This store has undergone a major reorganization! It is clean, bright, and well organized. They now have a huge selection of home furnishings, and home goods. It’s less of the overstock, liquidation look that it has had in the past. They have a good selection of seasonal decor too at decent prices. The shelves are tidy and organized. They still carry canned/packaged food, pet supplies, hardware, toys, cosmetics/personal care, electronics, etc. The employees are friendly and helpful. If you haven’t been in a while, you should definitely go back.

This is one of the cleaner and nicer locations. They are regularly stocked with something I used to have to order in bulk from Amazon and over pay for it because I couldnt find it anywhere else. Also some great deals on groceries.

Variety store, similar to Dollar General, but better quality. Some items can be found cheaper elsewhere, but overall prices are good. Good finds in some personal items, makeup, cleaning products, storage and home items.

The customer service at the Franklin store was awesome. Associates in the store were knowledgeable and friendly. The cashier was very friendly, recognized that I was a veteran and offered a veteran discount.

This store is fantastic and the store associates are so kind! I love being neighbors so I can zip in and out. And I love all of the stock they have❤❤❤

I wanted to ask some questions about my purchase I asked the cashier Anna if she speaks Spanish because I speak a little English but not so good and she was too rude and she answered me in English if I speak Spanish but today I do not want to speak Spanish with you and tell her I said why? She answered simply because I dont want to. Then when I told her that if there was someone else who spoke Spanish, she said, what do you want? In Spanish I really felt denigrated just for not speaking perfect English and even though my purchase was only $ 275 I think she must be kind to those who spend $ 1 or $ 1000 or maybe just for being Hispanic and not knowing perfect English herself have to humiliate the customer?

This is our go-to place for just about everything. It is very close to home, and after a recent remodel it is better than ever. Managed well, good selection, great prices, and an enjoyable place to shop. A department store without the department store feel!

Poor customer service. Poor assistant manager. I will never go back to this big lots. They dont care about loyal customers. Its disgusting how poor their service is. 0 stars.

Always a rewarding exxperience. A nice selection of snack meats that Ive come to rely on. The staff here is always friendly and helpful. While Big Lots lacks some of the big box refinement of an expensive department store, it has charm and great prices. Its comfortable to shop here. Ken and Matt in the furniture dept went WAY above and beyond. I purchased a couch set and they allowed me hold it there until I closed on my house. I also purchased a mattress set and failed to bring the proper straps to secure them in my truck. These guys helped me out by tying up the load with twine and getting me on my way!

Big Lots presented me with a very rewarding shopping experience. I was able to find the household items that I needed, in addition to canned food items that are sometimes difficult to locate at other places where I shop. Customer service was also excellent!

We bought 2 pieces of large furniture. They do not offer free delivery and said they could call someone to deliver it for us but would have to pay them which did not seem reliable to me. So we borrowed a trailer drove 40 min back to pick up, then drove 40 min back home and opened the boxes and one was the wrong color. I called and they said just to bring it back. It was an extra 2-3 hours out of our day. They didnt offer to deliver the correct one or anything or discount the price. It was just an unorganized process and I feel like there should have been better paperwork to show which one was ours to begin with. The lady that helped us the first day purchasing the items was very nice and helpful though.

Kristi went above and beyond to make sure we got the mattress we wanted, she was amazing & even ended up getting it in a day quicker!

Great place and a fun little store to visit. They have some very solid regular items that are quite durable. If you buy furniture I HIGHLY recommend their insurance policy. Its unlikely you will need it but if you have kids like mine (who like to leap across the room like spiderman) something might break and I am happy to report they stand by their policy 100%. Great staff and were amazingly helpful with all my pruchases and even assisted me in learning how to put my claim in. Give them a chance, they did NOT disappoint me.

Ever now and then find some interesting things worth buying at good prices.

Bald manager was rude. I am usually a big fan of Big Lots and have spent a lot of time and money at this particular store. Upper management needs to have this guy back stocking shelves. He implied my wife and I were lying when we were attempting to return a defective product. He was condescending, rude and has a pompous attitude. To top it off he kept telling us about the 20% off Sale this weekend, as if we are idiots for buying anything before the sale. Ill find another big Lots before Ill ever go back to that one as long as he is working there.

This has been our go to store after moving to town. They have had a great selection of item that has made Tennessee feel like home.
