Better selection and better prices than everyone else Ive tried. Helpful staff as well!

We were able to purchase all our alcoholic beverages as the store is well-stocked. We found our mixers, juices, and Mead also. The Mead is especially good and well be buying more as were almost out. They have a great selection of frozen and cold food, pizza, Italian dishes, Hamburger patties to grab to make a quick meal.

My friend and I stopped by while waiting for another buisness to open and were pleasantly surprised with their selection. Their bourbon selection was particularly good, as were their prices. I will definitely be stopping by again when in town.

I live next door and used to shop here until I found out any special whiskey runs through their ‘bourbon club’ prior to being put on the floor so anything allocated or difficult to find will never show up here.Staff has multiple times told me they had something in stock, but wouldn’t sell it. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Every store these days has to deal with the bourbon craze and unfortunately, this store is just pretty rude in communication about the whole scenario.If you’re a bourbon fan, I recommend taking your $ elsewhere as there’s no reward for spending $ here in that department.We used to buy wine here, as well, but Publix is next door and you can save your $ there, as well.

Even tho I dont drink, there is a lot for me to browse here. Their locally made pastas and spices are fantastic and their selection of NA beverages is growing!! We drive 30 minutes each way just to come here 🌟

Tucked away beside Publix in Franklin is one of the nicest wine stores in the area! Much more than wine...Red Dog carries a spectacular assortment of whiskey bourbon and scotch and what appears to be most of the craft beers available in the US! Found a lovely High West Rye for a cold winters evening! Lots of helpful staff to guide you if needed!

I drove down from Ohio to visit Tennessee for the weekend and was searching for something specific and unique to the area as far as whiskey was concerned. While I was unable to find exactly what I was looking for (due to apparent supplier issues), these guys helped me find something that would work, very friendly, knowledgeable and just awesome people working here. Next time I come to visit I am definitely coming back. I highly recommend these guys!!!!

Its great to have so many wine and spirits stores so near our home. Red Dog is so close that I can walk there! I like everything about this place, its a fun store to browse through wine and booze plus they also have a great beer selection, with many beer offerings that you dont often see elsewhere. The friendly labradoodle that greets you as you enter is a nice touch as well. The staff is eager to offer assistance or suggestions, but if you just want to browse the shelves thats cool too. I also enjoy their wine tastings. All in all a very good locally owned business that I really do like to support.

The store is very nice, the displays and now the food. Its classy. The staff is so personable and helpful. I dont need help with what I get, but there are plenty of people who do and the staff does it with a smile on their face and in their voice. They, themselves are a class act. Each and every one of them. Theyre very knowledgeable about the store and spirits. The only thing is that the discount machine stopped sending the discounts to my cell phone suddenly, when it always had before. Yeah. I love Red Dog!

Best selection this side of Nashville whether beer, wine or spirits. they always will find what your looking for and if they dont have it they can get it. great shopping atmosphere too. One of my favorite liquor stores in Franklin. Its my favorite because they really try to curate their selections to what other people arent doing. They have the staple ingredients, but you can find some of the more high-end and rare stuff at Red Dog rather than the other spots in town. The people that work there are always really friendly and I hear the owner is a great guy.

Not a huge store but they have the best beer selection Ive found in the Franklin area. Lots of different offerings from the local breweries (bearded Iris, mantra, etc) and all the expected national options too. Their liquor is very reasonable priced and I was impressed they had ample supply of Buffalo Trace, which has been really hard to find recently. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hard to rate a store when youre not familiar with the merchandise. I am not a drinker so liquor stores are intimidating! Upon entry I was asked what I was looking for. The employee took me right to the exact bottle I wanted. I am fascinated how someone can remember all those brands and varieties and also know where they are in the store! Reasonable prices and huge selection. Full disclosure, I know someone who works here but that has nothing to do with my review.

On my first visit, I signed up at the kiosk with my phone number to get discounts. I immediately received a text that said, 10% off on todays purchases. I picked up some whiskey and went to the cashier to pay. The cashier said sorry, I cant give you a discount because the owner blocked the discount on that whiskey. I showed the cashier the text and that it didnt have any restrictions. He said sorry but no discount.I wont go back there. Im sure I can find another spirit store that honors their discount offers.

Franklins best liquor/wine/growler refill store. Super-knowledgeable staff, weekly tastings to introduce you to stuff youve never had before, and most recently, the addition of a 20-tap (22?) growler refill station.Bring your own growlers (clean please!) and refill with local, regional and rare/hard-to-find quaffs. No growlers? No problem. Pay an extra buck for a big aluminum can (Crowler) to take home something new to sip, beer-wise.

As soon as I stepped in the door they took my straight to the wine I was asking for. Wonderful and very Knowledgeable. 👍🏼

Love Red Dog! Not a huge store but they have a ton of stuff packed in. The staff is VERY knowledgeable about wines and other beverages, and love to make suggestions for whatever meal or occasion you have in mind. Also love the Red Dog Recommends selections... for those of us who arent connoisseurs, its invaluable to have descriptions and be able to choose some great options without having to pick random bottles by the pretty label! Ha! Lower prices than some other shops I have seen too. They also do some wine tastings. Check them out--Im happy to promote them since they have been so helpful on many occasions.

Found Weller here one time and was told there was no limit as the Bourbon club already had their one week purchase period. Getting a few as gifts, was told as the owner walks in one per person. They need to communicate better with their staff.
