Codie was great! We went to another mattress store in town, and they didnt have the size we needed quickly for out of town guests. Codie was able to help us get 2 xlong twin mattresses same day, although we had to pick up at the warehouse on Eugenia. The guys at the warehouse on Eugenia were great too. Saw me pull up, rolled up the bay doors, and found my order.

Well about a year ago I visited a mattress store advertising a sale. I was greeted and I explained my need for a mattress that would function on my platform adjustable bed. The salesman ask me about my comparison on mattresses. I told him truthfully that I had not shopped around. A smile came across his face and I should have seen the red flag then but blindly he sold me a mattress assured me that it was under warranty and I had several options if unhappy. After I got the mattress home I discovered that it did not lay level after I laid on the edge. I have a habit of laying close to my nightstand. After a while I would wake the mattress would be broken down on the edge. I would have to move right in the middle of my bed to find a comfortable portion to sleep. I contacted the business where I purchased it and they had their money unless I wanted to spend another $400 to upgrade. They never did nothing. So when I contacted your business I reached Cody Johnson and was immediately comfortable telling him my story. He listened he ask me questions about what I needed or wanted in a bed. After some time I ask about his warranty and he explained your process. I just randomly ask what happened to the mattress that was returned. I found out you had in stock a mattress that had been exchanged for a different mattress. He carefully explained the steps to sanitize the returned mattress and that it really was not damaged in anyway. So I entertained the thought of getting this mattress. He throughly explain each detail and definitely about the lack of a full warranty in a mattress that had been returned. I accepted those terms and we went into all aspects of the transaction. Delivery would be included. Removal of my old mattress explained and all about your sheets and bed protection. Cody just made me feel so important that my needs were going to be met. I payed my deposit on the bed and am in the process of making the layaway payments. I TRUST Cody completely. That is my number one requirement now of any purchase. Big to little big I don’t trust them I do no business with them at all!! I have bought a mattress protector and sheets. I also was allowed to lay on a bed exactly like the one I was purchasing, Cody just answered all my questions with real answers that worked for me. I’ll highly recommend your store to all my friends and family. I plan on being a repeat customer for life. Thank you and I thank Cody for making this a very pleasant experience.

Wonderful experience! Mattress shopping is right up there with swim suit shopping but Kimberly made the experience pleasant, respectful, and stress free. I have purchased several mattresses from Sleep Outfitters on Mallory Lane and have always been pleased with their customer service. In addition, I have referred several of my friends and family to this store. On one of my older adjustable frames I had to purchase a new remote control and was having a problem pairing the new remote with the frame. I stopped by the store on a recent Friday and met Jason and explained I was having a problem with my new remote control. Jason offered to come to my house the next day(Saturday) and program my new remote control. Jason called me on Saturday to be sure I was at home. When he arrived at my house, he was very professional and got the new remote control working in just a few minutes. Now that is real CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you Jason for a job well done!!

Tried returning a bed I purchased 55 days ago because it is nothing like the model in the store and I was told I couldnt return it due to not having a mattress protector... I see it states that on the back of invoice but was never told during the sale.. ironic. The fact that this company wont even work with you in the slightest fashion after you spend $1,000 just because you dont have a mattress protector is complete garbage. So now Im out $1000 and have a perfectly clean, uncomfortably bed. Thanks Sleep Outfitters but Ill go to the nearest rock quarry next time I need a bed.

The staff I worked with was the best, Jason and Kim, even after I left the store I had to call back twice because I had additional questions, they answered them with no problems! I recommend you purchase your next mattress from them!

A couple of weeks ago I walked in to your store and Autumn was all alone and with a customer but she was able to make me feel comfortable and still engage me enough with information to keep my interest enough to get me to wait for her and I am not a patient person. She has a dynamite personality and is a very good salesperson.
