Theres not much you can really say about these places but one thing about it appears that the Dollar Trees everything is a dollar. Which means they dont have everything but all in all it was a good experience and I would have no problem telling people to go there. They follow the guidelines of recommendations for business or CDC or local state rules.

The place is under new management and they are doing a great job getting the shelves fully stocked and keeping the store clean. Customers like to throw stuff anywhere but the staff are friendly and helpful.

I’d give zero stars but not an option.I went into dollar tree to get a card and make some change. I had a twenty dollar bill. When I got to the checkout the women at the counter looked at me with rudeness and said “don’t you have a card”? I said no I need change. She then looked me up and down and said she would not break my twenty. I was amazed! I said it’s just a twenty thinking this isn’t asking very much. She just repeated again I’m not breaking that. So I left.

Store is well stocked and clean always get great bargains here. Cashier was not friendly, no thank you took my items that I had in a plastic bucket and emptied them out on the conveyor belt with such force I was surprised the glass items I had didnt break! Someone should tell Karla in these times she should be happy she has a job and not be so angry.

This location is very messy. I saw employees stocking shelves and cleaning up displays, but it looks like customers just walk through and toss things on the floor or leave them in random places. The employees were helpful and friendly, but just seem overwhelmed or unable to clean up the displays. There is also an odor like sour carpet when you enter. I have shopped here several times, and always find what I need. I just wish corporate would come in and make some changes so that customers have a better shopping experience.

I walked in planning to spend maybe $10 on Halloween decorations for my toddlers to play with. There were so many cute and cool holiday things, for Halloween, fall, Thanksgiving, and even Christmas beginning. Lets just say I spent a good bit more than I intended and my kids have a lot of new decorations and dress up clothes!

T h e wheels are broken on the carts. Cashier appeared to be overwhelmed trying to stock and checkout. I do not plan on shopping at this store again. I have tried several times.

Customer service is atrocious. I guess I shouldnt expect much from a dollar store lol

I went here at 8:40 just to get some water. The largely overweight lady told me they were closed and to go away, even though they close at 9. She was very rude

Of course love the prices, but the people working the registers are always so rude. There was an older gentleman stocking the shelves tonight that was really sweet though.

Came in at 8:20 and the lady was standing outside telling everyone they were closed, I said you guys close in an hour she said to get lost

Couldnt find the regular gift bags because of the Christmas bag display. I managed to find 2 that had been displaced! The line was long with 1 cashier.

Affordable but not always well stocked

Went at 8:30 the lady who looked like a beached whale told me there were closed, I said I just needed a water for the gym and she told me to go somewhere else!

The employees work hard. Excuse let me rephrase that EMPLOYEE.... yall let one person do everything in that store! Everytime I go in there is only one person working the register.The last time I was in there the cashier looked miserable and rightfully so. Who ever is the manager should be ashamed that they dont work.

Store is Awesome, all clean and in shape, the only thing that makes the experience bad and Even upsetting is that the cashiers was rude, she literally yelled at me, theres not costumer service, theres not gratitude from this person, It happened to me before twice and I Tried to understand her since we all get to have a bad day at work, but this woman acts that way every time I visit this location..

My sister and I were setting up for a party. We realized we still needed supplies for centerpieces which we could get from Dollar Tree. It was late in the evening and we called a store which closed at 10p. It was not until we arrived at the Williamson Square location that we realized we were at the wrong store which closed at 9p. Debbie, the store manager, and Caleb, the cashier, were extremely kind because they let us in approximately 1 minute to closing to pick up the items we needed. They wrapped each glass item and Debbie packaged our goods carefully to ensure we would not break a single item. Debbie hugged us and thanked us for stopping in to their store. That left a tremendous impact on my sister and me. We will never forget the outstanding customer service shown to us that day & we make it a point to patronize that store.

Cashier is rude. Doesnt even look at the customer or say hello, etc. Place was a mess

At times the store is messy and I kinda wish that each store would have the same lay out from one store to another. After 4 PM its hard to find help. I had to go to the front of the store just to get I dont know where it is and there is no one to help to find anything. They need more staff. At this location they have a Cashier that shouldnt be working in retail. She is quite rude and doesnt want to do her job. I called and reported Her to their Corroborative offices to file a complaint. So far She hasnt been terminated.

Horrible manager.no customer service..no hello...no skills and completely useless.also very late for delivery.toxic spot.gary the helper is a hard working great asset guy.

My experience in the last few visits has not been pleasant, since there is a lady named Karla who has a particular attention towards local clients she does not reflect good manners to serve clients.

This dollar tree is the best I have ever been to. So much more stuff than the other dollar trees and the cleanest store I have ever been in. 5 stars most definitely

Three of us shopped at the Dollar Tree today. We live in a senior independent living situation and Dollar Tree is just across the road from where we live. We got beautiful Christmas cards and everything we needed its so handy and the staff are nice and we get good bargains and we are very happy to shop there. Jacqueline Segal. Franklin TN

I went in yesterday around 3 to get a couple things and the cashier could care less, when i walked up to her register she was scrolling on her phone for a few good seconds before she acknowledged me, then when i put my basket down she looked at me and said Are you not going to take those things out of the basket in the most rude tone. so i did. i was very shocked by the rudeness and it was like she was annoyed i was there. i smiled and walked away and told her to have a nice day. will not come back to this location

I rate negative 5 they closed 20 min before 8pm. When i called and ask and told me 8pm liars.

Normally I don’t write any of these but I need to let others know how horrible my experience was. Today I went to the dollar store with my sister, we were in there buying balloons for two 8 year olds for Valentine’s Day which anytime we need balloons we always go to the dollar store and get them since they have been great before. This was my first time shopping there since moving to the area, and I can most definitely say I will not be coming back. We went out of our way to go to the dollar store to get these balloons. We got six balloons and other items as well, upon leaving my sister was holding the balloons and not even 9 steps from the door when two balloons came off the string (which was due to them taping, not tying them). While we were walking back to the car another shopper had a balloon come off the two she was carrying. My sister then put the rest in the car and went back into see if she can get two more due them being faulty. When she walked up to a worker she was given a dirty look and not asked they could help her, she then explained what happened and the worker said if your fault you didn’t hold on to them and you can pay for new ones. I then went back in and explained that we had just bought them and walked out of the store and that them fly off. (Kita) is who I and my sister spoke to then said I was yelling at her and stepped into my face. I took a step back and said I am not but I am explaining that the balloons were faulty and was asking for a replacement or my money back seeing as I paid for something I no longer had. She then stated that was not her problem and that she did not care that I did not hold on to my balloons and if I wanted new ones I needed to pay for them. At this point I did raise my voice and became upset, which I don’t normally do, but since she had stepped into my face and was telling me she did not care.Granted I should not have yelled but after having a employee at the place I went out of my way to spend my hard working money at get into my face it was my only reaction at the time. The point was I was only looking for customer service to replace a faulty item and what I got back was a very rude and aggressive service. I will no longer be coming to this store, nor will my sister and any other family members. I was very disappointed in the Dollar store service today since normally everyone I have ever experienced has been nice and understanding. Needless to say I will no longer be coming back to this store.

I like the other store better

At this store, everything really is $1. They stock a variety of seasonal goods, party supplies, and everyday items. For me, its the perfect place to buy office decorations, the most recent being realistic, flickering battery-operated candles (usually a pricey purchase!). In addition, the staff routinely goes out of their way to guide me to items.

Dollar Tree has been always one stop shop in less money for me.

Franklins Dollar Tree was an excellent resource for my five-year-old granddaughters Tea Party.

Very good bargains on just about anything. Wrapping paper and Christmas items very cheap.

Have a great verity of stuff at this location especially kids school stuff you can enjoy your time with the kids doing projects that will never end at your budget

Always clean and friendly staff but they seem to have only one lane open for check out. Hate having to wait for more than 10 minutes to get checked out.

One of the best stocked Dollar Trees that is always clean. Great managers there also that take customer service serious.
