying my appliances there. Truly impressed with honest hometown service.

We needed to replace an oven, and the lady who assisted us was very helpful. She listened to what Sweetie and I were looking for and directed us to choices that fit our list. She arranged for delivery, setup, and for them to take the old over with them. We have purchased other appliances from Allied and Allied will be our first and probably only stop when we need to replace another appliance.

My issue is less with the store as it is with the products. We purchased a Maytag washer dryer from them. The quality of the product was poor. Allied did what they could but in the end we purchased elsewhere.

Worst service ever. They replace a valve on our washer machine and now it leaks underneath washer. Never had it leaked before. It’s a new washer machine. Worst customer service and won’t fix it. Cost me 228.00 for valve. Called for the leak and gave me the run around.

Im very disappointed in their service. A repairman came out to fix an ice machine that was not working correctly and it didnt work at all after he left. $100 later and I still dont have a working machine. I called to have them come back out. They tried once but I wasnt home and they have yet to call back and refuse to set an appointment time. They just say theyll call when they have time.

I will not shop anywhere else for my cabinets and appliances. The employees and owners are top notch. If you have had a bad experience, then you need to evaluate your own actions.

Treated my mother in law terribly. Came to her house to drop off a missing piece and verbally used her. Highly unprofessional and rude. Beware! I can’t believe I witnessed a man treat an older woman like this! She was a paying customer and you should be ashamed.

We have gotten all of our appliances from Allied over the years and have been satisfied so we decided to get our kitchen cabinets there. We were going to do a complete renovation and needed a contractor. Both Owner Paul and his employee Terri, who is their cabinet person, highly recommended Steve Eisenmenger to do the job. Due to the recommendation we did not check to see if he had any complaints etc.. At first all was good. He helped with the layout and conferred with Terri and us. Plans were made and after discussing a time frame, done before Thanksgiving 2016, we decided to go ahead. It was September. After work started things went downhill. Steve did not get subcontractors notified in a timely manner and we would sit for weeks with no kitchen waiting. When they would come they wouldnt know exactly what to do and he did not show up to show them. He made decisions for us without discussion. End result was not done until after the first of the year, we did a lot of the contacting of the subcontractors ourselves, and a kitchen that was not done to our satisfaction. Every time we would contact Paul he would defend Steve and say he didnt work for them. We have not only been disappointed in the job but also in Allieds part in their recommendation. To this day things are not resolved, which is the reason for this review, Steve did not pay all of the subcontractors and so we ended up paying them and him. Please when it comes to cabinets if Steve Eisenmenger is their recommendation please go somewhere else.

They always do things right.

I purchased cabinets, stove, refrigerator and microwave. In return they sent an unlicensed uninsured contractor that did not pay his subs. Now I have a $2000.00 judgement against me.
