Aldi is among the best supermarket stores. Prices are really low if you compare against any big chain and the quality of products is exceptional. The only thing to improve at this particular store is supply a bit more of product. Shelves are always mid-empty most of the time.

Its an Aldi. If youve never been to one, then it might shock you a bit, but if you have, you will know this one is a good one. It has items stocked and its easy to navigate. The stock and cashier staff are all very nice and helpful.

Love our Aldi store. Great products at great prices. We were just there and spent nearly $300. We can’t wait for German Week! Please don’t let the Franklin, Tennessee store close.

Customer service was great some of the items were out of stock.

Aldis is a great alternative to the big other companies however their line takes forever to get out any time youre there

First class delicatessen, great variety of Cheeses. We love Aldi and there is a line of exquisite Chocolates.

Older store. Low on selection of some items such as ethnic foods, cheeses, meat, frozen appetizers, pizza. The store could use a refresh, cleaning, reorganizing. All the dairy is at the end of the first isle so you have to carry all that refrigerated stuff around while you weave through the rest of the store. It was only slightly busy at 3pm on a Monday but there was only one register open with more than six people waiting to check out. Including pictures from todays visit.

Smaller store, not the best not the worse could use an update.

Excellent place to shop.So lets start with the basics - Aldi is CHEAP. Walmart cheap or better on most things, higher on meat and milk. The store brands/small brands are just as good or better than the name brands - the Moseur Roth dark chocolate was Lindt quality or better for the cost of a king size Snickers.Theres no overhead music or announcements, so you can hear yourself think. The store is very, very clean. Theres no extraneous cardboard shelves to block the aisles.Its wonderful.As a side note, BRING A QUARTER. Aldi carts are locked - you use a quarter to unlock a cart, and get the coin back when you put the cart back.

Best Aldis we have been to for many reasons.Overall selection, best prices, more food for the money, and always awesome staff.We feel the health difference in quality and amount of food from Aldis.If you have not tried Aldis, it is in a different league of value, integrity, and health promotion.

They have bangers today! So excited for that. And tons of bulbs for the garden!

Fresh veggies and fruits in right quantity. My grocery expense has come down since I started shopping here and no drop in quality. They got all the essentials for normal diet.

Love how you can get the same products for lower prices.There are some organic deals you just need to look a lot. Also I enjoy the fact that they dont do an plastic bags. First time shopping at aldi was a week or two ago and I love it! Nice prices and friendly cashier. The store kind of loops around from entrance to exit. Dont forget to bring a quarter and your own bags! :)

Love this Aldi!! I get so many affordable things! I also get their turkey bacon, which is AMAZING! Super affordable and I just love this place!

They have organic food, grass fed beef and butter, chicken without hormones/antibiotics, all kinds of gluten free options and so much more. The best part? Its so inexpensive! I cannot believe the amount of quality food we are able to buy for so little. Its obviously not a fancy place but who cares?

The staff is very friendly and attentive. They dont have EVERYTHING, but what they do have is great quality and the lowest prices period. Im constantly amazed at what new products I find there.

I really like ALDIs prices. Be careful when selecting produce as sometimes its close to or already expired/molding. This particular ALDI seems very popular and they run out of things fast. I like Spring Hill better if youre already south.

I absolutely love Aldis normally. Unfortunately the local Aldis in Franklin has gone way downhill since opening. This Aldis is always low on shelf stock. The items that are available at the other Aldis are always Out of stock or very low stock at the Franklin store. It is a normal day to go in and not be able to get things like spring salad mix or milk. The shelves are always filled with empty boxes at this store. There are always big pallets all over the store in the way of the customers. I understand that stocking the shelves during business hours is necessary for keeping cost down but it is not uncommon for there to be 3 to 4 pallets out in the store at once. There is normally no one working On the pallets that are all over the store also. I have also frequently seen boxes being thrown on the floor after they emptied them from the pallet for customers to trip and fall over. A couple of months ago I went in and someone was stocking the alcohol with a big pallet in the way and at least 15 empty boxes on the floor where he was throwing them. I actually had to move one with my cart to be able to enter the front isle of the store. There is really no excuse for endangering the customers and risking a fall. The Aldis in Spring Hill is awesome! They are always completely stocked on everything and the staff is so friendly. There are normally two cashiers at the front of the Spring Hill store and no pallets anywhere in sight. I have never seen a one stocking the shelves in Soring Hill yet the shelves are always full. Unfortunately the last time I went into the Franklin store every single employee was hanging out at the front of the store discussing ADHD instead of stocking the shelves or paying attention to their customers. It is such a shame that this store is so far below the other Aldis I have had the pleasure of going to. I hope the store gets new management soon so it can be run like the Spring Hill store.

Started going here about 6 months ago. Took a little while to get over not being able to buy well known brands but if you can look past that, the prices are amazing! We save about 40-50% off our food bill compared to when we were shopping Kroger/Publix. The really great savings are in their produce and meat departments.

Great Discount Food Store!!! You spend less but get more.Important things to know:1) Bring a quarter to get a cart but you get it back when you return the cart.2) Bring your own bags, I like the cloths bags they are more durable and last longer.3) There is, like the store brand or bring it back, see packaging.4) Temp. of the Milk and Refrigeration is colder, which is a good thing.5) They dont have everything but it will be the bulk of your Food Dollars.6) Better bring CASH or EBT or Debit,,, they dont do credit.

What cant I say bad about ALDI? Nothing! ! Its my favorite market. From eggs to the fun stuff in the middle. If you love DARK COCOA 85% Moser Roth...under $2.00.

Just came from this store and was in line behind this man and the cashier as I noticed the other customer that was in front of him they all was greeted with a smile and how are you doing. But when I got up there the cashier didnt even look my way or say anything to me she just took my money and said what the price was and then hand me back my change and she could hardly get have a good day out of her mouth. So I said Im having a wonderful day and walked away, then I heard her ask the white lady behind me how was she doing. And yes she was white. I just said Lord will it ever stop treating people by their color because if you as been cashing out people you should treat all your customers the same. I will not go back to these ALDI .

Great selection very reasonable prices. Not a lot of name brands but 9 out of 10 times the Aldi products were as good or better. Want great food on a tight budget? This is the place.

When we were ready to check out there was only one checkout line open with at least five full or almost full shopping carts ahead of us. The checker did not attempt to call anyone out to assist. Not very good customer service!

I was actually disappointed in this Aldi. They did not have lasagna noodles or cottage cheese and not sure, but did not see black olives either. I had to go to another store because they did not have all the items I needed. Although.....I do enjoy Aldi prices at any store location, you cant beat that. Ive been an Aldi shopper for years but theyve really stepped up their game in the past year or two. Organic, non GMO, no artificial colors, gluten free and other specialty labels are available and easy to find. I love their organic pasta sauce with no added sugar. I do wish theyd bring back the organic chocolate chips because they were THE BEST!

Store wasnt clean. Produce was not fresh...some was, many items old, over ripe, rotting cantaloupes ..definitely not what anyone would buy. One checkout open, no workers in front of store for assistance. Checker did not ask for ID for wine purchase. Overall disappointing Aldi needs to look into this location.

In the world of over the top super centers Aldi is an Oasis. Good selection of everyday items and some unusual surprises from around the world. Dont expect a lot of big name brands. It has been our experience that the brands they carry are as good or better than the better known equivalent. The prices are far below other stores. Make sure you have a quarter and if you dont want to buy bags bring your own. You also must bag your purchases. It is well worth the slight inconvenience. Speciality items change every week, so grab the sale paper on your way in.

ALDI is consistently offers better products at MUCH lower prices. Meats and produce are always fresh. If you can find a version of what you would get anywhere else, Id bet you would enjoy the Aldi.Ive been visiting Aldi stores for 10 years now and I have yet to have a bad experience or deal with inventory concerns at any location, and Ive been using this Aldi on Royal Oaks for 3 years now.
