CSWS provided alcohol for our fall wedding this year. They have a great selection, great prices, and even allowed us to return unopened and unchilled alcohol that did not get used. They delivered everything to the venue and had mixers to provide as well. Great service!

Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They Carried a brand of whiskey that I couldnt find anywhere else in Nashville. Worth the drive even though I live in Madison, would highly recommend.

This was my go-to store in the area. After 20-30 bottle purchases, i went out on a limb and asked if they had an allocated product (Four Roses Barrel Strength). Told they did but Id have to speak to the spirits manager. It was just a ploy to get me in the door. He acted quite surprised I had asked. So yeah, drove down there on a lie. Pretty fun. I get it, its taboo to ask for that stuff, but jesus, I never had before and never will again. Dont expect any sort of patronage to be recognized unless you want a 1500 person turn-out for a bottle lottery once a year OR if you spend a commercial amount of money ($50k+, according to their spirits manager, Jeff)Edit based on the staff response:I understand that there was a lottery that I missed. I’m okay with that. I called and asked for a product and was given confirmation it was available and WAS TOLD TO DRIVE DOWN AND SPEAK WITH THE SPIRITS MANAGER TO OBTAIN IT. That is why I am upset. Caps so that you can actually read that little bit.

Great selection, and had a decent selection of NA beers, which is a tough find in an alcohol dependant city like Franklin.

Came here by chance traveling through town. Easy parking, some good Japanese whiskeys, decent wine selection.

I had to shop for beer, wine, and liquor for a party. Josh spotted us trying to make decisions, and proceeded to basically do the shopping for us. He was fantastic. Took us back to the bar area to try a couple different things he thought we would like to buy for the party that would save us money, just as good or better as the top shelf stuff. He was right! The party was a hit. I dont live in TN, but do visit Franklin often. This is now the only Spirits store I will shop when in town. Thank you Josh and CSW&S!!!!

Justin helped me when I first arrived. He put me on a couple of good bottles of whiskey and was very friendly. Also he was able to recommend a good local hot sauce Lechosas and put me in contact with the owner, who is quite friendly and makes a delicious product. Justin also let me know about a local Tennessee whiskey that they were getting later in the week so when I returned (road trip) the following Saturday I was able to get a barrel select bottle of Nashville Barrel rye whiskey before heading home! Wonderful shop! The staff here is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They have a tasting area for trying different bottles, so you can be sure youll like whatever you choose to buy. Their barrel picks are really good, and they really know what theyre doing!

Only a handful of the staff is helpful. Product availability is poor. Your patronage is best served elsewhere (Try Red Dog!)

This is my new go to place. Not sure why I never tried them before now. Great selection from spirits to cigars. They even have a covered patio for those who would like to light up a cigar and have a cold one. And their prices are lower than the competiton. But just in case, they price match. Customer service is top shelf.

My fiance and I are using Cool Springs Wines & Spirits to supply our bar (via Bar Magnolia) for our wedding. We thought we knew what we wanted to serve but decided to take some time for a tasting to make sure... Pam at Cool Springs Wines & Spirits was the BEST! She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and provided many outside-the-box suggestions that we were thrilled to taste and ultimately selected. It was clear she loved her job and it made us love being there! We dont have enough kind words and look forward to our guests tasting our delicious drinks in September!

The gentleman at the cigar counter in the back was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions in the humidor. By the way, they have an extensive humidor with a great selection. As youre walking back I was distracted by a small case with more consumer cigars and assumed that was their selection until I glanced around the corner and saw the real deal. Also, they have a very good selection of pipe tobacco.

I can’t say enough good things about CSWS and their staff. Their prices are fair, they have a large selection of beer, wine and spirits, and their staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They have the best bourbon staff picks around town as well! Can’t be beat!

Ask for Austin in the craft beer section. Extremely knowledgeable, can explain all the complexities behind each beer in laymans terms, and even went to get me basket once I had too many cans.

Seeing that I emailed the owner about the situation and he seemed irritated by my concerns I highly doubt this issue would be resolved. Will update if the issue is resolved.Would not recommend this store. First off the employee’s were so kind to me in helping me find what I needed (no complaints on the wonderful staff) However they do not honor their return policy. I was told by an employee, their website, and owner that refunds are possible within 2 weeks, with a receipt, and an unopened bottle. I drove 20 mins to the store after making a purchase and then realised I bought the wrong kind of liquor. So I proceeded to call the store back and they told me that I could come and get the refund put back onto my card. I walked into the store only to have the manager look at me and deny that I could get a refund.

One of the better wine and spirits stores in the area. Prices are not too bad, and the service is good. I can usually find what I am looking for here. They have people that can help advise you on what you need as well. Checking out can be slow when theyre busy, but otherwise a solid shopping experience.

One word- Instant Beer Chiller.Okay, that was three but having the ability to get anything in the store ice cold in 7 min is a great way to serve your customer. All beer is individually priced which is also awesome. Growler fill station, great whisky and wine selections. Prices are fair to good and the location is fairly convenient. Not a lot of downsides!

Visiting Franklin from France, we got a very nice presentation of American wines and bourbons as I was shopping to bring back local gold to Paris.
