Great knowledge and service with this shop. Was able to pick up a new Xbox on a delivery date and browse some good games.If any necessary changes, I think more on hand Xbox X games to choose from would be best.

Nice but very small!!! They have a lot of cool stuff but the store itself is fairly small. Employees are always nice and knowledgeable.

The staff at this store has always been helpful and understanding. Adam particularly has assisted my family countless times. I have never had an issue with a warranty claim and will continue to spend my gaming budget with this location for as long as this outstanding service continues.

Long time shopper at this location, but have never felt so unwelcome until tonight. I know I walked in 17 minutes before closing, but not sure if that deserves a rude greeting and a get out of here attitude. To the lady closing the store who decided that I was not deserving of a little shred of customer service, I will not be back to this location when I see you in there. If I had purchased something, I would have been gone long before closing time.

Girl with pink hair working there is very rude and overly aggressive for no reason. I see she has been mentioned specifically in other reviews of this location. This employee is a liability for this store. After experiencing this woman and seeing the other negative reviews all discussing her as the source, I called this Gamestop location and informed them of their toxic employee bringing their rating down single handedly. If you go back to this store and see a short girl with pink or whatever dyed hair working there then you will know Gamestop does not value customer service and is continuing to allow this toxic individual to represent their store.

Great staff, very knowledgeable and helpful. Its a bit of a tight fit in the store so youre definitely going to be bumping into people as you look for your merc. Be nice if there was a little more wiggle room to get around other people and displays.

I went in to sell a few games and I didn’t know you had to be 18 to sell them. I walked in and asked if I could sell them and the lady that’s short with white hair with a little purple in her hair asked for I’d very rudely. I said I didn’t have an I’d and I said I could go get someone who does have one. The lady got very upset for no reason and said I couldn’t sell the games here because I already took them in. Learned my lesson coming to that game stop for stuff. Instead we went to the one down the road who was very polite and he let me sell my games

We love Gamestop! They always have a lot of stuff to choose from and updated games and consoles. Their staff are always very helpful and friendly.

Update: after some talks with the manager a previous issue I had with this store has been resolved. Kayla was a major help along with a couple other employees.___Dont bother with this store. Granted there are a couple decent workers that I know of (whom the second star is for), the over all management is trash. On top of gamestop being on the decline, this store seems to reflect the same.
