We visit Head Springs Depot every chance we get. I love looking at their newest inventory whenever I am in the area. We bought a chair from here and they have offered to hold it at their warehouse while we are renovating our home. We will absolutely be back for more! This is by far the best furniture stores I have ever purchased any furniture from. From start the finish the staff was unbelievably courteous and professional. They went over the top to help us with anything we needed and we are in love with every item we have purchased from there, which now is 4 different pieces. Also there delivery team was unbelievable and the nicest most professional delivery guys we have ever dealt with. I can not recommend this store enough 5 stars from me every single time!!!

SUCH A SCAM - WORST FURNITURE STORE IVE EVER WORKED WITH - I went to them because I saw online they are a vendor for Four Hands. I asked if they would match a vendor I found in NC who was also a Four Hands retailer. I wanted to buy local and they said they could match the price. I waited over 6 weeks and paid ~$1770 for the piece. If I had not gone through a distributor, I could have bought this piece online for ~$2,100. I appreciated the discount seeing as I know retail vendors get 30% off and interior designers get 20% off from this brand. I was under the impression they were doing this as a favor since I came to them to buy local and did that in an effort to maybe get more business from me later on. Not only is the not the case, but after the mistake they made they tried to sell it to me for $2500 (far above any online distributor). I sat with the manager, Laura, and she even showed me the picture of the correct piece of furniture, but the piece she actually ordered was not correct. I waited over six weeks and the delivery men tried dropping off the wrong piece. I told them that was not the right piece and they said someone would call me that day to fix this. I had to call the next day and ask what was going on with this issue. Laura gave me a call and tried to sell me above market price. Currently, on Burke Decor, their full price with white glove delivery for this piece is $2,348.00. With the current discount, it is $2,018.15. So, not only was the customer service the worst I have ever experienced, but even when realizing they made a mistake, they still had the audacity to try and oversell me by ~$500. Extremely disappointed such a pathetic business is operating in Franklin, TN. Will never be recommending this business to anyone.

I ordered a beautiful table from Head Springs. When we got the table home, the table wasnt in great shape. I immediately called nervous that they werent going to be able to get it taken care of quickly but Lara came to the rescue and was compassionate and quick to make sure we were happy. She ordered a new table for me and had it in the next day. She was super responsive and made sure that we were happy. The next day after table came in, she checked in to make sure we were satisfied (which we were). Lara was not only a rock star, she was attentive, kind and made sure we were taken care of. Great customer service! I will continue going back to Head Springs for any of my furniture needs. Lara, thank you for your amazing service and for looking out for us.

These guys are the absolute best. I swear this has got to be the best place to buy furniture. Kim has helped us now on 3 different occasions pick furniture for our new home and she’s so sweet, so helpful and easy to talk to. Seth has remembered us each time and really made us feel like valued customers. Every time we leave we can’t wait to go back to find some new things.

Other than no AC on 90 degree day this is a great place to find good pieces. Staff helpful, not pushy. Beverages were offered.

With a background in customer experience they get an A+ in my book. From the greeting and sales process I felt no pressure and knew I was getting the best quality and custom-made furniture. The representatives that work there were patient and had great product knowledge. Without them saying anything I knew they were non-paid commission teammates that love what they do.(Chris and Matt) where our delivery truck drivers. One word to describe these two guys is joyful. They were slow patient and kept everything clean, organized and was above my standards... (I’m OCD) truly extraordinary from start to finish. I actually really love the products sold at this store. I have bought multiple items and have recommended this store to family and friends. In June I bought a bedroom set and was told the nightstand would take 6-8 weeks. Six months later I have not received my nightstands. I am completely understanding that due to covid items are being pushed back. However, in six months I was not called once by the store to be updated on my order. Every time I would call they would tell me a few more weeks and I would never hear from them. I’m disappointed in their poor costumer service during this time, especially when costumers are being extremely patient. Now I have a dresser and chest in my room and will have to find nightstands elsewhere. After six months of waiting they still couldn’t give me a date they would arrive.

Great furniture at a fair price. However, what really sets them apart is their customer service. They will continue to be my go-to store as long as they continue embracing this approach.Update: took off a star due to delivery issues on a couch. Ordered and paid for a couch 4 weeks ago. Was told at the time of purchasing it would be delivered in 2-4 weeks. Am now being told it wont be delivered for another 3 weeks. 3-5 week delay in delivery without any form of compensation or notice is poor customer service. The delivery date was a large factor in this purchase, and had we been given an honest representation of when to expect it, we likely would have gone elsewhere.

I can’t even express how much I love this place! They have well made products at very reasonable prices. The delivery guys were awesome and so helpful! Will definitely be returning!

Update: I received a call from Seth to set up a day to swap out the right piece, which he is going above and beyond to bring to my house. Not only do they have beautiful furniture, but they have great customer service to be willing to fix a mistake! Thanks for making this right!My wife and I had a great experience until it was time to pick up our furniture. We received the call our order was ready to pick up. I confirmed we would pick up on Saturday. We drove over 2 hours to the store only to find out one of our pieces was in their warehouse at another location. The solutions offered were 1. Take a similar piece that was at the store, 2. They would meet us at the Tennessee state line to deliver it (which would still be over an hour drive for us), or 3. Come back at another time to get the right piece. Ultimately, we ended up with a piece we didn’t like as much to avoid the hassle of trying to line up a truck and make another trip.

High quality products at a reasonable price. The warehouse is well organized and clean. They even offer you a beer while shopping!

We have picked up several odds and ends for our new home, but by far, our favorite purchase is our custom sectional couch! They helped us decide which fabrics to use and pick out just the right pieces for our room. It is beautiful!The delivery service was phenomenal as well! Always a great experience at Head Springs. We bought a really nice table from there that rocked slightly. They had it picked up, fixed and redelivered all on there dime. You have to appreciate a company willing to stand behind their products so strongly. I would highly recommend them for quality furniture.

Horrible. Bought a mattress, box spring and bed frame last spring and within weeks bedbugs began showing up. I have NEVER had bedbugs in my life nor had I traveled anywhere to have brought them home. When I finally had enough of the problem and before calling in treatment, I ripped open the box springs and the fabric headboard and they were infested. Contacted the store and they refused to take any responsibility. I posted an accurate account of what happened and the manager had the audacity to post a reply that insisted the problem didn’t turn up until 8 MONTHS after the purchase. I will NEVER deal with this lying a-hole again and I suggest you think twice if you’re considering it!

Thank God you do not violate peoples rights making them wear masks. I will shop with you knowing you care about peoples health and are not affable to fake news! Will not be boxed in by others fears!!!

This place is one of a kind. People. That sums it up. People. They are nice. They treat you kindly, respectfully, nicely. They have beer on tap! Coldest beer in all Franklin, maybe all Tennessee! These are good people. And, the selection is amazing. We recently relocated, selling nearly our whole home, and in need of nearly a whole new home. From bedroom to living, we love our new home! Helpful staff and beautiful furniture. I had to change my review because I havent received my table yet. I was told that it would arrive mid or end June but nothing has arrived yet. I have called twice and still have no answer on when I will receive my table. There should be more communication with the customer especially when the original date has changed. When I spend $2,000 I want to be aware of any changes. Thanks.

Best customer service/shopping experience in Williamson County. They go out of their way to help. Great selection that is constantly growing and changing. Best bang for the buck for quality items, furnishings, appliances etc. We have purchased small items and some larger items and been very happy with the service. We had an exceptional experience at headsprings today! They were prompt to answer our questions on social media before we even entered the warehouse and were incredibly kind and helpful once we were there. Seth was really knowledgeable and personable without being pushy. We felt both no pressure and yet very well attended to. Laura was kind, gentle, and efficient in getting us set up with payment, making it a very easy transaction. We highly recommend headsprings!

Very courteous staff, small-town hospitality, clean and organized facility. Came highly recommended by a friend whos into rustic decor and the downtown Franklin experience. Four stars because I did encounter two inventory/ordering mishaps that led to a delay, but once they knew I was dissatisfied they corrected the issue right away and compensated me well with a quality product for the inconvenience. Seth and Noah were highly communicative in correcting the issue, going above and beyond with their service. Dave and Tim delivered the mattress on time with professionalism and courtesy, even working on an off-day to make the delivery. This is a company that gets its right and makes it right. I would recommend them and would shop there again.

Went in to pick up vanity after talking to Seth about excepting my $150 offer and about holding and that I would be there in a hour. I drove a hour from Bedford county to pick it up when I get there he pretty much had sold it out from under me. Or told me i could pay more than what i was told over the phone. There Not true to there word and not anywhere I would recommend shopping.
