Samantha helped me with a return. She was awesome. Professional, courteous. Noticed I was having a rough day ( I had to put my kitty down that morning). It was a breath of fresh air to have someone notice and be so kind. Thank you so much to her for showing that she cared.

Shopped here a couple of times recently, once to pickup a new backpack and another time for groceries. Both times the store was clean and the employees were restocking shelves. Customer service was good, as one employee walked us to where the backpacks were since we were looking in the wrong location thinking they would be around the school supplies.

I had an extraordinary situation of buying a new game from a Target and later discovered there was no cartridge. No receipt, as I did not expect this. I drove out of my way to this Target after talking with customer service ahead of time. Once at the store, they insisted I could not have purchased this item from Target due to the price stickers on this still - sealed item. This picture is taken at my local Target. Yes, it can come with stickers. 4 stars for courtesy, though they were clearly suspicious and I was unable to get a replacement. I regret not checking for a cartridge on the spot.

I have t red twice to shop at this. Target. The one electric cart needed charging both times. I have no choice, I have to return to ordering online from Walmart.

EXCELLENT customer service. Helen and Ryan went above and beyond to find the figure I wanted. There was a truck still being unloaded so Helen took my info and stated she would give me a call. I didnt think anymore about but, she kept her word! That would NEVER have happened at Wal-Mart. I am continually impressed by the caliber of Customer Service from Target employees.

I have to travel a distance to this store, so I can say I was really disappointed in my overall visit. Yes the store was clean, we were there at 8:15 a.m. But other then an employee saying hello when we walked in, no other worker acknowledged us. Shelves were not fully stocked, so that limited our selection. Masks Im assuming are not required.

My fiancé and I registered at Target and this is store is our primary location. The TV we wanted and registered for was on sale, but they did not have it in stock. A staff member in the electronics section - Will - spoke with the manager to get us the same deal on a newer model of the same brand. Saved us over $80 on a brand new tv. He was so kind and super helpful.

Apparently you dont have to wear a mask in this store with COVID even though there is a mask mandate in this county! Watched several people come in with no mask on and walk right by an employee that was standing by the door sanitizing carts. Employee said hello to each one coming in. Observed customer service employees talking to customers with no masks in about returns and exchanges and never said a word about requirement to have a mask on in the store!!

This target and the one in cool springs are both equally far from my house. I would choose this location every single time. It’s always quiet, well-stocked and tidy. The associates are always nice. They also have a Starbucks.

Do not work here! Hired my teenager promised her 25 hours a week, gave her 4-6 instead and then fired her right after the holidays. Barely Human!

We normally have a good experience here, thus 2 stars. However, we recently tried to print pictures here so we could share them with our families at Christmas. We ordered them online and requested to pick up in store. After 6 hours, we went in and no one was at the counter. There were other things we needed, so after we shopped we went to check out and asked if someone could help us at the photo booth. Gwen, our cashier, told us the printer never works and we should cancel our order and print them at Walgreens. We asked if she was sure since I’d used Target’s photo printing service tons of times. She radioed someone named Alma who confirmed it wasn’t working. No acknowledgement of the hours we waited without notification it wasn’t working. If you print photos at the store, try to call ahead to confirm they’ll be there.

The employees at Target are usually familiar with the products and are very helpful. The standards and cleanliness of the stores from state to state is consistent. The stores are normally well stocked.

Great experience today. The dressing room area was cleared of the usual mess of clothes being strewn everywhere and there was more room to move in the ladies clothing department. There was also someone up front keeping the shopping carts straightened and out of the doorway. It looks like they have put some time in cleaning things up.

On 25June2019, I made a purchase at the Target, in Munster Indiana. I got home, & found out that I had everything I had purchased, EXCEPT A $50.00 gift card. I called the store, & explained my situation. The lady that answered, in customer service, told me that the cashier TURNED IN THE CARD! In this day & age, it is very seldom people ACKNOWLEDGE when something POSITIVE happens, & I just want to express MY GRATITUDE for this HONEST EMPLOYEE! I hope, some way, she can receive a commendation for her honesty! ESPECIALLY, when she could have kept the gift card, & used it for herself! I HOPE ALL OF YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE OF THE SAME CALIBER AS THE CASHIER I ENCOUNTERED TODAY!

Very understaffed, overworked and unfriendly staff. Management is non existent and I have seen many severely expired items in the fresh food section on too many occassions. I stopped shopping there.

This is my preferred Target due to the fact that it is conveniently located but away from the busy-ness of Cool Springs. They have a nice selection of products, including grocery. There is a Starbucks inside the store, which is a big plus for me. My only complaint is that it can be difficult to get assistance around the store, even when using the customer assistance phones. And the lines can be longer at times with very few registers open.

Probably one of the older Target stores, it looks a bit ragged. Theres plenty of Managers on the floor but too few actual workers. I swear I saw the same person at the cash register when I walked in, then that same person stocking, and again helping a person in a different department and finally scanning my items at the end. Awesome hustle but they looked stressed, and unappreciated.

Tends to be very unorganized by not having enough staff to help with checkout during peak hours. Also, there have been countless times that the Starbucks hasnt been opened when the store opens which is very frustrating since that is the only one close to my office.

This review is like a year late but my husband and I had horrible experiences at the other targets in Cool Spring and Brentwood. We bought a nightstand that was on clearance but we needed a second one and were sent on basically a 6 hour hunt from target to target - either they didn’t have it even if they said they did on the phone or they wouldn’t honor the same price because each target apparently has different prices along with some very rude employees - when we finally ended up at the Franklin location I was almost in tears from trying to find something that was supposed to be so simple. We asked someone for help who happened to be the manager Sam. He was the best customer service we have EVER experienced! He found the nightstand and more than took care of us! We now go out of our way to go to this particular target over any other. Thank you Sam and Shelby for your kindness!!

Great product inventory; Helpful staffIf you see the checkout/cashier employee, Oscar, working, definitely get in his line at checkout! I specifically got in his line because I saw that he was both the fastest at his job, and also appeared to be the most joyful with a smile and friendly greeting. Some of the other checkout hosts appeared to be slow and bored, but Oscar did not disappoint. He greeted the 2 customers in front of me in line with a friendly smile & greeting, scanned & bagged their items quickly, and got them on their way with a polite goodbye. The same was true with me - He seemed genuinely friendly & happy, and it just makes such a big difference to interact with an employee like that. He made me feel like a champ for bringing my own Target bag, and immediately scanned the code to give me my 5 cent discount (a step which a lot of the other cashiers forget about & I have to ask them to do it). I was able to quickly thank Oscar for his help & on my way, and again noticed that customers in other lines were still waiting on their cashiers to finish — Boy did I get in the right line! Oscar should train to other cashiers to do their job as friendly & efficiently as he does it!

I just love the customer service from all employees. Even if they are busy and not in the department they ALWAYS stop and help me.

Visited this store today and had a horrible experience. I got home and realized the cashier had left two items out of my bag that I had paid for. Went all the way back to the store and they no longer had the two items I had bought, either at the checkout stand I checked out at or in stock on the shelves. They gave me a refund however, when I got home, they had refunded me the cheaper item and not the more expensive item (had bought two different types of air fresheners). I thought I was going to make them my shop all store but this incompetence has made me change my mind. Walmart isn’t perfect but at least I’ve never been ripped off.

Had a nice visit. The in-store Starbucks was very slow and the staff were not friendly. They did not even apologize for taking 15 minutes to make a latte at the Starbucks. Really glad they did because I needed to rest my knees after walking 15 miles, aisle by aisle searching for a simple cutting board. I guess they just dont make them anymore. Oh, well. The pending merger between Starbucks and Kroger will only compound the incompetence of these two organizations. Malls are dying, retail stores are dead and you guys are going to double down on this stuff? Nobody wants to go down alone do they? Everybody to the lifeboats, abandon ship!

Staff professional. Found item online on target web site. They re-rung item for price match... no problem.

I did an online order for pick up and the guest services area is very odd compare to other targets because i resembles a check out lane. I was confused when I walked in and the guest services sign is not visible. Also, since people think it’s a check out lane, it took me about 30 minutes to get my pick up item because people were checking out at guest services.

It was a really fast trip to the store

This Target store is managed very well. It has become my go to store for all sorts of random, non-grocery purchases. The store has a large grocery section which appears to be well stocked, clean, and organized neatly.I keep my grocery shopping separated from other shopping, as a personal preference.I think its cool that they have a few end of isle areas in the electronics which appears to feature returned/open box items at significantly reduced prices. You never know what you may find at crazy sale prices, including nice electronics- I check that area every time I visit.The Cafe in front offers some pretty decent food, quick and fairly priced- I often drop in for a personal pan pizza when I need something in a hurry- they ALWAYS have a few of those pizzas hot and ready during the day. I like my local Target!

Shop here when needs are to be met. Close to our home. Service in store not great so if wife forgets to tell you to get something after your in you’ll have to go back in. Not big deal

Ya rolls the dice, ya takes yer c chances.Register gift cards at your own peril.You can only use up to 4 at a time.You should also KEEP THE CARD in case they lose your order or cancel it (both of which happened to me with this order).Thats why I visited the local brick and mortar store where manager Joe tried to help and gave me a glimmer of hope.
