Probably the best overall supermarket in Franklin. Excellent selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, a nice variety of cheese, and a great butcher.

This place has lost all of its character. Automated checkouts. Wine bar has been replaced with an Amazon return center. Its just a practical, get in, get out place now. Not the experience it once was.

I honestly have no complaints about this Whole Foods!! I lived in Green Hills for years and did all my shopping at the Green Hills location but after visiting the Cool Springs store I noticed that they have some products here that the Green Hills location does not.. The employees have always been nothing but friendly and helpful.. The store is generally clean and their products are organized.. The prices aren’t shockingly expensive, but you’re always going to pay a premium for “health food”.. And you definitely get what you pay for.. The produce here is some of the best around.. Fresh and clean, with many organic and local options.. If you don’t find the juice or drink you’re looking for just visit the in-house juice bar and order yours just the way you like it!! There’s plenty of prepared food here, from the salad and hot bars, to sushi and pizza.. The bakery always has something fresh and appealing.. There’s a great coffee shop and even a full bar at this location.. If you’re looking for something more substantial for dinner check the menu by the bar.. Many reasonably priced healthy dishes are made to order.. Clean bathrooms and a lounge area to sit and have a cup of coffee or a meal before shopping.. If you live south of Nashville and you’re looking for a place to get all of the healthier food supplies on your list, this is definitely the place for you!!

This was our first time shopping at Whole Foods Market and our experience was great! The place is clean, the workers are exceptionally nice, everything we purchased was fresh and the prices are great! We will definitely return for our weekly shopping. If you are looking for fresh, high quality groceries, I highly recommend you visit Whole Foods Market!

As to be expected, nothing out of character for a nice chain.

Produce is reasonably priced, all organic. Similar prices to Meijer on most items. Bread is a little high, but quite good selection. Meat is severely expensive. Wine selections are... confusing. Some fine, but some clearly lower quality than a Whole Foods should be putting out - would you trust a Pinot Grigio that had NO date on it? Hot bar/lunch fare is generally disappointing. Curried fish is bland. Fried tofu was clearly not pressed beforehand, spongy and wet in center. Pizza is just bad. Sushi is unremarkable. Boom boom shrimp and pesto fingerling potatoes are fine, but served cold, and I still cant get my head around serving fried shrimp cold. All in all a mixed bag - will likely not make the drive again.

Good, fresh products, especially produce, meats, and fish. A lot of great cheese, a good variety of beers and wine, and also good meals to consume there or to take home (or to a park nearby!).The process are above average but you get discounts if you are an Amazon Prime member.You can buy online to pick up at the store or to deliver to your home.

Clean store, always stocked, great bakery, friendly staff, good prices. Whole Foods is our go to for some things. They always have them in stock and we enjoy that. Their seafood and meat selections are awesome and their produce is top-notch. Checkouts are a breeze and we will always frequent WF. 😇👍

A great place to grab lunch. The buffet is amazing and the sandwiches are crazy good! Large selection of groceries - on the pricy side. The chicken tenders on the buffet are my favorite - top off a spinach salad with one!I enjoy the large selection of teas they have here. I find myself trying ones I’ve never heard of.If you like sweets pick up a cookie ... even the gluten free ones are yummy here.

So much has changed since they originally opened in Austin, Tx. They were a legit good place to shop if you cared about the quality of you groceries and where they came from. Really went downhill after going public and now that Amazon has a stake it’s just unpleasant to shop there.

Great selection, lots of healthy choices. Of course I had to buy a beautiful orchid, and some yummy Lilys chocolates. Got lots of new healthy snacks to try. Ways clean and the staff are friendly.

Extremely bare shelves throughout the store. Produce was horrific looking. Selection is seriously lacking. For example, refrigerated coffee creamer- really limited options. There was no active stocking by employees during my visit. An open ice case near the fish counter was literally empty. Many shelves were without a label for prices. Not worth my time or money.

I went in Friday morning to grab a bakery item and drink to enjoy while doing errands...I walked to the counter and saw 3 individuals working the area...I waited 10 minutes (I wanted something from the chilled case) and no one came, engaged, or offered customer service. It usually takes a few minutes to get assistance, but all I got was crickets. I use to drive out of my way to stop here-their fruit tarts are excellent-but I can be ignored anywhere. I will be looking elsewhere for my new favorite dessert.Bob Richie

Terrible customer service! I witnessed an associate practically dodge me when I was asking for help finding an item. She would not look up or make eye contact and kept moving around the circular display and wasnt even stocking or doing anything. After several Excuse me, but can you help me questions went ignored, I finally went to the main service desk who redirected me to the same associate who still was playing hide behind the merchandise. I dont think I saw her actually do anythingrelated to work in the store. She was excellent at talking with the other associates, though. Ridiculous.

The Franklin whole foods store is really nicewell organized,Super stocked. all the people that work there really great.

Their little guards sit by the door asking people to put a mask on. 1. Its been over a year since this corona madness began. 2. The virus has a 99% survival rate. And 3. This isnt the only place to shop. I took my money and left.

Ordered pizza at 4:21 and was told 25 mins. Walked out of the store without my pizza at 4:57 after standing there waiting for 15 mins. Hate you right now. And, on top of that, the ticket with my order said 5:00 on it.Followed up with customer service like the reply requested and they just said they will notify the store? Even more wasted time and disappointment.

Love this Whole Foods! Every time I come here the shelves are usually fully stocked. It is rare that something is out, even on busier days. The produce is always fresh unlike other grocery stores nearby. Love their vegan selections, and they also have a huge wine and beer selection. The staff are always very nice and helpful. One of my favorite places to come, this place makes grocery shopping enjoyable.

Smoothie Nazi’s: since when can you not change an ingredient on a smoothie??I spend $20,000+ at Whole Foods and Amazon combined.Apparently the limitations on smoothie substitutes at the smoothie bar is now extreme. They will not let you change any ingredients unless you throw a fit and there are food allergies (which my wife was allergic to 3 of the only green smoothie ingredients).It’s likely the heavy hand of amazon.com controlling a lot of that. And it may be a cost control issue but it creates a dramatically less than desirable experience. Out of the hundred plus times I’ve shopped at this whole foods this was my first significant bad experience.

Dont buy any Christmas gifts from Whole Foods. My husband receive a gift from Whole Foods Market. It was a box of Christmas socks. The manager would not give this prime member an exchange or store credit....nothing. He said they are trying to control the spread.....beware of the scary Christmas box of socks!!!!!!!So I contacted them as requested. It went no where....Customer service said it was a response they send you when you post.

Pathetic service. I was charged with wrong price thank God I checked my receipt.On sharing wrong charges with manager, she told us that systems are down and we cant refund. And told us to call next morning and we will get full refund as its not that big deal for them. Even though calling this store next morning they were not ready to help out refund. Basically gave us wrong direction and wrong promise.Please check your receipts every time you shop at whole foods.

One of my favorite places to shop.

A lot of good organic food selections of all kinds... we travel 30 miles one way every few weeks to shop there. just wish Whole Foods could provide organic ground beef with 94 or 95 % lean, 5 or 6% fat. The best they have is 10% fat in their ground beef.

Some people cant wear masks and dont want to have to explain why. This company is overly sensitive having employees at the door will not let you shop .

Going to get groceries isnt that fun. But this is my go to place for finding what I want and need.

The Whole Foods hot bar is a favorite. They have it open during Covid-19,but someone has to serve you. Not a fan of this process, but happy they are open.

So I went to Franklin Wholefoods this Friday instead of the usual Nashville Broadway one. I was such a fool to do so. Firstly, this Wholefoods was not well stocked. Even whole milk section was empty. The worst part was they charged me incorrectly for items that were on sale. Thank God I double checked my receipt. I was paying $11 extra. When I went to customer service and requested for refund, they said their system was down. They asked me to call back on Saturday, and they would refund me on my credit card, on the phone. The next day I called they gave me the same excuse, system was down and asked me to go back to the store to get refund. I could not drive 30 miles to get $11 refund. So I reached out to my downtown Wholefoods forhelp. Now I have to drive to the downtown store to get my refund. Moral of the story: double check your recipts to avoid the run arounds.

It is the best grocery store with the best produce around. I am especially delighted with a few of the people who work there. A young woman named Michelle Ray is a cheerful blessing. Another woman I’ve met there is named Shaine. They both have made me feel so welcome that even if I don’t need anything in their departments, I stop by to say hello anyway. I am definitely a Whole Foods fan!

Grilled Citrus Salmon, Roasted Red Skin Potatoes, Spring Greens with Balsamic Tomatoes and an Iced Tea. $ 8.00 and change. You cant beat it.

Hard to get around with how they have lanes blocked off. Cash only at Aisle 1 or Customer Service. Self-service right in door as you step in. But they take credit cards only. Bad or non existent signage.

Love the samples because sometimes you have not tried the item and would like to know how it tastes. I have purchased many different foods like that. Buffet is always fresh and many varieties to choose from. Customer service is great!

Love this place. I go to eat here about 1-2 times a day because its so close to my house. The hot bar is the real deal. They have things like chicken, macaroni and cheese, sweet potatoes, pretty much anything you can think of on any given day, vegetables, meats, all of it. They also have a refrigerated section with tuna, chicken salad, etc. Also have a soup and salad bar too. Theyre loaded. The employees are also super nice as well.

Id expect more shoppers to be wearing masks and WF actually enforcing it. I guess theyre worried about incurring the Brentwood Karens wrath.

Bought into the hype and tried Whole Foods for a couple of times. Here are my observations:1. While the produce itself is decent, I couldn’t stomach the kind of experience I was getting for the price I pay2. It starts with the support staff - cashiers as well as support staff doing inventory. Haven’t seen such cold staffs even in Walmart. No hello, no smiling, and not even getting out of the way while they’re doing inventory. While I thought that it might be one or two people, it was shockingly evident among almost all the associates. I wouldn’t particularly mind but when you pay such a huge premium, you’d expect all this as a customer. If I didn’t care about it I’ll either go to Walmart or Costco3. Perennially unmanned cashier lanes - Seriously? I’ve seen more lanes open at Walmart with lesser wait times. At any given time, I have only seen one lane open4. Aesthetics of boxes and packaging - This might not be necessarily Whole Food’a fault but there are boxes and packaging that are questionable. Fresh produce plastic boxes don’t open seamlessly, they leave jagged edges which might cut you while handling them. Egg cases with latch that doesn’t line up with the slot and your eggs might slip outside in no time if you don’t life them with both of your hands. Like I said these aren’t exactly huge dealbreakers until you realize that these products are marked at least 2X or 3X the normal price in other traditional grocery stores5. Under-stocked inventory: At least 20% of the items in a lane are out of stock all the time - ranging from veggies, condiments to even some snacksAll of this wouldn’t have mattered if the produces were priced proportionate to the services. I hope at least some of these concerns are looked into.

This place is awesome! Has a great selection of items you can’t find anywhere else. Lots of fresh food! The only downside is that the prices are higher than average store prices. Other than that they’re really good. They have awesome service. Great employees!
