Meijer situated at Franklin is one of the best out of 3 stores I have visited nearby which are Southport and Greenwood. Franklin Meijer is very spacious and as soon as you enter the store it give a feel of a premium grocery and general store. Its very clean and super spacious lot of space between aisles so gives a lot of space while you shop specifically In the time of pandemic which give you a better feeling g of safety as you can maintain social distance. They have great varying I produce and amazing prices. Specially there liquor prices are one of the best in all other stores. I recommend this store.

Ordered a cake for my sons birthday on Friday, told them Id be there to pick it up Sunday at noon. I get there and nobody is there. Another meijer employee helped me by going back and looking for the cake... Nothing. Ill be ordering from Walmart next time. Cheaper and I actually got my cake last time

Go out of my way to shop here.Clean store. Well stocked, and prices competitive with, or better than other grocery chains.Employees are always friendly, and helpful if you need it.

I went into the store and was greeted by a nice woman.I have never been to the new style meijer stores before. I really liked the split isles. I ask 4 different people where 4 different things were and each of them pointed me in the right direction. Thank you meijer staff for making my visit easy.

It is found everything, pharmacy, butcher, fresh vegetables, clothes etc. Beautiful very clean everything

Never have a problem there. My daughter is handicapped and we need the shopping carts for her and they always have one, unlike some other place that seems to have a real shortage. Love the selection of products offered there also!

Have tried numerous times to get their chicken tenders, but that area is always closed due to lack of help or out of tenders. Good meat sales usually and nice employees.

Only Meijer would only have 2 registers open at 6 pm almost every time I come in after work for the last couple of months. Be prepared to wait 30 min in line.. Awful.

I order groceries and pick them up from here. Theyre very polite and on time. I also like that I can order house hold goods as well as groceries and pick them up.

I mean its a Meijer theyre all pretty much similar however this one has started putting out its Halloween decorations and theres a lot of things on sale at the moment quite a few actually all except for these cups

Normally we love shopping here but Monday when we went the lady was extremely rude. She had an attitude and dumped our bags out (we use the shop and scan). After that experience my husband and I agreed not to go back there. Then past couple times weve been we have delt with rude workers.

Never bin to a Meijers before, yesterday was my first time and I loved it! Especially this location. Customer service and store experience was awesome.

I miss where I used to live. The Meijer there was my go-to for groceries and such, and moving was hard because my new town doesn’t have one, and change is difficult. I drive 30 minutes one-way once a week just so I can shop here. Even though the layout is different than I’m used to, for the time that I’m perusing the shelves, I’m able to let my brain shut off and pretend I’m back home. It’s clean, tidy, and the staff is helpful when questioned.

I used to love the store, but it is so hot in there, year round. I limit my needs there now because sweating and almost passing out before I get finished is just to much.

Have trouble getting help and Meijers out of rotisseries chickens but, the store manager will call you back and he works with you and hes trying to do his best to help the customer out to make sure you can get what you want you know have their having internal problems

It was very clean good deals especially on meat has stylish clothing and jewelry. The floor is wide open room to really move around, I think its better than Kroger or Walmart

I really like the scan as you go option while using the Meijer App. Everything that you place in your cart to purchase can be scanned using your phone so when you’re done shopping you don’t have to scan everything through the register. The only issue I had with this shopping trip was picking up a prescription from the Meijer Pharmacy. I understand that the pharmacy is busy, but they always seem to be in a bad mood.....

Its a nice store but they need to get in more tins of pokemon cards than just 1 a week

Cashiers, not just ours, were incredibly slow. Like, they know they get paid by the hour... Ours was very nice though.

The store was clean and mostly stocked. The older woman at cashier was not nice at all. She was in lane 7 on Monday morning, April 12th.

Store is always very clean and organized. I can always find what I am looking for and the staff is very nice and helpful.

We drive past two Meijers to come to this location. The store is very clean it does not fill packed although the parking lot is full. The produce selection is great at this location. We enjoy picking up Sushi here and it is great they have a Starbucks at this location.

Restrooms were really clean

All the staff are pleasant and helpful. The store is always clean and well stocked. They always have good deals over on the end caps of the frozen area next to the Starbucks.

Well...I waited for 45 min in my spot. Had to call again...they think they gave my order to someone else...so Im headed back again. Hopefully they have it ready. Well see. 🙄

Open and spacious layout. Was easy to find things we were looking for, but couldnt use app because there was no data signal in middle of store. Quick and efficient checkout and bagging.

The last two times they advertise ground chuck and didnt have it there always out of things on the shelfs have to go two places to get what I need so I guess I have to choose one or the other just disappointed with Meijer right now

Well stocked shelves. Competitive prices. Huge selection in the meat, cheese and produce section. I can get everything I need there! Very clean as well. Brightly lit.

I work at this meijer, and the Management is very unfair to certain groups of workers. Wouldnt recommend getting a job here, you could probably just go across the street to Walmart!👍🏼

I work at store 170 (Highland, IN) and I stopped in to get a few things I needed while visiting out of town, and was able to get them all! I wish I would have remembered the cashiers name. Very nice and friendly-felt like I was shopping at my own store.

Franklin store is still new well laid out and clean.

Not too busy. Found what I needed (plus other stuff, of course). In and out in probably 10 minutes.

Stopped here only because Wal-Mart bathrooms were a complete and udder disaster. We would not let the kids step one foot into them. The bathrooms at Meijer were definitely worth writing a review about. I have never seen public restrooms this clean. It was as if we were the first to ever walk into them. Because of Wal-Mart and their completely trashy store Meijer gained a new customer. We stayed and shopped around a bit and found quite a few deals.Thanks for being a clean and friendly store.

What a fun place with lots of unexpected stuff! Not a typical grocery. Wish they were in Missouri!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I found a plant I wanted to buy one that grows into a beautifully big house plant. It being the only one left I grabbed it and saw there was no price tag on it. They said sorry we can not sell it to you. So I asked them what were they gonna do with it and they said throw it away. I cant believe that said that. They apologized to me like it ment something...I said you should apologize to the plant....gods creation. People just look at things materialized and now what its worth. So yes this meijers get a big fat 0 stars

Prices are a little higher than Walmart, not much, but Id rather pay it and have a nicer, less crowded store to shop on and they have better sales!
