I dont understand why this company doesnt seem to walk the talk. They dont seem to care that there arent enough cashiers and people have to wait in line. They also dont seem to care how demoralizing that is that is the rest of their staff members. One cashier was scheduled last Saturday night. Wait was over 20 minutes to check out. Manager seemed exasperated and didnt feel empowered to do anything about it. Its always very telling when managers use words like they describing corporate office. Healthy cultures use we. If its this bad now, I expect total chaos by the holidays.

This store is always clean, organized, and has a great variety of decor, crafts, and hobby items. My son is building a diorama and we found everything easily in this store. All staff that I saw were still wearing masks and they are all very friendly.

This is a pretty typical Hobby Lobby with the average home decor and seasonal items. Customer service is always great at this location. It is not easily noticeable from Murfreesboro Road but there are signs to guide you to it.

Always have the best quality frames for the cheapest price! Let them frame it for you! The fee to have them staple a canvas in a frame and put a wire on the back is less than $3!

Why arent there Scooter Carts for the Seniors w Disabilities, this is unacceptable for those who cant walk much

Best Store ! I got all my decor for my wedding here ! Well most of it (minus the real flowers) All were great and affordable prices. I cant imagine not having a hobby lobby nearby! My mother in law introduced me to it before our wedding and I immediately fell in love. This location in particular is very very organized and their customer service is absolutely wonderful! I dont like to shop anywhere else but Hobby Lobby for my Event or home decor. They always have affordable prices and pieces that are very neutral and in style.

Looking for nautical items for a basement remodel. They always have tons to chose from at great prices. Even my unicorn loving daughter found something lol

I found an item without a price and there were none others left. I asked a nearby associate. They gave me a price and and their name and told me to tell the person at the register to call them if they needed confirmation. This is the Christmas crew since there seemed to be more associates on the floor than normal. They were constantly cleaning, organizing and straightening shelves. It was a mad house of customers but a very clean, organized and pleasant shopping experience!

Christmas items are really great with good value. However, service not so much. Had to run associates down to ask questions and they clearly resented stopping what they were doing to help a customer. No manager presence was noted and it truly showed.

Extremely bad service, the manager was extremely rude and seemed like she wasn’t very patient.I asked her a question about a return and she answered me an a very rude way. Won’t be returning again if that’s the service they’ll provide. Overall just bad service.

They didnt have the item I wanted in stocks, but they set me up with a rain check so I could get the sale price and ordered it for me. Very helpful clerks and of course they always have good sales!

I always have such a great time at Hobby Lobby. They have everything you never needed; Unless, of course, youre an artist or a hyperactive crafter. And as a reasonably attractive and single cis-male I must admit that its always nice to be amongst the ladies. But if youre doing Hobby lobby for anything more than a run in and grab, be sure to bring your wallet. 😉

One of the worst store as to how they price and hand signs and it never rings up that price. Then an employee was like do u want it or not? Really. All I did ask one time the signs said 50% off. No patience. How rude?

I should have reviewed this place a long time ago. We live less than a mile from here and enjoy frequenting Hobby Lobby. Just a fun atmosphere and a nice place to shop. Well managed and a great staff as well. I recently had three prints dry-mounted here, and they did an excellent job and it was totally affordable. My wife likes their seasonal items. Check them out!

Fun store. It is expensive but oh they have so much cool stuff!

The frame staff here was very helpful and supportive. I built a custom wood frame and they where able to work around my specific needs. I will use Hobby Lobby for all my future framing needs.

This store is so much fun!! Their planner and crafting sections are amazing. The seasonal items are beautiful and the prices are the best. They also have a framing department that does a fabulous job. I’ve had several items custom framed here and they look gorgeous.

There are never enough cashiers and theres always one kid in the store crying the whole time...but its hobby lobby!

Lots of amazing beautiful things there. The store was very well organized and beautiful displays all over the store. Very helpful friendly employees. And I think the prices are very good on things in the store. I had a very good shopping experience there.

Love shopping here but I unfortunately had a bad experience this weekend. Totally understand that a line can take a while, but I was standing there for about 20 minutes and only 1 person was in front of me. When I was next in line, I asked to use a teacher discount (for homeschooling) and gave the cashier my card, she wasn’t exactly sure how to apply the discount to my purchase so she called up the manager. The manager didn’t seem to care much, and told me that unless it said I homeschool on my credit card, I couldn’t get a discount. That has never been the case any other time I shop there, or just in general when I shop anywhere. Just upsetting since I had a purchase for over $200. Any other time I wouldn’t care as much just Bc the discount is only about 10%

While I love the store and could easily shop for hours, they need to update the shopping carts. I am a mother with several kids, including a newborn and their carts do not support infant car seats at all! The carts are extremely small and you would think they would at least have a couple of carts to place infant seats safely into. Granted they do have carts that have a place to directly place infant into, I dont feel very comfortable with us being at the beginning of flu season, to place my one month old anywhere Im not sure about.I love crafting, sewing, and enjoy their holiday selections.

I brought in a previously framed and glazed, by Hobby Lobby, signed tour poster to have reglazed. I had it back within an hour. Cant speak for any department other than frames but those employees are amazing.

I shop here all of the time but unfortunately today I had such a bad experience! First of all As I was standing in line to pay i witnessed the “manager” Cici, talk very rudely to a cashier! That is unacceptable, you as a manager take it to the back and have a private conversation with your coworkers! You never do this in front of customers! Very un profesional.Secondly, I was purchasing items for my mother and I and needed to pay some items with cash (my mothers) and the rest on my card for me! Well my cashier needed to call “Cici the manager” for help and this lady Cici in a very loud and rude voice said “we are not allowed to do this, all you want to do is break the cash” and very very Rudely asked me to put my card in!!! I told her she was being very rude to judge and say that without her knowing exactly why I needed to pay some with cash and some with my card. Only thing she said was “well that’s what everyone else does!”Such a disappointment today at this Hobby lobby location! You need to make better selections with your managers! CICI is not a good example as a manager! Very very rude and unprofessional.....

Not a big fan of this Hobby Lobby Craft Shop. Everything through out the store is completely unorganized. & no aisles are numbered. They expect you to find things on own. Cant seem to get assistance when needed. If youre wanting to get a job at this location. Its not even worth it. Would definitely not recommend applying at this location. Seems as though everyone you come across is stuck up. As if theyre either unhappy. Or because it has to do with Management. Hobby Lobby may be a Christian company. But they are against people who have a learning disability. Especially when a friend of mine. Tried applying for a position at this location. The manager handed her a piece of paper. On the paper involved common types of Math. But you couldnt use a calculator. The following problems on the paper: Add, Subtract, Divide, Multiply, Decimals, Percentages. I could understand if taking a Math test was for school or a bigger business employer. But for a craft store. It is completely ridiculous. But can also be very discriminating in many different ways. Take Michaels Craft Store as an example. They will hire you. But wont force any person to take a math test. Even though they should provide a benefits package for those who are part time. Yet they offer no full time opportunities. & pay their employees low minimum wage.

This is a huge hobby lobby with something for every hobby and even ones youve never heard of Im sure! I always find the staff very helpful especially with finding stuff. Along with the hobby items they also sell; furniture, wall art, pictures kitchen utensils, crockery, plants, flowers, books, candy, ornaments, christmas trees, lamps, lights and much more.In case you dont know, there is a 40% coupon that you can get on your phone (just Google hobby lobby coupon) and they will scan it on your phone at the checkout and take 40% off your highest priced item that is not on sale. I know this coupon is good for every day but not sure if you can use it more than once per day but theyll tell you at the checkout. They have frequent sales on so if an expensive item is not on sale either go back another day or ask one of the assistants when its going on sale.

What a grossly mismanaged store. Throngs of people in line at 10 am. I personally waited for 3 different price checks for diff customers. Really? You don’t have a barcode or better some protocol to take a customer with one lousy item while you wait 5-8 minutes on a price check to come back? I needed 1 item for my kids science project. Time to find item: 3 minutes Time to purchase item: 27 minutes

I go here maybe 10 times a year, and for some reason I have missed a huge part of the store since Ive been a customer. Like back and to the right, alllll the way back. My focus has always been straight back to the art supplies. Now that Ive been introduced to this back, right area of really cool arts and crafts, I suspect Ill be back double my 10 average!

I love Hobby Lobby! The store was very clean and very organized. I think its silly that things are always on sale because the price never changes, so its a bit of a gimmick. Bathrooms are always clean, parking is good, staff is friendly. All Hobby Lobbys are pretty consistent so as long as its clean, organized, and staff are friendly, I would give 5 stars.

Has a lot of great decor and fabric options but art utensils are more expensive than they should be. Go to Michaels for a cheaper alternative.

Either get better customer service or number your isles. I spent 20 minutes looking for a clipboard. I had to ask five people, all (except one) of whom pointed me all over the place or told me to ask someone else. The customer service at most hobby lobby stores is rarely exceptional but usually above-average. This particular store wasnt nightmare to shop in. I only gave it two stars because the last woman that I spoke with did try to help me and actually walked me to where I needed to go to find what I was looking for.

This store location in particular seems to carry more items overall than other stores in my area. I ABSOLUTELY LOOOOVE this store! I was able to get everything I needed to make my wife and my buddies wife their Valentines Day gifts! There were a few items that I had trouble locating but two different employees worked together swiftly to locate exactly what I needed! Everyone here always seems eager and happy to help! I LOVE THAT!!

I love this place. Awesome place to shop! They have great sales that make their decor and art supplies affordable. I have decorated a lot of my house with their items. Their sales rotate often, so if something is not on sale this week, check back next week.

Definitely the place to go for the avid hobbyist. I like to build model cars, classic muscle cars. The selection is outstanding and I can never leave without 2. Trust me once you see the choices its hard to choose just 1.

Usually service is good at Hobby Lobby and so are prices. Today, however, the service was not. Rang the bell at picture framing and got no response. Then there was only one register open and 12-13 people in lineNot the usual service there.

I found everything I needed for the craft I was looking for and then some! I walked away with a few more ideas based on supplies I saw in the store. The fabrics are never well stocked, so dont expect much there.They have a great selection of paints, inks, brushes, canvases, and sketch pads.The bathrooms are usually pretty clean, and the staff is very friendly.Overall, a great place to go if you need craft supplies!
