Just got home from visiting Cell Phone Genie store.Brought my cell phone in for a basic maintenance slash repair. The man behind the counter was quick to acknowledge me and asked me to wait a few moments. He had two customers ahead of me. From what I could hear while waiting, he treated these two customers very well.When it came to my turn, he took care of me quickly and efficiently. I was sorted out and happy. I had a really great experience with the two gentleman who helped me today. They let me know everything before hand and it was fixed under 45 minutes. Cheap cost definitely recommend!!UPDATE: I went here and honestly that was probably the worst decision Ive made. After the first day, my screen went completely black and I could hear noises but the screen would not turn on. I had to drive all the way back to get the issue resolved. I was hesitant to just go somewhere else because the issue was very strange, but I trusted that they would fix this issue because Omar was nice. He fixed the issue and said that there should not be any other issues and that it was a faulty screen. Yeah well that same issue brought me back to the store 4 times.... I shouldve got the refund the 1st time. Anyways, the same issue happened a 3rd time, but I couldnt get a refund because my phone had fell out of my pocket ONCE and cracked. Well I was in dire need to fix my phone and I did a reboot and paid an additional $90 for a battery. :D WASTE OF MONEY. Nothing he did with my phone fixed it in the long run. He would turn it back on temporarily but ultimately my phone ended up in the same state each time. I wasted my money on the screen and a new battery. I cant even go back to this place to speak to them about the issue further because I moved. Very disappointed especially since Im a broke college student. I wish I went somewhere else honestly :( My phone never had this issue when I came in with it makes no sense why this issue started in the first place.

My visit to the store was prompt and courteous from a helpful staff with great interpersonal skills. In under 1 hour they can have your phone working like new for a very reasonable cost. My bill (before tax) came in under $150 for a Moto Z4 screen replacement. I am very pleased and highly recommend these guys.

Wow is all I can say. I dropped my phone and it broke on the front and the back. It also went black with no picture and wouldnt work. I assumed I needed to buy a new phone. I had to work the following day and I was without a phone. I thought I would try these guys before going to Tmobile and buy a new phone. Quick service (30-40 min) and my cracked screen looked good as new. Unfortunately learned my lesson about unauthorized Apple screens, though... the screen had “dead spots” and didn’t work properly. They offered to replace it for free, but by the time I realized it, I had left Franklin (was there on business) so I had Apple replace it when I got home. Spent a bit more, but it works perfectly. I appreciated Cell Phone Genie’s response to my issue (they took responsibility and said it was likely a faulty screen that they’d replace), but if you have the option, I’d recommend replacing with an Apple screen just to avoid these sorts of issues.

Awesome place, great workers! Bought a refurbished iPhone 8 here for a good price when I was in Nashville/Franklin out of town. Eventually it got frozen on the apple screen in a boot loop. I took it to get it fixed around where I live and not only could they not fix it after 24 hours, but in addition, they said there was a very good chance no one could fix it and it just had to be chucked. The phone was out of warranty but I got in touch with Omar and he said even though it was out of warranty, he would fix it for free. I mailed it to him from out of state and he fixed it within an hour of receiving it, probably less. For free!!! 11/10 great experience.
