The lady that works here is always very friendly and helpful. I recently asked about a wine that they didnt carry. She ordered my favorite Cab and I appreciate that kind gesture. Unfortunately some places dont accommodate requests and now I travel to Del Rio for my Cab and other favorites!

Incredible Customer Service1. I came to the shop looking for an item2. I didnt find it and began to leave, one of the owners asked me if I needed help and I told her what I was looking for3. She took my info and said shes call and find it for me4. She called me back after a week or so and said they couldnt get it yet but would reach back out once they could.They did all this and they didnt have to.

If you’re looking for anything rare don’t bother unless you’re willing to pay triple retail. The owner’s response...”why not charge triple if people are willing to pay?” I’m not willing to spend a dime on ANYTHING at places that gouge.

I came in for a specific brand and variety of wine. One of the clerks at the desk took me directly to it and even carried it up to the counter for me! I also really liked how the store was laid out and the super helpful signs all over the place. If Im ever staying in this part of Franklin again, I will definitely return!

Walked in the door. Was immediately greeted. Asked what I needed. Took me right to the product. Walked up to a busy counter. One of the employees saw me coming. She broke away from what she was doing and rang me up on another register. I’m and out in less than 90 seconds. BOOM! Now that’s service!!
