Amazing shopping experience got my grandbaby a birthday cake. The one he wanted was plain and he wanted sprinkles. The bakery did an amazing job writing happy birthday and putting sprinkles on it. He was delighted.Thank you Kroger

My boyfriend and I come to this Kroger multiple times a week and usually I don’t go out of my way to leave a comment but Teri who works at the front self check out is outstanding and deserves recognition for her amazing customer service, she never fails to put a smile on our faces!

Teri is awesome up at the front end. She is very helpful and always has a smile. She deserves a raise.

I keep wondering if they plan to close this location. It was great until they remodeled and put in wine. It has steadily regressed since. They are at best half stocked and generally the people working are too busy to speak or worry with customers.

Overall great store with friendly and professional staff. The Minute Clinic which is located in the store is very helpful for quick medical needs. The story seems very clean and the selection is great.

Stop in here a lot. Very friendly employees. Able to get in and out very fast thanks to the extra check out registers.

Stopped in at lunch and found two others waiting at the service counter. Employee Terecia working the self check out said person who worked there was on lunch. Suggested I use the lottery machine. Explained you cant get paid by the machine. Made no effort to get anyone. Other person walked out. Poor management.

Had a pick up that was supposed to be ready at 3pm. On arrival told they were having a computer issue and that our order would not be ready for another 1-2 hours. Came back at 5 and was told it was still not ready and started getting attitude from a supervisor who initially identified herself as a manager. She told us its not her fault theyre having computer issues and that she cant make it go any faster so we just have to wait. Upon speaking to an actual manager one of the employees put the 2 and 3pm pickups in the bottom of the stack so they had never been pulled. Will never come back to this Kroger.

Hanna was customer service desk girl..was talking to other employees and then came to help me with money order and was extremely rude!!!!🤮🤮🤮

I bought some deli meat at the Kroger next to Dollar General in Franklin. I asked to have the meat and cheese sliced thin. When I got home, I realized it was not. I went back to the Kroger deli on Columbia Avenue. The man and kid behind the counter gave me a hard time. We called the manager, and she said sure, well take care of it. The older man sliced the meat and cheese so thin I can barely pull it apart. They should both be fired. I will never use that deli again!

I love this Kroger. It is not one of the huge Krogers but it is well staffed and not too crazy busy.

Love Kroger and their products but to be shopping on a Sunday afternoon and this location has only ONE LINE checking customers. Beautiful store with obviously poor management. Dear manager: if you want me to check myself out you better give me an employee discount...

Very Terrible service, I have 12 minutes left before the store closed but an Employee Teri was trying to kick me and my friend out, she say you need to go. Hurrywhere is your friend walk to side to the other side with me to find my friend and without mask on. And when I ask for her name she spell her name and tell me that I can talk to her boss. she doesnt seem care at all.

NO MASK ENFORCEMENTS whatsoever.About half of the people in there shop without masks on. Employees don’t care. Walking plagues.If you care about your health and others, do not shop here.

Understand these are tough times but for Kroger employees to act like they are the almighty is never acceptable. Two of us out shopping for two households and told that since we walked in together we as 2 people are limited to 1 paper towel and 1 bathroom tissue is outrageous. That is why we had two out doing the shopping so the the high risk could stay safe! We said we would be checking out separately but that did not matter, we walked in together so considered 1. Then when I said our daughter, with her infant, would have to come out simply to stand in line, what was their response.... “good”. So Kroger is ok with putting people at risk. Well, not sure about everyone else but I am not going to support a company who supports putting people at risk.

Clean, brightly lit location with a good selection of products. Good produce and specialty items. Convenient location with plenty of parking. This location has a clinic and clean restrooms at the front if the store. Easy access from Columbia Pike and Mack Hatcher. Left turn lights at both intersections. Target, many other restaurants and businesses in the same plaza.

I stop here often on my way to and from work. It’s a really nice grocery store, and the staff can be very helpful. It’s also open much later than most other businesses in this area. The only thing to watch out for is that this is basically a grocery-only Kroger. They have a small selection of non-grocery items, but I would rather go to Target or Walmart.

I gotta give a shoutout to Victor at the deli. He makes great sandwiches, super fast and is always in a good mood. Guy deserves a promotion yesterday.

Let me tell you where to walk by, is the pharmacy, health beauty and baby department. Its so nice and clean there, a new Hispanic lady who stock up is friendly and helpful!!! She has helped me get the right type of laxatives today. I cant wait to be regular!! Thank you nice Hispanic lady.

Very well stocked & always enough staff to help. The bonus is how nice everyone is. Its a big chain store with small town hospitality.

I am from out of state (calif.) and needed 2 quick items and the lines busy, but the party before me even though all ready had loaded onto the conveyor told the checker to go ahead and help me out. thanks you so much ❤️😘

I love Kroger! It is clean, well-stocked, has competitive pricing, and the fuel points are great. The digital coupons are a plus, although I use a fairly small amount.

The man at self checkout was extremely helpful and even tried to help me buy some food that wasnt covered by my food stamps!! His name was Cole and though I didnt allow him to help financially I was extremely grateful for his offer!

They usually have what Im looking for a a reasonable price. Need to keep a check on their 1/2 and 1/2. Bought it a couple times and it only has a very few days till it expired. They seem to be doing better! Friendly service and check out folks!

Very clean store. I hope they stop moving items soon. Since the remodel its more difficult to get in and out quickly. The employees are always very helpful and friendly. Ken is the best ever.

The produce is generally of good quality. Staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are on par or lower than nearby competitors. Selection is ok, but not stellar. Kroger Brand products are comparable in quality to national brands.

I would like to pay a complement to the Deli Department, in particular Salvador, has given me excellent service. I prefer the Boars Head meats and Salvador always recommends something in the Boars Head line thats on sale to save me money. He always gives me a sample to taste and cuts meat and cheese to the thickness I need for my use. I have shopped this store on a regular basis for about 3 years and find the Deli service to be Excelent. Look for Salvador and you cant go wrong.

Monday morning is not a good time to shop at Kroger. It was not restocked yet and fresh produce was absent or in slim supply!

Very nice supermarket... Friendly helpful staff, clean and, maintained. The meat usually expires in a couple of days though, that I dont like.

Store is clean and people are friendly. Its one of my favorite places to shop and its close by for those late night quick snack runs. Ive never had issues with product being out of stock.

Sure, they have all the groceries you need, but I felt like I was shopping in a cave. I also noticed that there are many spots available for the bagging function, but those spots always seem to be empty thus increasing checkout time.

I bought a frozen dinner and when I microwaved it according to instructions, the mashed potatoes were just water and no potatoes. I went back to Kroger customer service for a refund and the girl told me that I needed to contact the manufacturer because they only sold the product and were not responsible. The girl was rude and refused to do anything about it. I left the cart full of groceries there that I was going to purchase and went to Publix. I will no longer shop there or by my prescriptions at their pharmacy. I did not purchase the product from the manufacturer, Kroger did.I placed a call to the manager regarding this issue however he did not feel it was important enough to return my call.

Had a terrible experience. Management changed for the worst, Daniel Seal was great. New asst mgr had my rental car towed a few hours after the fuel station attendant said I could leave it where it was with multiple flat tires. Manager refused to take responsibility for the actions of her staff and walked away. My family no longer frequents this location.

It is an excellent place to shop. Customer service is the very best.

Straight forward aisle layout, fast self checkout, and plenty of parking.

Visited on a Saturday afternoon. Had to dodge stockers on the aisles who left their boxes on the floor. Cashier stood and watched me bag my own purchase while bagger stood talking to cashier on the next checkout... while there was nobody checking out there. Lots of abandoned shopping carts in the aisles and in the parking lot. Lots of sold out sales items. You guys need to look at your labor hours and make adjustments, perhaps weed out the non-performers. Walked out to see several young employees standing right outside the entrance/exit on their phones.

This has been my Kroger for 10 years and its my favorite. Feels like family. Is cc that even possible with a chain grocery store? Yes! Yes it is!

Clean, well stocked, mgr will consider talking to delivers if u want them to carry other/additional items, friendly. Good store to call ur home store.

I shop here because their coupons are awesome and get mailed to you, and its also closer than Whole Foods. Having the pull in clicklist thing is kind of clutch too.

Im a loyal Kroger customer and have recently been impressed by their newly expanded selection of the Simple Truth brand. I understand that organic produce means no pesticides, however, that does not make it acceptable for there to be critters on the broccoli I purchase. Recently purchased a gallon of green tea. Clerk asked if I wanted it bagged and I said no. Bagger seemed more concerned with whatever was going on around him and bagged it anyway. Lifted bag from my cart in parking lot, gallon jug fell through the bottom of the bag and on to the pavement, exploding all over my dress pants and even inside my designer shoes. They replaced the jug of tea, but it was a big inconvenience and could have been avoided had the bagger paid better attention.

I will no longer shop at any Kroger’s after knowing how they allow there employees to treat customers. I was walking into Kroger on Monday afternoon with my young children and as I’m walking in the door, an employee is bringing in a line of carts and at the same time a customer is walking out the door and they almost run into each other. Instead of the employee saying excuse me, he proceeds to cuss and yell at the customer all while I’m trying to get my kids loaded into a cart and I’m watching the entire thing go down in the parking as the employee follows the customer out to his car trying to fight him. I decided to go into the same Kroger again today to pick up a few things and the same employee is still working!! You would never have to experience that Publix.

I am consistently pleased with the high quality service that I receive at this store, and how I can often find things here that are NOT available at Walmart!

Every time i come into this kroger Im run into somebody trying to get me me to try some new sample or trying to get me to sign up for a credit card. I dont have an issue with somebody setting up a sample station in a store i just dont want to be pestered into trying something im not interested in.

This isnone of the nicer Krogers in the area. It doesnt have the selection of Super Kroger, but it is pretty solid.
