Great selection. Had in stock some hard seltzers that no one else had in stock. Plenty of parking. Easy to find on Rte 140 in Franklin, MA close to Rte 495 if youre coming from a distance.

Good selection of local top shelf craft beers. But check the dates on the ipas as can be well past prime.

I would like to write about how PLEASED I am with liquor world!! First of all, the staff is amazing. Every time I go into liquor world I feel as though everybody is happy to help and get me exactly what I want. Most importantly, the delivery service is outstanding. During quarantine, I decided to try out the delivery services that liquor world had since I was unable to leave my home (as none of us were). I was so pleased with this service due to the fact it was so easy to put my order in on top of getting to choose which time I wanted my alcohol to be delivered. The delivery workers were very respectful in terms of no contact (COVID) as well as making sure we got everything we wanted. I highly recommend going to Liquor World for delivery services.

Best liquor store in Franklin hands down

Tried this place out and the selection of beer seemed pretty impressive, lots of wine selections and two full aisles of liquor of all types. Sort of like the grocery store of liquor, prices seemed decent. Too bad the help here is lacking and has no real knowledge of beer or wine or liquor. Staff seems clueless and lacks customer service. In this area there are so many liquor stores, not sure I would make this my regular store.

Great selection of beer. They are the only store around that has my favorite (SeaDog) which they brought in special for myself and others and now have a location for it - in the cooler! During the holidays the people were very friendly and assisted me in my selections. This is great customer service.

I had been going to this liquor store a lot since i moved to Franklin, until I realized they are extremely overpriced. I went there and saw a 12 year bottle of Jameson Irish Whiskey for 75.99$ and bought it, weeks later i went to a different liquor store and saw the same bottle for for 46.99$!? When I went back to ask if there was a mistake he said he only buys a few bottles and blah blah blah, then I go back and look again, he went up to 86.99$. Dont shop here. You can drive 15 minutes away and save 10-30$ on your purchases.

Whatever you do dont call to ask a question. Called and asked if they had something in stock and how much it was the reply was we dont give prices over the phone and he hung up. Guess I wont be going back again. New to the area and plenty of friendly store owners and employees elsewhere.
