Been going here for years. I used to live nearby but moved a little further away and still go out of my way to go to this place. They have Japanese beer which I like and a ton of other beers too. They have a bunch of liquor and wine and cigars and CBD/Delta 8 stuff too. They are always helpful when I ask questions about stuff.

Nice people here. Was looking for Elijah Craig A121 and they had it under the counter for a fair price.

The store has improved greatly in the past few months and I love the staff. They are helpful, love to joke around, and aren’t afraid to recommend new things. Gotta love it! Don’t forget to check out the humidor!

Went in for cigars. Selection was so-so. Nice large walk in humidor but most of their selection was out. Empty cigar boxes everywhere. Prices were fair. From the sales tags, it seemed to be a good variety of cigars if they were stocked. Thought Id pick up some pipe tobacco as well and the jars were all but empty. Just loose pieces in the bottoms of all the jars. They did have a great selection of liquors and wine as well as beer. But I didnt go there for that. Id rate 4 stars if this was fixed. And 5 stars if the store was better kept. This place is in Franklin but looked like it should be in Smyrna.

I Was just in there and when i was showing my ID, the guy said “you gained some weight didn’t you”. I’m well aware I’ve gained some weight but didn’t need his commentary. 2nd time someone working in there has been rude so I’ll just go elsewhere from now on.

I went here first thing in the morning after going to the bank. I will never do that again. Apparently it was too early in the morning for the person at the store to be pleasant to all of her customers. My greeting was never responded to nor was there any assistance offered as I was looking for a specific item. The two gentlemen who come behind me were greeted and treated with common courtesy. From now on I will go the extra mile to go to the supplier that I normally use because this business will receive no more of my money.

I will no longer spend money at this store. We have been coming here for years and the previous manager was so friendly and helpful. The new manager does not greet customers, cannot even bother to say thank you, or look customers in the eyes. The last time I was there (and it will be the last time), he didnt speak a word to me or the other 2 customers. There are 2 other liquor stores less than half a mile away, that are better stocked and have friendlier staff.

We used to really like going here and the clerk used to be nice to us. Now every time we go in he is so rude and acts completely annoyed that you are in the store. We have given him multiple chances to change his attitude but the past three times he had acted the exact same way. Unfortunately for Holiday Wines and Liquors there are so many other stores to choose from that have the exact same thing at the exact same prices so why would we go back? Customer service is the only thing that makes one generic liquor store better than the other and theirs is poor at best. Won’t be back!

Decent looking place. Fair prices. Don’t really bother looking for craft beer there as the selection is very hit or miss.

Decent selection of alcohol. This store also carries cigars and cigarettes. Never had a bad experience, but never had an exceptional experience either. Prices are in line with other stores. The location is convenient, but it can be difficult to get out of the parking lot onto Royal Oaks. They do have some hard to find items, as far as tobacconalia goes, but not really antique or collectible. Bottom line, itll do in a pinch.

This was the store we always used, but we will not be back. Service was absolutely horrible the past few trips. Clerk was rude. Store was dirty. Clerks had food cartons from take out laying all around the registers.

Love the location and selection, they sell lottery tickets and opened 7 days a week. Reasonable prices.

This has been my local liquor store. I will not be going back. No masks worn by the clerk on the most recent visit (and refused to cover for my benefit), and a previous visit they were rude and demeaning to my wife. Find another place to by your alcohol.

My visit to this store may have been the worst adult experience Ive ever had in a liquor store. I came here right around closing time and when I walked in I was immediately greeted with hostility. Im a young looking guy, but I am of age. A male clerk started pestering me the second he saw me. He remarked at least four of five times that You better know your birthday or Im calling the cops. Dont doubt me, Ill do it. He then continually reminded me that Ive got you on camera, dont make call the cops. I responded politely every time, acknowledged what he said, and tried to laugh it off, yet he was nothing but rude, unhelpful, and an all around horrendous worker. I went up to the clerk next to him, a female, and the purchase went smoothly. As she checked my ID and confirmed I was of age, he just gave me this bitter, annoyed look. He did not appologize for what he said or for being so rude and hostile. I strongly recommend finding another liquor store, because this one clearly does not have its customers best interests in mind. If on some off chance management reads this, I came in right before 11pm on November 29th so hopefully you can check the schedule and address this employees clear attitude issues.

I protest to the horrid comment. It sounds to me to be a disgruntled emplyee.I have been doing business with Holiday for over 3 years. Not only have I been happy with the staff and their kind and generous assistance, but they have gone out of their way to special order anything that I have requested. They are convenient and very accommodating. Alpa and Al who own the business rock. I love them.
