Today I gave it a 3 because my over easy eggs the white were two done around the edges. My pancakes one of them were overcooked. The service was awesome. Very sweet girl always smiling and on top of things.

Very nicely organized and well stocked. Also the salesfloor was very clean as was the register too which I appreciate.

Very nice, well stocked store. The staff are rude. I am a caregiver and was there with an elderly woman and her two daughters. Daughter asked where an item was and staff responded you have to look for it. Cashier was rude and impatient towards my clients which is unacceptable, which is why I gave 3 stars instead of 5.

Was working out of town and needed a few things. Decided to go to this dollar tree and they had everything I was looking for. Very clean and stocked as well. Had alot more than the usual dollar tree I go to about 2 hours from here. Cashier was very friendly too.

Clean. A little more organized then some stores. Needs to be a little bigger with more things but cleaner and a little nicer than other stores. And I lived here for years and all the otherwise Ive been to always looked like someone took a poo on the floor and always smeels. So yes this Franklin store is by far the better.

They have so many different things, I found what I was looking for,then I realized I needed something else, that they didnt have with was some half and half or heavy whipping cream. Still, its an awesome store to go to

Rude!!! Rude!!! Rude!!! I dont know what ethnicity the female worker was/is other than possibly Japanese or Chinese, but she was very rude. This store is more convenient to home, but Ill go to the one a little further away. At least theyre friendly! This woman acted disgusted to have to be there.

RUDE staff. I had a display that was too heavy for the hanger it was on break off the wall and fall on me. I was picking up all of the product that had fallen on the floor when an employee with an attitude approached me, arms crossed and said, you gonna pick that up? No courtesy, no human kindness, no asking me if I was ok, just RUDE, mean attitude.
