Don’t be fooled by low prices! The quality of service from the store manager is appalling. Rude is an understatement. She should be fired for lack of customer service. I ordered a runner for my new house weeks ago, was assured it would be available in 7-10 days. One month later, she acts as though I’m an inconvenience to ask about WHERE my rug is? Do not buy here. NO REFUND! NO STORE CREDIT! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!

The manager of this location is completely unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful on so many levels. She (manager) spoke to my mother with utter disrespect and told us that there was no way to refund the item when its been over a month of waiting for the item.

Really nice new place with a great selection of transitional, rustic, southern, etc pieces. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, just picked up a large sideboard/console there today... solid wood and a really good price. Well be back for sure, highly recommended!

Bought a $1200 hutch from this store. I am located 3 hours away. The lady I spoke to originally, during the sell, did not inform me that I needed to send multiple men to load the hutch. I sent my cousin to drive 3 hours to pick it up for me. He arrives and there is a problem. I then spoke to an EXTREMELY rude woman who let me know there were only 2 women working the store, and they were NOT going to assist in any way or attempt to try to figure out a way to get the hutch loaded. I have never dealt with anyone so rude and unkind in customer service. We decided to call the nearby store, 20 minutes away, and they were extremely nice and Helpful. They sent 2 of their workers to the other store to help load the hutch. I Will NEVER buy from the franklin store again because of this inconvenience and mainly because of the ugly and hateful woman who REFUSED, in every way possible, to help me!

If you’ve followed my posts for any amount of time, I’d hope you’d know I try very hard to be a champion and cheerleader for other businesses. I love to rave about and refer them heavily. I think I’ve left a negative review once.However, I feel compelled to write a review about an experience yesterday with NEST Decor in Cool Springs.My wife and I were in there and picked out two separate pairs of chairs. I went back last night at 6:30 to pick them up. When I unloaded them as soon as I got home, we immediately realized the colors had been totally misrepresented. The other two chairs were way off on sizing.Since it had been just over 12 hours, J called the store this morning to explain and ask if we could switch (not return or refund them), she was flippantly told all sales were final. I mean what?? This isn’t an outlet. They were full price... which I never do.The sad and shortsighted part was that we planned to go back this week and purchase several other large pieces. Instead, left with several thousand dollars of incorrect items and almost the aftertaste of being scammed.There are so, so many sales lessons here. This kind of practice, business model and disregard for repeat business is why so many businesses, both big and small, fail.I appreciate so many of my friends in business who are big picture thinkers and see way beyond one transaction.

I got inspired just being in the store and the staff were so friendly and fun to get creative with. Truely shocked at how reasonable the prices were!

We recently bought a bed room suite from the Joinery House and are very pleased with the look and quality of the furniture. Micah and his assistant delivered the furniture and were so very careful bringing it in and setting it up. They were here almost an hour unloading and assembling and making sure everything was just where I wanted it placed, putting felt pads on the feet of the furniture and even cleaned the mirror and wiped down the surfaces. They went above and beyond in customer service. I highly recommend the Joinery House for beautiful, quality, American made furniture and superb service from local owners.

This is a really cute show with a lot of really cool home decor items. Will go back again and again.

Have purchased several items from the Joinery House (including TV console, dining room set, book shelf, laptop tables, bar stools, quilt hanger, outdoor rocking chairs and table and outdoor dining set.) All the products are great quality and American Made. Customer service is great, everyone at the store is friendly and helpful. My only negative about the store is it seems impossible to visit without seeing something else you just have to have. We started out visiting just to buy a couple rocking chairs.

The Joinery House has outstanding quality furniture that is custom made in the USA by skilled craftsmen. We have purchased bedroom sets, living room furniture and office furniture from them over the years. We constantly get compliments on the furniture and love the craftmanship too. The employees at the Joinery House are awesome. They will take time to help you find exactly what you need and are very knowledgeable.

I love the products they have but they cant seem to make products and deliver on time. They told me 8-10 weeks and it has been 12. When I call to check, they still cant tell us when we will get it. Likely wont buy anything again just due to these delays and inability to know when they will get stuff. Also would be nice if they would proactively notify us instead of having to call them for updates.

My wife and I have purchased multiple items from Joinery House including indoor and outdoor furniture. The tables and chairs we have purchased are all well made with obvious quality and attention to detail. More importantly, the crew at Joinery House is always happy to help, delivers on time, and goes the extra mile. We could not be happier with our Joinery House experiences.

The handcrafted furniture here is top notch. There are so many possibilities to choose from. I was especially intrigued by the live edge products. You should definitely come here first when looking for top quality furniture for any room of the house.

Great décor options for furniture, walls, entry, etc. I was struggling with a few décor ideas and before I knew it, two of the gals working here had an entirely new (and much better, I might add) idea! The items change from time to time and may be limited quantities, so if you really love it, you better buy it! Highly recommend and will definitely go back for more décor and ideas!

Joinery has built me 4 custom cabinets for me to display my collectables. All cabinets were built to my spec and built better than I could have, even though Ive been a carpenter for 36 years. Just make plans in your will, because there will be fights for them when your gone.

If you are shopping with your children, do not go here. I brought my son with me to shop and they followed me around telling him not to touch things and to be careful. I put all of my merchandise back and left.
