The young guy that is always there seems really nice and is always very helpful, but no one ever answers the phone... They are never open during hours they claim theyre supposed to be open. And lately the reception is little to none in most areas.

It was the employees fault but headquarters just screwed me over! Ihave been a loyal customer for at least 5 yrs and today they jacked my bill up fro. $64 to $102 with the explanation of system updates.

My experience was great at the Franklin location. The staff employees was vary nice and helpful and treated us like we were close friends. So i walked out of the store with 5 new phones and cases for a very great price. I would like to thank Arron one of the best store employees there is at the Franklin location thank you metro

The guy thst runs the place is a cool dude for one helpful and hes been there for guide awhile . He will do what he can to get ya thru some of the chaos of the cell phone world . All of em have theyre pluses and minuses no matter which service ya get . Ive had a few in my time . What makes the difference is if the people your desk in with care or not . In this case I give the man behind the curtain at the metro phone in Franklin a big thumbs up . I apologize for not remembering his name but hes always there .Give em a try work in out great so far ..

They always very friendly and handle my service very.. well . They always try to find the best deal whenever I have to return for losing or breaking a phone.. which is common for me.. I normally am taken care of by Mo who is very professional and accommodating .. I will probably be using this location for awhile thanks guys.. good job

Terrible customer service. Store is often closed due to employees not showing up and regularly close early. Amazing the amount of people try to go in and doors are locked even though sign says open.

This Franklin Location is the worst!! They are never opened. Im not sure if they make up thier own schedule? The past few months Ive either needed to pay my bill or having an issue. To purchase accessories. NOT OPEN!!! Its super annoying. Ive also try fo complain to the BBB but, they are not on there? Whats that mean? Its a front for something else perhaps???

I just want to say this store was amazing. I came in not knowing what I wanted, but the owner knew what he was doing. He recommended one of his new phones and even took it out of the box so I could check to make sure it was something I would love. Walked in unaware, and walked out with a new phone and good discount on case. I couldnt have been happier with the service.

I stopped by the Franklin store because I forgot my account password and needed to get my 11 year old daughter her first phone for Christmas LUBY was awesome he contacted metro pcs and solved that issue in just a few minutes. He then activated a newPhone and had it screen protected casedAnd ready to go in and out in less than a half hour .This is why I yell my friends to switch toMetro great service at a great price . I have had Verizon and my work phone is on SprintThey dont even come close keep doing what you do Metro !!!Thanks Again

I went in the store today, and although they were extremely busy with several customers, they still managed to tend to everyone in a quick manner. They had the gift of multi texting an with out error. Also before this store opened, the closest store from my location was the West Carrolton store. And now, Im relieved of the stress of having to go that far! So overall, the location is extremely convenient and the service has been excellent!I hope they maintain their great customer service and have a long, successful run for many, many more years to come!!

Ive been looking for a phone Thats been out of stock at my local Metro so I decided to call the next nearest one. Whoever answered the phone was extremely abrupt, and hang up immediately. Hello, I was looking for a certain phone. do you have (phone? )to associate mumble no and just hang up. Working with customer service myself I sure hope that the service is much more bearable in person.

The door says they open at 10:00 a.m. and it says online that they open at 10:00 a.m. but apparently they open when they feel like it

Thiis place used to be awesome now evrytime I go here theres someone new and they dont have a clue what they are doing. Really thinking about switching companies just due to the staff here the place is always dirty ive seen dead bugs laying on the floor! Ever since the one tall guy quit I forget his name you cant get decent service here the owner needs to wake up and keep the good employees around
