This store is the best in Franklin! The owner really puts her heart and soul into her work and it shows! I have never looked at furniture and thought I have to have this until I came here! Of all my reviews this one is number 1.... I hope the owner sees this and knows her work literally brings a smile and joy to us all... keep up the amazing work!! Ill definitely be back

Was asked to carry my two well-mannered Boston Terriers (and shopping bags) or leave because they have carpet and thier other guests are allergic. ???Im really disappointed to be treated so inhospitably during the Holiday Open House.All of the other stores on the tour are very welcoming...spend your tourist dollar elsewhere.

Wow! This store blew me away - its not like any other Vintage/Home Decor store around. Their high-quality furniture, unique home decor items and the craftsmanship from their local artisan partners is astounding and unlike anything Ive seen before. I purchased a cabinet and told the clerk I had to come back the following week to pick it up. I was interested in another piece and a sign, taking the paint class, and purchasing paint for 4 pieces I already had. When I went to pick the cabinet up I realized it was a little bigger then I wanted. I asked to exchange it for another piece and the owner seemed annoyed I even asked. She said she doesnt own the pieces, which is irrelevant, and walked away. I understand policy but the attitude was ridiculous. I had a paint sample pamphlet in my hand and as I was leaving the clerk asked if I was purchasing it because it was $3.00, in an obnoxious tone. I said no and I will not be back and she said ok. The store is lovely, the items are pricey, the attitude is not conducive to being successful. Another customer who walked out the same time as I did stopped me and said she would not be returning either. She agreed the customer service was lacking and the items were expensive.

Our most favorite place to get candles! They have paint, decor and the staff is fantastic!!

Do not shop here, the owner is a complete jerk! There are many other similar shops in the area where you will be treated much better.
